|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposits are non-refundable or if cancelled 60bdays prior to arrival or more 8% transaction fee occurs. |Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Guest Stay Contract||Required to confirm your reservation. Please sign, date and return your Reservation Confirmation Letter as requested.|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. |Late Reservation Payments||Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation, our automated booking system will give you 2 reminders when your payment date is approaching. |Reservation Changes||If availability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.|
Guest Stay Policies

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests will pay for all excessive cleaning costs.|
|Excessive Noise||We do not tolerate excessive noise. If we receive a complaint guests will be evicted|
|Garbage Removal||Guests will agree to remove their garbage during and at teh completion of their stay here.|

|Liability||We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort propert.|

|Can I Check-In Early?||If we do not have someone checking OUT the same day.Please check with us ahead of your arrival day.We cannot always guarantee check-in before 3.30 pm.|
|Can I Leave my gear in the Condo if it has not been cleaned yet?||Yes.As long as previous guests have left the condo.You can leave the gear in the storage room with a note for our cleaning staff.It may well be that they will be there when you knock on the door.|

|Can I have a late check- out ?||If we do not have guests arriving the same day, and this has been pre-arranged ahead of time it may be possible.|
|What if the property is not cleaned when i arrive?||A : If it is after 4 pm, something likely went wrong. Contact us, and we will fix is immediately. If we are unable to do so, there is a complete set of clean linens in the property, and the property will be property cleaned first thing the next morning. We will also be doing our best to compensate you for the mistake. This is very rare! and we can normally sort this out straight away.|

A great location, near the main market and other retail outlets. Quiet at night, good kitchen with all equipment needed, 2 bathrooms a real plus. Good separate sleeping areas for privacy. Take advantage of the services offered by Shirley (Peak to Creek), discounts on purchases and ski valet near the gondolas.

Very easy to communicate with. Great location on the stroll. The hosts have an excellent suite available with modern decoration. Enjoyed the wireless, hot tub, and the second bathroom.
Quiet and plain

The booking process was very easy and the concierge service was helpful in obtaining lift tickets and answering questions. The suite was smaller than I imagined, with just a little nook off the living area for the bunkbeds. The fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen were all nice although several of the cupboard doors were loose on their hinges. At least three of the track halogen lights were out, with no replacement bulbs en suite, as well as the light in the entry way. We mentioned this but were not given any assistance. The CD player, which is primitive, did not work. There were several scratches and other defects on the walls that need to be repaired. The ceiling vent in the bedroom was filled with dust and also loose, hanging down part way. The location is great, with good access to the stroll and the lifts, but on the whole, I felt this was over priced.
