Thank-you for the use of the apartment, it was superb value for money
and the location was perfect. It was great to be in the marketplace, so
near to the Supermarkets, Banks and Coffee Shops.....perfect for a quick
'pick me up' before heading up the slopes. The accommodation was to a
very high standard as we had hoped and the HD TV installation after a
couple of days, was most welcome! Having such a well facilitated
apartment meant that we could fully enjoy the trip to Whistler, and that
we certainly did. We had perfect snow (11 feet since the start of Jan I
believe!) and the Held Drop would have to be the highlight of the trip.
I would be happy to recommend the apartment, the hassle free
alluradirect booking procedure to anyone and we hope to use this or
perhaps one of your other apartments in the future.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

A great location, near the main market and other retail outlets. Quiet at night, good kitchen with all equipment needed, 2 bathrooms a real plus. Good separate sleeping areas for privacy. Take advantage of the services offered by Shirley (Peak to Creek), discounts on purchases and ski valet near the gondolas.

Very easy to communicate with. Great location on the stroll. The hosts have an excellent suite available with modern decoration. Enjoyed the wireless, hot tub, and the second bathroom.
Quiet and plain

The booking process was very easy and the concierge service was helpful in obtaining lift tickets and answering questions. The suite was smaller than I imagined, with just a little nook off the living area for the bunkbeds. The fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen were all nice although several of the cupboard doors were loose on their hinges. At least three of the track halogen lights were out, with no replacement bulbs en suite, as well as the light in the entry way. We mentioned this but were not given any assistance. The CD player, which is primitive, did not work. There were several scratches and other defects on the walls that need to be repaired. The ceiling vent in the bedroom was filled with dust and also loose, hanging down part way.
The location is great, with good access to the stroll and the lifts, but on the whole, I felt this was over priced.
