Having such a well facilitated apartment meant that we could fully enjoy the trip to Whistler, and that we certainly did. We had perfect snow (11 feet since the start of Jan I believe!) and the Held Drop would have to be the highlight of the trip. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Check-Out Time 10:00 AM. If there is no one hecking in the same day we can arrange for a late check out.This must be arranged ahead of time.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests will pay for all excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise We do not tolerate excessive noise. If we receive a complaint guests will be evicted
Garbage Removal Guests will agree to remove their garbage during and at teh completion of their stay here.
Housekeeping We provide complimentary housekeeping once per 7 day stay. Guests will remove all garbage during their stay here
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort propert.
Locking Door Guests are responsible to lock the door on departure at all times-no exceptions.

You will receive your check-in instructions which contain a Whistler Village Map.Go straight to the Marketplace Lodge #249.We have given you a code to enter the lock box on the front door to retreive your key.Inside you will find the extra keys on kitchen counter to access the secured Underground Parking (if you have a vehice).
Can I Check-In Early? If we do not have someone checking OUT the same day.Please check with us ahead of your arrival day.We cannot always guarantee check-in before 3.30 pm.
Can I Leave my gear in the Condo if it has not been cleaned yet? Yes.As long as previous guests have left the condo.You can leave the gear in the storage room with a note for our cleaning staff.It may well be that they will be there when you knock on the door.
Do I have to pay for an early check-in? No

What s the check-out time? 10.30 am.
Can I have a late check- out ? If we do not have guests arriving the same day, and this has been pre-arranged ahead of time it may be possible.

EMERGENCIES

What if the property is not cleaned when i arrive? A : If it is after 4 pm, something likely went wrong. Contact us, and we will fix is immediately. If we are unable to do so, there is a complete set of clean linens in the property, and the property will be property cleaned first thing the next morning. We will also be doing our best to compensate you for the mistake. This is very rare! and we can normally sort this out straight away.
What if something goes wrong? We live in Whistler.Please contact us in a real emergency 24 hours a day!
