Our property is located in the Blueberry Hill area of Whistler. Walk along a beautiful designated trail (Whistler Valley Trial open summer and winter) adjacent to the Whistler Golf Club to the Village in 15 minutes, or drive to the Village in 5 minutes, or bus to the Village.

In the summertime, it is only a 5-10 minute walk to Lakeside side Park which is a beach area on Lake Alta with boat rentals, dock, etc....

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in fines ($100 plus) or eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted during day time. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not. Quite time is between 10 pm and 8 am.
Garbage Removal We ask guest to please remove their garbage to the garbage area located in the basement.
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival, departure and a full mid week clean for stays greater then 7 nights. Extra housekeeping services available upon request.
Internet Availability & Usage Free wireless high speed internet access.
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands
Maintenance Emergencies Contact information for emergancies is provided in the welcome package e-mailed upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8.
Missing Items Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.
Parking & Ticketing Free underground secured reserved parking at our property Additional free parking space providing in Whister Village during winter season. (Replacement fee for non returned parking pass upon departure is $125.00).
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. Guest authorizes up to a $1,000 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Our concierge service (Shirley at Peak to Creek Concierge services) will be contacting guests prior to arrival for credit card information to hold on file as damage deposit. Guest is responsible for all damage related charges above and beyond the authorization amount.

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Located in the basement: personal secured lock off area. Skis, snowboards and bikes are to be stored in this area to prevent damage to the hallways and property.

Gorgeous property! Very beautiful vacation house! We have 4adults and 4 kids. The living spaces are enough for us: 2 bedrooms at the main floor, one bunk bed, two single beds up stair. 10minutes short walk to the Alta Lake. 15 minutes walk to Whistler village Gondola. Very convenient location. A little accident : when we first used the dish washer, the water was flooding out. When I called the manager, the problem got solved. I think the accident is quite normal and the management response is fast.

We had really good time in this property, will recommend to other travelers!

Spacious apartment with balcony and great views

This is a REALLY nice apartment. Large rooms, very high ceilings and fantastic views. Gas BBQ and a balcony big enough for us all to sit out on.

The property is a 20 minute walk from the Village, but along a pleasant path alongside the golf course. Close enough to encourage us to walk to the village rather than always take the car. Also a similar walking distance to the Alta Lake Side Park.

Loved it there. A great apartment. Would happily stay there again.

Rented the unit for a week in early February, had a great stay. Unit was very clean, check in was easy, check out was easy and the price was good. Had a lot of room for 6 guys. Would definitely stay again. Unit is also very close to town and to the gondolas. Great stay, would stay again!

Great property only about seven minute drive + 10 min walk to the slopes and beautiful views of the mountains from the living room and balcony. As it was only three of us, this place was spacious and luxurious for us. It can sleep 8, but I would max out at 6 as there's only 2 baths.

Figuring out how to open the garage door has been tricky and I would recommend a photo of it incorporated in the instruction pages given at check in. Highly recommend and would stay there when back in Whistler.

Clean and spacious-- attention needed for repairs

The property is lovely and spacious for 4 people. Very clean and the view is spectacular. Would be a tight squeeze for 8 and both bathrooms are on the ground level. Loft is open and would be noisy if people wanted to continue to watch TV in lounge whilst guests upstairs slept. Some items need attention:

1. front door key lock is sticking and difficult to open.
2. The oven smokes and sets of the fire alarm every time you use it (even to warm croissants!).
3. The spa is not operating in the complex due to winter weather (one would expect that it is available in ski season as people want to use it!
4. Intercom isn't working at front door and we only had one key so my husband got left out in the cold and I had to run to the front every 30mins to look for him. We had just arrived and he didn't have a phone for use in Canada.
5. The stove top operates very very hot and burns everything, there should be a note to warn guests that boiling temperature is number 1-2 and don't operate on 8-9.
6. No good channels on TV and you can't get movies on demand. The TV in the master doesn't work. A good relax after a days skiing was all we wanted when we came home.
7. Very poor lighting seems like things are on dim when you rise early to get ready for the day.

I would recommend a car as the bus route for blueberry hill operates on number 6 bus and runs every 30 mins in the morning or an hour during other times. This is difficult if you want to come back from skiing and miss the bus. There is a free parking permit for town and this would be much easier. Upper village is much better location for skiing although the view in blueberry hill was spectacular.

The gas fire was a nice touch!

We really enjoyed spending a week at this unit. The unit itself was as gorgeous as shown in the photos and made for very comfortable and spacious accommodations for our family and friends. We appreciated that the kitchen was well provisioned so that we had all the tools at hand to prepare a variety of meals and snacks. We traveled with young children (under 6) who especially loved the loft as a play area.

The only one item I would recommend updating is the bunk bed as the top bunk has no safety railing.

This is a very spacious and well appointed property. The views are stunning, the photos don't do it justice. The decoration, art and finishings are exceptional. The photographs do not do this property justice - the apartment is beautifully presented and filled with interesting interior design touches and furnishings that make it stand out from other more mundane properties. The rooms are a good size, spacious, spotlessly clean and of good quality. It's proximity away from the main village was not a problem and we opted to taxi in everyday which only cost $7/8. The views from the property are spectacular and well worth staying outside of the village for the benefit of space and quietness. You feel you are in your own house once in the apartment and we never heard any other noise from any other apartments. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful condo! Spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable seating for all, well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous view of Whistler mountain. Unfortunately the hot tub was not available for use while we were there.

What an AMAZING place to stay in Whistler and incredible views of the mountains !! There were 8 of us on a girls weekend/getaway and there was more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and was only a 10-15 min walk to the village. This place exceeded all of our expectations and we would definitely recommend it. We can't rave enough about this beautiful home, thank you for making our weekend away so special :)

Great place to stay in Whistler

A group of friends and I decided to head to Whistler in March for a getaway. We enjoyed staying at this vacation rental mainly because it accommodated 8 of us, it was quiet at night and there was a hot tub. The Whistler village was only a 5 minute drive away. The view from our unit was very nice too.

We have just returned from staying for a week in this wonderful apartment. We stayed with our three children aged 12, 10 and 3 years. We often stay in apartments rather than hotels when travelling as it suits our needs better. It is well equipped throughout. The layout suited us perfectly, the master bedroom and ensuite are spacious, the "den" room containing the bunkbeds does not have any windows; perfect for trying to get a three year old to sleep while it is still light outside and stops the early morning waking. It is a 4/5 minute drive outside Whistler Village with a spectacular view of the mountains. Again, suited us perfectly as nice and quiet at night when the children were sleeping. However, it also comes with a parking pass to enable you to park near the main gondolas. I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough.

This was a lovely apartment with plenty of beds and facilities. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped. Lovely balcony and barbecue, master bedroom is great. No complaints with anything. Although the hot tub is shared between 40 apartments or so it never seem to be used so we were in there all the time. C'est fantastique! The only drawback of the place is that it's about a 20 minute walk (1km) to the village. Easily solved with taxis that only cost $10 a go though. Thanks for a great holiday!
