Thank you for making our stay at Whistler so easy and heart-warming. My group of friends felt very welcomed - esp when we read your hand-written note - and of course the Nintendo Wii and all the boardgames! We also loved having the fireplace going, after a long day of skiing/boarding - to dry our clothes and just relax and watch tv or use the free wireless internet. As I love to cook, I also would like to say thank you for stocking the kitchen with every utensil imaginable (i think it is even better equipped than my own place!) - I was even able to bake a cake and you had candles to go with it - and of course, all the diff spices and herbs etc made it so easy to cook. The kitchen was a great size too, as it allowed us to all sit and have a big breakfast together before we hit the slopes.The property is also great as it was close enough to Creekside shops that we could walk, or if we felt lazy we'd drive and park for free in the day parking lot and be on the gondola in a few minutes! We've skiied many different places, and nothing even comes close to the awesome mountains in Whistler! The combination of the snow, the scenery, the skiing, and the lovely people there can't be beat! In particular, your condo was very welcoming. It was really nice to have the basics that you always need: the napkins, the salt and pepper, the dish detergent, the spices, the coffee (and coffee filters), and so forth. Just as importantly, you put such nice thought into adding relaxing entertainment: the huge TV, the Wii system and all its games (the boys played every night--we're even adding one to our condo in Pennsylvania), the selection of books, playing cards, and games.

Our family loved the Wii and enjoyed playing on it in the evening. The selection of movies was great. Please notice that my rates DO NOT include GST or PST (13%) or Hotel Tax (2%). This is a savings of $15 on every $100 worth of room rate compared to all hotels and some other Vacation Rental booking options.We DO NOT charge a cleaning fee unless you leave the townhouse a mess. Plus we do not charge for parking. Free Wi Fi, NetFlix, Wii Gaming system and laundry machines. Early check in or late check out is often arranged for our guests depending on other reservations.

Rates may fluctuate based on availability and bookings. Rates are accurate on the date they are booked, refunds are given based on our policies listed here in the website.

We ask for a scan or fax copy, of a piece of identification to prove that the person booking our townhouse is 25 years old or older. 

Damage deposits are returned to the guest by Canadian cheque if there are no issues. Money Orders in US Funds can be arranged for a small fee paid to the bank.(currently $7.50 CAN). The bank fee is paid by the guest. Damage deposits can be returned by email to a Canadian bank accounts also for a fee of $4.00.

 Property Description

Our unit is a three level, townhouse corner unit in Whistler Creekside. On the ground floor is a covered carport with a large private key locked storage room for all seasonal equipment. This is a private storage only for the users of the townhouse.The entrance foyer has a bench for jacket, ski and boot storage. Heading up the stairs you enter into the main living area with the living room and balcony, half bathroom, kitchen and dining room. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, queen size sofa bed and a 42 inch plasma tv with dvd player and Wii System. The main floor also has a washer and dryer. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with a table that seats up to 8 guests. Heading up the stairs to the third floor where you have a full bathroom and the two bedrooms. Second bedroom (ideal for kids) has a flat screen tv with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The Master bedroom has a romantic queen log bed. Also on this floor is additional storage for luggage.

The main living area has a wood burning fireplace and a queen sofa bed that sleeps two adults. Also in this room is the 42 inch plasma tv and the balcony with views of Whistler Mountain. Try not to wake up in the middle of the night and raid the fridge.

Our unit is definitely family oriented with all the tv's, dvd's and the Wii gaming system. Our Gondala Heights complex is located part way up the side of Whistler Mountain at the original Creekside location. Since the development of Creekside our unit has now become sought after by families trying to escape the constant partying noises of many Whistler Village condo/hotel units. Enjoy the real Whistler experience and take advantage of all our property has to offer with summer and winter amenities. A short 10 minute cab ride (about $10) will get you into the Village to enjoy any late night activities.

Winter: Lots of storage for long stays and two free car parking spaces. Free snow removal so you never have to worry about digging your car out after a big dump. You never have to pay to park your car and it's safer then parking in the day skier lots also. You can return to the townhouse for inexpensive meals and not miss any skiing time. Sleds and tobaggans available.

Summer: Lots of beach and summer toys for the kids (when requested). BBQ's and other items that you would normally have to buy or rent. Send email to get exact listing of what is available.

Great restaurants and easy access to local trails makes it the best place to enjoy Whistler while avoiding the party scene of the Village. For those that want to enjoy more nightlife and dining options the Village is a short (less than 10 minutes) cab ride away.

The unit is non smoking and we will charge a fee if the unit is smoked in during your stay. We ask in return that you use the townhouse as if it was your own and that whatever you use you replace with something of equal value or description.

Check in time is 5 pm and check out time is 11 am.

Excessive noise or cleaning will result in charges against your $200 damage deposit. We mail your damage deposit back to you within one week of departure by Canadian cheque.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests 25% of the deposit payment is non-refundable. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded for all days that we can resell. Your refund is based on the replacement booking versus your booking less any credit card service fees.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. Sorry we can not be held responsible for delayed arrivals and circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Two weeks prior, if needed before this please contact us directly by email or phone. All related codes and information will be sent to you by email. For late bookings information will be communicated by phone or email to expedite the process.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: in. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Reservation Changes If availability permits and inaccordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your original deposit is non-refundable. If you have already paid your balance, then it is also non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book. See cancellation policy for refund information.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Large storage area for up to 8 bikes.
Check-In Time 5 pm.
Check-Out Time 11 am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If additional cleaning services are required you will be charged against your $200 damage deposit.
Excessive Noise Fines may be applied by the Resorts Bylaw Officers starting at $75. Any charges will be applied against your $200 damage deposit.
Garbage Removal Remove all garbage upon departure day to designated area.
Housekeeping Professionally cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Complimentary mid-stay housekeeping services provided to longer stay rentals. Please discuss with the owners by email.
Internet Availability & Usage FREE wireless available in the unit. Passwords sent to you with welcome package information.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to/from or while on resort property. This also includes the use of any items found in the unit.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour emergency number posted in the unit.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8.
Missing Items Items found will be sent to you by the service you choose at your cost. We will not email you identifying items left behind for privacy reasons. You must contact us first then we will endeavour to locate your lost items.
Parking & Ticketing Two spots available one in the covered carport one in the common area lot steps from the front door. You must display Visitor Pass on the car in the common area parking.
Property Damage All damage will be charged against your $200 damage deposit. Additional charges over this amount will be charged against your credit card used at booking.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This unit is zoned by the Resort Municipality of Whistler for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Same as bike storage please see above. Lots of storage for suitcases so they are out of the way
Terms of Eviction By 24 hour security company or RCMP will be summoned. Loud noise, damage to private and/or public property, distrubing the peace.

We have now moved to Vancouver and are still quite familiar with eveything that goes on in the Resort. We are able to provide some services above and beyond what others rental units provide because you are actually using our personal items, beach toys and BBQ's. In exchange for this hospitality at no additional charge, and as a savings to you, we ask that you treat our home with care as if it was your own and that you inspect everything for safety before you use it.

I stayed here with my wife in July. Its a great location if your looking for something not right in the heart of Whistler. The price was right and the town home had more space than we needed. The storage locker was great for our outdoor gear and it's only a short bike ride or walk to the restaurants in Creekside and the Valley trail system. Communication and instructions provided by the owner were great, glad we stayed!

This is the third time we've stayed at this condo and we love it. It's roomy and has everything you need for a few days or weeks away. It's in a quiet area in Creekside and we really appreciate that. Bike storage is a breeze and the carport is a real bonus. The owners bend over backwards to help out. We are always treated well and will be back:-). Thanks for making our stay so great .
