This is a great condo and is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the best of Big White. Super comfortable living areas make this a great place to be after a days skiing. Leather sofas, real fire large windows and TV/DVD/CD make this a cosy place to return to after a long hard days fun!
Stone fireplace compliments the high spec interiors incorporating wooden floors, stone floors, underfloor heating and real wood wherever we could could fit it in!
Private elevator access directly into the condo from the slopes or the underground car park.
Comfy hotel quality beds, and great decor in the rooms to make you feel right at home. Ensuite shower and steam room to the master bedroom with a separate changing room and wash basin area. Lots of cupboard space to allow you to get really settled in and feeling like you'll never want to leave.
The second bedroom hasn't been neglected either, again lots of cupboard space, another hotel quality bed and a house bathroom just next door offering a bathtub or shower and again, more storage space!

Photo from your back door. Great ski-in ski-out access via the private elevator, access via a private stairway from the back of the property, or if you desire, take the free bus from the front of the building to the ski lifts, every 30 minutes through most of the day to the evening. From leaving the building you are 5 steps from the slopes. Ski down to the village centre or to one of the ski chairs. Ski in to the back of the building, and dismount once you are inside the building, onto heated stone floors, the best way to ski!, or snowboard :-)

 Property Description

Private elevator from underground car park to the condo and the slopes.
There is also a ground floor entrance from the slopes into the condo. It is very well laid out, so if you need clarification, please ask.

Enter the condo into a large hall entrance with seating and coat hooks and heated stone floor, great for storing and drying wet snow gear, boots, skis, boards, etc.

Then, into a separate hallway with coat cupboards, leading to...

To the right, 2 bedrooms, the family bathroom and the den/media room/bedroom 3 and rear ski access.

Off the main living room is the access to the deck and private hot-tub with stairs leading down and out of the condo to the car park and front ski access.

The private elevator inside the condo is your main ski access to the slopes and car park, but the slopes are also accessible via steps to the front and rear of the property.

Emergency access via stairways to the back of the condo and also to the front of the condo.

The Aspens occupies the highest address on the mountain and, because of this lofty location, offers direct ski access to three major lifts and from 5 ski runs. Access to the resort couldn't be more flexible from the condo. Ski down to the village from the slopes on your back door, or take the free bus for a couple of minutes down to the chair lifts and the village.

Adults - Min Age to Stay: 24 Lead guest must be over 24 years of age. Details will be required of all guests prior to the booking being confirmed. We reserve the right to request ID or proof of age from any guest at any time during the stay. If false information is provided this will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rental payments and deposits.
Non-Smokers Only Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or near the property. Any contravention will result in immediate eviction.
Seniors We welcome seniors. Note the access to the condo is via elevator and stairs.
Young Adult Groups 17-24 With Accompanying Age-Eligible Adult(s) Young Adult Only Groups 17-24 only permitted when accompanied by Age-Eligible Adults.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties No graduation, stag or stagette parties are permitted. Neither are any gatherings or parties of an sort. Only the booked guests are permitted in the unit, other than emergency access.
Pets The owners of the property regret that pets will not be allowed to holiday in the property.
Smoking Inside Permitted No smoking is allowed inside our property.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded to you only if the unit is re-rented. If the unit cannot be re-rented by us, then the security deposit is returned and the rental payment is not refunded.
Delayed Arrivals Initial access to the unit is guaranteed between the hours of 10am and 5pm. Outside of these hours access to the unit, key handover and check in cannot be guaranteed but may be arranged in advance only.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Instructions and access information will be emailed to you upon clearance of payment. If required details can be posted to you, but no responsibility can be taken for items that are lost or delayed in the post.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments All payments must be cleared 45 days prior to any booking being confirmed. Any booking made less than 45 days from booking start date must be paid for at time of booking and all funds cleared before you booking can be confirmed.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time Check in time is 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request but only before confirmation of booking.
Check-Out Time Check-out time is 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request but only before confirmation of booking.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Guests are requested to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and at all times when out on the deck or in the hot tub. Excessive noise outside of the stated hours may result in immediate eviction and loss of all rental payments and deposits.
Garbage Removal All garbage must be removed daily from the unit and must be in accordance with recycling rules. Any fines or charges resulting from violation rules will be charged to the guests. A garbage store is provided in the underground parking area next to the parking space, where garbage can be disposed of and sorted according to recycling rules.
Housekeeping The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. However we request that the property be left in an orderly state and all kitchen utensils be washed. Should the property require extensive cleaning, the owners reserve the right to withhold any monies from the security deposit. If additional cleaning or a maid service is required by the guests, this can be arranged by the owners at time of booking at an additional cost to the guest.
Internet Availability & Usage Not available at the unit. Wifi internet is available at the development at a charge and cannot be guaranteed.
Liability The owners or their agents of the property accept no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. The property booked has its own private hot tub. The owners and their agents cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever and howsoever caused as a result of the use of the hot tub or its surrounding area which may be icy and slippery due to weather conditions. No diving is permitted and guests are specifically required to supervise children at all times.
Locking Door All doors must be kept locked at all times. There are multiple access points to the unit and for the security of guests and the owners these must be kept locked.
Maintenance Emergencies Any emergency maintenance required should be reported to the caretaker on 250-554-6707 or 250-852-1546. We will endeavour to resolve all issues immediately, it must be understood on occasions it will not be possible to rectify issues during your stay and we shall not be liable.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 adults.
Missing Items All missing or damaged items will be charged to the guests. Initial payments will be taken from the deposit, any further costs will be billed to the guests.
Parking & Ticketing Underground parking for one car is provided. Further parking may be available outside, weather permitting on a first come first served basis.
Policy Updates We reserve the right to change any of our policies at any time.
Property Damage All damage caused during a stay is the sole liability of the guests. Initial payments will be taken from the $500 deposit payable before booking confirmation, any further costs will be billed to the guests.
Rental Accommodation Zoning The unit is within a rental accommodation zone.
Resort Information We are not to be held responsible for any information regarding the resort and or changes to that information. Please check with the resort before booking with us to confirm any or all information.
Terms of Eviction The owners and their agents reserve the right to evict guests where it is believed that guests have damaged property or behaved in an inappropriate way towards anyone.

Guarantees Policies

Policy Description
Snow Guarantee We cannot guarantee the weather conditions and will not beheld responsible for any condition arising from acts of nature or the weather. Weather and snow insurance may be available through your travel insurance company. It is a requirement and it is accepted that you will have adequate insurance to cover yourselves, your holiday and the rented unit from weather conditions.

Do you take long term bookings? We will sometimes take longer term bookings at discounted rates, so please ask.
Is there plenty of space to store snow gear? Yes lots! We have a very big heated stone floored hallway where you can leave your gear as soon as you get out of the elevator, into the condo, and walk straight into the living area! Then it's out of your way while you're in the condo.
How do we get to the slopes from the condo? You can gear up, and use the back door leading directly onto the slopes. On your return, you can ski back to the same back door.
How far do we have to go to get to the restaurants or shops? The village is a short 7-10 minute walk down the hill, a little bit longer on the way up! The village has a variety of restaurants and a village store where you can buy most of your daily groceries.

luxurious accommodation, very spacious for a two bedroom aparment, hot tub on the deck, ski in ski out, everything you could want for a ski holiday, an hour from Kelowna airport by shuttle. Excellent location, the town has a free bus shuttle that runs a loop around town, also not very far to walk. Not a lot of shops but there are some pubs and restaurants, a grocery store and liquor store, everything you need is here

Little else to say but fantastic! Ski in-out, great location, tip top accomadations. Relaxed in the hot tub after a day of skiing & enjoyed the sun set!! The snow is amazing with great slopes for the entire family I hope to return real soon too.
