We are excited to be the new owners of Gables #60! We love Whistler / Blackcomb in all 4 seasons and hope you will, too! We have been working to improve our home to make it more comfortable and convenient for your stay. We hope you enjoy our townhome and take advantage of all the good things that the area has to offer from outdoor pursuits to dining or pubbing in the village; pampering spas to just hanging out and relaxing with friends. We'd like to extend a warm welcome to all of our guests, whether staying for the first time, or returning for another stay.
The Gables is superbly located RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD FROM THE BLACKCOMB LIFT. No driving necessary, just walk across the street to the slopes and ski school just a few minutes away. Whistler lifts are closeby, too!
Secure underground parking and storage for large sports equipment is exclusive to you while you visit. You probably won't need your car... It's just a 5 minute walk to Whistler Village and lifts, and 2 minutes across the road to Blackcomb lifts and shops.
SLEEPS 4. There's a king sized bed in the master bedroom, and bunks for two more in a cozy, private bunkroom.
TV, Internet, phone for local calls.
The KITCHEN is fully appointed for meals in. Dine at the table or perch at the counter for a quick bite.
Washer / dryer in suite, no need to go out to do laundry.
Sorry, no smoking or pets.

Living area with lodge style stone fireplace sets the mood. Leather sofa and chair are comfy for watching TV, reading, or just lounging.
On a hot day, enjoy sitting out on the shaded, sheltered balcony adjacent to the living area on comfy Adirondack chairs for two.

Location & Map
The Gables is located across the street from Blackcomb base. A scenic stroll through the Gables property and across Fitzsimmons Creek (through the covered bridge) takes to all the shops and restaurants of Whistler Village. This is a fabulous quiet central location yet a natural forested setting. Walk across the street to ski Blackcomb or take a brief walk to Whistler lifts. Easy access to both mountains!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Refund only before 40 days of arrival. If a refund is due it will be provided by cheque by the owner less 10% processing charge for banking and mailing. Owners do not have the ability to reverse credit card charges.|
|Courtesy Hold Reservations||3 days without deposit.|
|Delayed Arrivals||Arriving late does not pose a problem. The condo is accessible with entry code that will be provided prior to arrival.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Guest Identification Documents||We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses|
|Late Reservation Payments||Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.|
|Privacy||The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies
|Bike Storage||New! Please do not bring bikes into the residence. There is a large, secure, keyed storage cage exclusively for this residence immediately in front of the parking spot for this unit. It is easily accessed from the secure walking entrance to the parking garage. Bikes can be hosed down in the outdoor bike wash area at the north end of our building.|
|Check-In Time||4:00 pm, or per individual arrangements made in advance|
|Check-Out Time||11:00 am, or per individual arrangements made in advance|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.|
|Excessive Noise||No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Enforced by by-law.|
|Garbage Removal||The garbage and recycling shed is beside the path to the outdoor parking lot. At the end of your stay, please remove your leftover items and deposit them in the appropriate bins in the shed.|
|Housekeeping||Our home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Additional housekeeping is available during your stay at your expense, upon request.|
|Liability||We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or on resort property.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Emergency contact information will be provided upon balance payment.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||4 people.|
|Parking & Ticketing||One parking space is allocated in the secure underground parking garage. One additional outdoor parking space is by permit only. Please ensure that you return the the permit and garage keys to the unit prior to your departure. You will be held responsible for the $200.00 that it costs to replace keys should they not be returned. Note: We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.|
|Policy Updates||Policies are subject to change without notice.|
|Property Damage||Please report any damage immediately. Renters may be asked to compensate for damages or missing items occurring during their stay. A responsible adult age 25 or over must be present during the stay.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||We are zoned for nightly rentals.|
|Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage||New! In the parking garage, storage for large sports equipment is provided in a large, secure, keyed storage cage exclusively for the use of this residence. It is immediately in front to the parking spot for this unit. There is also a convenient walk-in access to the garage secured by the parking key. The entry hall to the home accomodates "warm" items such as boots, helmets, etc.|
|Terms of Eviction||You will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of policies. You will not receive a refund!|

We had a fabulous stay at this property. We have spent many ski seasons in Whistler and this location was great for both mountains. The clockroom/porch as you entered was fantastic as you didn't need to queue up to pick up your ski's and all you ski gear was warm and toasty as the extra heating in that area dried out your ski boots and clothing! Also the washer and dryer in the apartment was great. A quick few minutes walk to either mountain and in the evening for restaurants. Great wifi internet and two modern flat screen TV's with cable. The King size bed was really comfy! We would definetly return. Only minor negative was that the fire place was wood burning and you had to buy your own, didn't end up being an issue as the clockroom dried all our ski gear and the heating was more than sufficient.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

Awesome place to stay in both summer and winter time. Perfect location right between the main Resort entries and just a 3 minute walk to Whistler village. The parking spot plus the locker in the garage are a big help for both bikes or skis/snowboards. The condo has enough space for 4 people without the danger of cabin fever. Might get a bit warm during summer time, but you are outside anyways!View Full Review
