We are excited to be the new owners of Gables #60!  We love Whistler / Blackcomb in all 4 seasons and hope you will, too! Please enjoy a stay at our townhome and take advantage of all the good things that the area has to offer from outdoor pursuits to dining or pubbing in the village; pampering spas to just hanging out and relaxing with friends. We'd like to extend a warm welcome to all of our guests, whether staying for the first time, or returning for another stay.

The Gables is superbly located RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD FROM THE BLACKCOMB LIFT.  No driving necessary, just walk across the street to the slopes and ski school just a few minutes away. Whistler lifts are closeby, too!

Secure underground parking while you visit. You probably won't need your car...  It's just a 5 minute walk to Whistler Village and lifts, and  2 minutes across the road to Blackcomb lifts and shops.    

SLEEPS 4. There's a king sized bed in the master bedroom, and bunks for two more in a cozy, private bunkroom. 

TV, Internet, phone for local calls.

The KITCHEN is fully appointed for meals in. Dine at the table or perch at the counter for a quick bite.

Washer / dryer, no need to go out to do laundry.

Sorry,  no smoking or pets.

The Gables is located across the street from Blackcomb lifts and less than 5 minutes walk to all the shops of Whistler Village. This is a fabulous quiet central location yet a natural forested setting. Walk across the street to ski Blackcomb or take a brief walk to Whistler lifts. Easy access to both mountains!

Adults - Min Age to Stay: 25 An adult aged 25 or over must be present and in charge and responsible for the rental.
Non-Smokers Only Non smoking unit. Definitely non smoking
Seniors We welcome seniors. Note stairways may make access difficult if you have mobility issues. There is no elevator.
Young Adult Groups 17-24 With Accompanying Age-Eligible Adult(s) We welcome young adults age 17-24 only when accompanied by responsible adult 25 or over.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties No grad, stag or stagettes, or other like parties allowed.
Long Term Renters (Monthly) Sorry, we do not book long-term rentals.
Pets No pets allowed. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Wheelchairs Property cannot accommodate wheelchair use and wheelchair access.
Young Adult Only Groups 17-24 Young adult only groups age 17-24 are NOT permitted. Must be accompanied by responsible adult age 25 or over.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Refund only before 40 days of arrival. If a refund is due it will be provided by cheque or bank transfer by the owner less processing charges for banking and mailing. Owners do not have the ability to reverse credit card charges.
Courtesy Hold Reservations 3 days without deposit.
Delayed Arrivals Arriving late does not pose a problem. The condo is accessible with entry code that will be provided prior to arrival.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Enforced by by-law.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping is available on request at your expense.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contact information will be provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 people.
Parking & Ticketing One parking space is allotted to unit 60 in the secure underground parking. One additional outdoor parking space is by permit only. Please ensure that you return the the permit to the unit prior to your departure. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Property Damage Renters will be held liable for damages caused by themselves or their guests.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction You will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of policies. You will not receive a refund!

Guarantees Policies

We can't guarantee snow or weather, but we will try our best to make your accommodation in our home safe and comfortable. As new owners, we are trying to make improvements but retain the rustic character of a mountain getaway. We appreciate your comments.

Cars and parking?

Do I need a parking permit? Yes and No! Yes, for outdoor parking. One permit for outdoor parking is available. Without it you will be towed. No, for secured underground parking. There is one underground spot allocated to the unit.
