Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests are responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary required cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage. Not excessive cleaning.
Excessive Noise Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel with no refund. Eviction does not yield a refund

My third time staying in this particular room at the Deer Lodge. Third time for a reason - the hotel and specifically the room are great. It's about a 6-7 minute walk from the hotel door to the Blackcomb gondola in the morning, which is great with us. The full size kitchen is great (bring your own coffee, spices, condiments, etc. - they keep it bare), the bedroom is perfect for two (nice comfy bed, good closet, two nightstands on the side fo the bed). Great views of Blackcomb ski runs from this room. There also is a private balcony, albeit a very small one.

There were no evening noise issues at all - very peaceful in this room. It's a 4th floor room so it's a little evevated from the noise from the village stroll. There also is nice gas fireplace that heats the room pretty quickly and efficiently. All things considered - it's a good room at a good price at Whistler Village North.

At the base of the Deer Lodge is a pretty cool restaurant called the El Furniture Warehouse - $5 menu and pretty good food for that price!! The hotel is also across the street from the Whistler Brewery. Parking was extra - $15 / night. Also, bring some DVD's if you'd like to watch movies in your room. There's a good flat screen TV with a big selection of channels as well as a DVD player.

Well-equipped unit centrally located in the village. Bed was comfortable, good shower pressure and wifi. Lots of windows and view of the ski hill (when the clouds lifted!). Due to facing the main pedestrian street where street lights are on all night, I'd recommend bringing eye covers if you like a very dark room for sleeping, blinds can only keep out so much light.

Our only complaint is with the bike parking arrangement. The locked bike storage room was filled with bikes with no room for ours but more to the point everyone staying in 3 lodges had access to the room and we were concerned about security. We refused to use this room and had to find another arrangement. Next time we'll look for a more bike-friendly arrangement.

We stayed in this condo for a month (August). We are downhill mountain bike Junkies and came all the way from New Zealand to Ride the Bike Park. We booked it online as it was really cheap if you stayed for more than 30+ nights. awesome location right in town. perfect size for a Couple, & we have friends come & crash on the fold out couch too. Adam was great to deal with via email, and Reception was really friendly and helpful, the fold out couch didn't work too well when we moved in, but we told reception & it was fixed straight away.
