|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests are responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary required cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage. Not excessive cleaning.|
|Excessive Noise||Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel with no refund. Eviction does not yield a refund|
|Housekeeping||Housekeeping is included upon check-out. For stays of more than three weeks may require additional housekeeping. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a nominal fee, please ask.|
|Liability||The Booking Guest is responsible and liable for all damages and to ensure that these policies are respected and adhered to. The booking guest releases property owners and managers from liability for theft/injury/death or damages whist in transit to the property, whilst in-house, or on resort lands|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Local maintenance contact is available 24-Hours.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||4. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction. Owner also reserves the right to reverse the reservation within 24 hours of booking.|
|Property Damage||Property damage consists of damage to common or private property including: Physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering,lewd public behavior,missing items/theft. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur. Damage includes, but not restricted to noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises. Guest will be liable up to $5000 of damage.|
