From world class skiing, biking and golfing, to unique dining and shopping experiences, you can accomplish many amazing things without ever having to get in a vehicle.

There are many benefits of renting a vacation home vs. staying in a hotel. You can fit your entire family under one roof, avoid the environment that comes with noisy resorts, parking is free and you won't have to pay hotel taxes or reservation fees.

Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellation by Guest: All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money at the re-booked rate minus a 4% cancellation fee
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations For maximum fairness for all, we operate on a first come first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. The suite is reserved and unavailable for other guests.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Sent by email upon making balance of payment. Includes directions, contact numbers and access codes
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Reservation Changes Reservations can be changed based on our cancellation policies. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Bike Storage Bikes are not allowed to be stored in our home at any time. Lockable bike storage areas are provided in the underground parkade and are available for use at the guests sole risk. We highly recommend using your own security lock device and removing any unsecured items (i.e. bike seats/tires).
Check-In Time 4:00PM.
Check-Out Time 10:00AM. Cleaning services are pre scheduled commitments. Late check-outs will result in a $45 cleaning fee.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Grounds for eviction without refund as per the Terms of Eviction. Please respect your neighbors. Guests are responsible for any property fines for excessive noise levied by the Security Company and/or Property Manager. The fine amount is $200 per incident.
Garbage Removal Guests are 100% responsible for discarding garbage and recyclables prior to check out. IItems may be placed in the cearly marked recpticals located in the underground parking area near the gate.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included . As a courtesy, we ask that guests leave the kitchen clean and start the dishwasher prior to their 10am checkout. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged in advance for a nominal fee.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact owners Sean or Kristin (24 hours) at any of the 3 numbers provided.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.

Property Damage Guest authorizes a credit card charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Guarantees Policies

If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Weather Guarantee We cannot guarantee or provide refunds for weather conditions, which are out of our control. Whistler Village offers many enjoyable activities both in doors and out. Please insure you check road conditions and tire requirements prior to making your trip. If your vehicle is not equipped for driving in snow conditions, there are many affordable shuttle options available from the greater Vancouver area.

Frequently Asked Questions


How close are you to the lifts? Our home is a short 4 to 5 minute walk from the base of Whistler Blackcomb. However during ski season, I recommend taking the free shuttle service as it picks you up right in front of our complex and drops you off at the ski lifts.
Where is the nearest Grocery Store? We are a short 2 minute walk fromMarketplace IGA, a full service grocery store.
Where is the Hospital? The Whistler Medical Centre offers 24 hour Emergency service and is located next to Whistler marketplace.


How much is it to park? Underground parking is free. We have one reserved spot.
Where can guests park? Guests are free to park overnight in any underground spot that is not marked "Reserved." These sports are limited on a first come first serve basis. If none are available, there is free parking in the municipal day lots, about a 3 minute walk away.

Great location for the ski lifts, the village, AND the outdoor hot tub/spa. Please warn folks about height restriction for underground parking -which is also REALLY convenient. Our girls weekend in Whistler was perfect! The location of Sean's condo is ideal, close to everything. The grocery store is across the street, as is the bus stop should you want to take the bus to the gondola. However, you can walk to the village in a matter of minutes also.

This condo has everything you need - it's nicely updated, fully stocked and very comfortable! And it was a pleasure to work with the owner, Sean. He was available by phone whenever I had to get a hold of him with a question or concern.

We would definitely stay here again and so should you!

Great location as only a 3-4 min walk to get to restaurants for dinner and the village stroll. Nice to be off the main strip and away from the nightclub madness. Super easy to get to and very stroller and elderly friendly (no stairs). Lovely condo with everything we needed. Very comfy pillows too!

Sean’s place is fantastic. It is very well equipped for a great vacation in Whistler. The pool and the hot tub were awesome as well. This townhome is modern, spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed and homely family holiday. All was great, including working with the owners, who went above and beyond to answer all the questions we had.

We cooked delicious meals in the great kitchen and we were very happy with the barbecue as well. A very safe and secure location very close to the Olympic Village; every amenity was within a short walk. I highly recommend staying here and I can't wait for another opportunity to do so !! Thank you!

A home away from home!

What a wonderful gem we found. We were looking for a short stay in Whistler and came across this property. From the check in instructions to it's location it was top notch. We were located right across from the pool area yet it was still very private. Plenty of space inside for the family to unwind. We also didn't know until we arrived just how close we were to the restaurant and shopping area so we could practically walk to everything. There was a shuttle just down the road to take us to the ski lift base if we needed as well if we opted not to drive. Parking for our vehicle was underneath the complex and very easy to get to.

We had a small issue with not getting the tv to work and I sent an email off to the owner and to our surprise Sean attempted to call us almost immediately to resolve and when we didn't answer the phone Sean sent us an email on what to do and it was fixed straight away.

All in all for the family of seven it was a wonderful short stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone that wanted to stay here. We would like to come back and spend more time there given the chance in the future.

We enjoyed the perfect family vacation at this condo. Sean was very responsive to inquiries and the condo had excellent amenities and an outstanding location in the Village. Close to the library and all the shopping and restaurants as well as to the bus stop. We hope to stay again soon!

Had a girls' weekend here and it was perfect for what we wanted!
Within walking distance from everything, cleanly, and comfortable.
Parking was a bit confusing and frustrating if you have more than one vehicle (but I think that's to be expected in a tourist town like Whistler)
Would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Spacious

I don't have many negative comments about this listing. It was conveniently located close to the village, and much better than staying in a hotel. It was spacious enough for my party, and had all the necessary amenities.

The only complaint I have is that there was a bit of dog hair on the ground when we first arrived, but you can't expect to get it all out of the carpet anyways. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Great apartment in a great complex

We loved everything about this apartment, and it was perfect for a family of 4. It had a complete kitchen, comfy couch, nice bbq, comfortable beds, and the swimming pool and hot tub were a real plus, as well as the proximity to the Whistler marketplace. Nicely landscaped complex as well. I would highly recommend this home.

We had a great time at at this condo! We were 4 adults and 3 kids (14,11, and 3). The location was very good as we were always less than a stone's throw away from everything (grocery store, restaurants, rental shop, etc.) The property services were very responsive. We had neighbours who were being quite loud at 2-3am and noise control had the noise dialed down very promptly. The kitchen also had a full stock of utensils, pots and pans so we were able to make a few delicious meals! Thanks for a very nice experience!

Nice location, close to the village with walking easily to a grocery store or a pub! The ski shuttle is right across the street, so getting to the slopes was very easy. Well kept condo, rooms are nice and kitchen is particularly nice. Having internet was a nice bonus!

Good Place to Stay

Stayed here for five nights with my son and one of his college friends. The complex is in a good location. The area is very quiet. It an easy walk to just about anywhere. The unit is well maintained and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Flat screen tvs and free wi-fi are also nice. This unit is much better than another similar unit I stayed in a few years ago. I would stay here again.
