Here you can find serenity in a private setting where beautiful views can be appreciated from your very own private decks. No expense was spared to finish this home, you may notice that the master bedroom is immaculately presented with a wooden burning fireplace accompanied by your own private patio. Follow the intricate stone work past the walk in closet to the en suite bathroom.

The main living area looks out onto awesome view of the Whistler & Blackcomb Mountain; here you can enjoy the open kitchen accompanied with a native carving inlaid under the glass dining room table. A unique piece of artwork is the hand carved totem pole, which stands tall from the floor to ceiling of the staircase. 

 Incredible stone work floors guide you past the steam room and out into the secluded sunken hot tub, where you can unwind while appreciating the views nature has to offer. This home away from home houses a mud room, which has been designed for ski equipment, books and jackets. Beautiful landscaping can be appreciated at the outdoor pond. 

Facilities include a private hot tub, steam room, pool table, gym, private laundy room, mud room, wood burning fireplaces, Internet Wi-Fi and your very own private deck on 3 floors and two car parking spaces, one in the lock-up garage, the other outside.

PLEASE NOTE - All check-in will be done via photo ID. Kindly bring your passport or any photo ID for security reasons. We can refuse entry without documentary proof.

 Property Description

The master bedroom suite has a wood burning fireplace, private patio and the incredible stone work throughout the entire ensuite. The ensuite has a stone carved shower and a huge bath tub for two. Stunning views of the 18 hole golf course and Blackcomb mountain from all the decks of the house. An adjoining study outside the masterbedroom with internet access.The downstairs suite has a large Queen bed and also allows for privacy with a small living area and an ensuite. This room also has a single sofa bed. The third room is a  twin bedroom. The beds can be joined to make a double bed - this room is attcahed to the steam room and has an ensuite bathroom with shower and a his and her sinks.

Personal gym with TV, Billiards table and Media room. A secluded out door sunken hot tub. Floor to ceiling glass in the living room gives amazing views of the mountains and the golf course . Under floor heating makes it very comfortable to walk on the stone floors. A gourmet kitchen and Bar-B-Q. A large living area / lounge with a wood fire place for cold wintry nights. A state of the art kitchen; equipped with a sub zero fridge, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, separate vegetable fridge, an excellent cooking range with oven & griller. Granite top and a separate wooden work top table with stools allow for occasional meals to be had.

Living Area

A very large living room with fire place and stone floors with forced air and radiant heating. Floor to ceiling glass allows for light to shine in, the decks outside strech all around. The BBQ area is located just outside on one of the decks.

Comfortable sofas and two leather seaters inside, made to a high standard for anyone who enjoys class and comfort. An attached conservatory with a two seater to enjoy your coffee in the day.

Dining Area

A beautiful glass dinning table, ideally for 6, however it can accommodate 8 people. The floor to ceiling glass for the living and dining room area allows for light to fill up the entire room. The tables design is uniquely fixed into the log, enjoy the lovely view of the mountains while having your meals.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellations. Payment is Non Refundable
Courtesy Hold Reservations Call or email to put it on hold for 24 hours provided the house is not booked.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We will not be responsible for delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Guests will be emailed arrival and check-in information following receipt of your final balance of payment. Guests must print and bring this email with them to Whistler, you are responsible for bringing your check in information and Contact details
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available, deposit will not be re-charged if rebooking is done within 5days of the payment due date

Guest Stay Policies

Check-Out Time 12 Noon. Half day will be charged if checkout is after 4 PM
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Zero tolerance to excessive cleaning - clients will be billed after departure via credit card. (Up to $500)Charges for carpet cleaning, excessive cleaning will be billed after departure
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will not be tolerated. 11 PM limit on hot tub use
Garbage Removal This can be arranged thrice a week at additional cost.
Housekeeping Housekeeping service can bee arranged at guest own account. linen change will be provided on the 5th day of the stay for long stays.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm or injuries to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Locking Door Clients are responsible for locking the doors whenever they are out.
Maintenance Emergencies Person on call.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7 Persons.
Noise Restrictions 10 PM - 8AM. Strictly enforced
Parking & Ticketing 1 Car Garrage.
Property Damage Damage deposit of up to $3000 will be charged upon final payment which will be refunded after 7 days after departure should no damage to the property arise. We expect that any damages from previous staying guests get reported to our housekeeping company within 24hrs of arrival. Cleaning charges will be billed to a client on departure (in the same manner that a payment will be taken on line
