Same floor open concept apartment very spacious  !1200 sq. ft. , with two enclosed bedrooms and two full batrooms. The Master has a large private terrace overlooking the mountain and the has a full view of the lakeand has a full insuite.. There is a another terrace acessible from the Livingroom/diningroom area with BBQ and table.

Very spacious and fully furnished kitchen..

This building (5 Condos) has the most exclusive location (highest poit of the complex)providing for a private entrance facing the golf course and no close neighbours.  We have a walking path/croo-country skiing/ cycling path that is connected with the major circuits in Tremblant and is a three minute walk to Le Geant golf Club house..

The apartment is comes complete with all modern amenities and is decorated for maximum confort and to provide a modern condo environment feeling.

In one of the terraces you have BBQ and external furniture set.. On the second terrace you have sitting furniture and tables..

The ' Les Eaux complex ' has a very modern and complete SPA facility , cessible via door-code.The internal Spa facilities include  (sauna, Steam bath , Showers, etc.. and the external facilities include  ..two nswimming pools , jacuzzi, hot tub, tempered bath, shower-falls.long chairs, pick-nick tables , . there are two lifeguards present during the pool season....

In winter the internal facilities , the jacuzzi and the tempered tub are also opereational..

 

The management team resides in the same complexs and they can arrange for all type of reservations at discounted prices.

Note: The condo front door faces the Start of le Geant #10 hole, and the club house ids 150 yard walk ...

The first being calling us to discuss our requirements. Should a rental occur and all guests are under age 23 without our being informed we will retain your entire damage deposit should any unfortunate situation arise.

Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellations Made by Guests Payments are 80% refundable with 2 months notice. All other payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 5% processng fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations can not held without a reservation deposit. Please confirm your stay by clicking Reserve Now. This web site is equipped with an online reservation 24hrs/day/7 days/week feature. All reservations are first come/first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. Trip Insurance is an option you may want to consider?
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information All pertinent check-in and check-out information plus map and driving instructions if required will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Property Sale All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense.
Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 5 PM ( Strickly adhered to). With prior arrangements,we can provide an area to keep your luggage until the condo is fully serviced. On occasion we can ready the property prior to 5:00 P.M. However, we are never able to guarantee an earlier check-in.
Check-Out Time 10 A.M. ( Strickly adhered to). In order to ready the property for our next visitors usually arriving that same afternoon we ask that you kindly check-out at the designated time.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Housekeeping over and above the norm. We provide complimentary housekeeping for up to 2 1/2 hours of cleaning. Should we get billed for additional hours we will pass this expense to the renter. Following our guidelines with respect to check-out will guarantee no danage deposit funds being withheld for excessive housekeeping.
Excessive Noise Not Acceptable. Subject to evictin without refund.
Garbage Removal Gargabe bins are located in several places within the complex. If you are running late and can dispose of garbage kindly package trash and leave for housekeeper to remove.
Housekeeping Property will be prepared upn your arrival. There is no daily housekeeping.
Liability
Locking Door Leave all key on kitchen counter except one. Front door is equipped with realtor lock box. After closing front door with remaining key open lockbox with combination we provide and place key inside. Please remember to relock the lockbox before departing.
Maintenance Emergencies Names and phone numbers are provided with Check-in instructions.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 5 Guests. Will be evicted if more than 10 overnight occupants. Subject to damage deposit being retained.

Noise Restrictions Guests are responsible. Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Parking & Ticketing
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to immediately notify all visitors of any policy change.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $300 CAD charge on their card prior to arrival in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Les Eaux is zoned for both long and short term rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Should be stored on external storage locker outside the Condo (sanme key as the Condo).
Terms of Eviction Smoking, pets, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, excess of 10 overnight occupants without our permission. All evictions will result in a full loss of lodging and tax payment and quite possibly a potion or all of damage deposit.
