Same floor open concept apartment very spacious !1200 sq. ft. , with two enclosed bedrooms and two full batrooms. The Master has a large private terrace overlooking the mountain and the has a full view of the lakeand has a full insuite.. There is a another terrace acessible from the Livingroom/diningroom area with BBQ and table.

This building (5 Condos) has the most exclusive location (highest poit of the complex)providing for a private entrance facing the golf course and no close neighbours. We have a walking path/croo-country skiing/ cycling path that is connected with the major circuits in Tremblant and is a three minute walk to Le Geant golf Club house..

Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
| Excessive Cleaning Costs | Housekeeping over and above the norm. We provide complimentary housekeeping for up to 2 1/2 hours of cleaning. Should we get billed for additional hours we will pass this expense to the renter. Following our guidelines with respect to check-out will guarantee no danage deposit funds being withheld for excessive housekeeping. |
