A Super Vacation Experience, Winter or Summer!  Welcome to our getaway at world famous Whistler/Blackcomb Resort.  Consistantly top-rated North American resort, Whistler is now as busy during the Summer as in the Winter.   Our unit is located in Glacier Lodge, in the Blackcomb / Upper Village area, with easy Ski-In / Ski-Out to Blackcomb Mountain base. 

Unlike a hotel room, when you don't feel up to going out to eat, use the full kitchen to prepare your own meals, coffee or snacks.

The Lodge

Whistler is a big place....stay where you don't need a car. Everything is near-by.  Glacier Lodge has it all......and has just undergone a major multi-million$ renovation, making it one of the premier locations at Whistler.  The automatic doors greet you in the huge vaulted lobby with giant fireplace, and 24-hour front desk.  It has all the facilities  you expect from a first-class lodge;  year-round heated swimming pool, two jetted outdoor hot tubs, fully equipped fitness room, free wireless internet, full service health spa, bistro cafe, wine store, pub, ski rental.......the list goes on.

The Room

Our unit is a spacious one-bedroom unit with upstairs loft.  Newly renovated kitchen & living room.  Leather furniture, S/S appliances, granite countertops, plasma TV, even your own wine fridge.  Bright living room with gas fireplace overlooks the quiet courtyard.   Large bathroom, king bed in the master and 2 single beds upstairs (can be combined into King), plus, if needed, a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.  Comfortably sleeps 4 to 6. Stereo, cd/dvd, extra sofa bed, TV's in each bedroom.  All appliances, dishware, and cutlery.  Air purifier for allergy sufferers.

 Property Description

Unit is located on the third floor.  Easy access via elevator or stairs, the unit has keyless, secure coded access known only to you.  Vaulted living room ceiling gives comfortable open feeling.

 Fully renovated main floor has stainless steel kitchen, granite counters, large living room, bathroom, and large Master bedroom with King bed.  Stairs lead up to the seperate loft, with 2 single beds, which can be combined for a larger bed.  Wall-mounted TV's in each room. 

Comfy heated tile floors in bathroom.

Stereo, Plasma HD TV, DVD, fireplace and additional sofa-bed in the living room.

Location

It's all about Location!  Glacier Lodge is located in the Upper Village / Benchlands, right next to Chateau Whistler, and across the street from Club Intrawest.  There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate area, or take  a scenic 5 to 10 minute walk (or free shuttle bus) to the main village.  Just one block away is Lost Lake, with plenty of cross-country trails (or hiking, cycling  & swimming in the summer).  Golf course is also just a block away. 

Ski In/Ski Out directly to the Blackcomb Chair / Ticket Booths.  In the summer, the Farmers Market happens right outside your door on weekends.
