The condo is just a five minute drive from Fernie Alpine Resort. You are also just a 10 minute walk from Downtown with all of the shops, supermarkets, boutiques and bars.
The unit consists of an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, private balcony (with BBQ) and in-suite laundry.
The living room has a 42" Flat Screen TV, DVD Player and Shaw HD Cable (with HBO and Movie Channels) and the bedroom also has a 32" Flat Screen TV with cable too. The unit has it's own dedicated wireless, high speed internet connection so no need to worry about sharing with others.
Shared facilities include heated underground parking, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, steam room and exercise room.

Fernie Alpine Resort is located in the south-east corner of the B.C. Rockies on Highway No.3 approximately 60 km (40 miles) from the Alberta and U.S. borders. It is 5 km (3 miles) from the City of Fernie and only 1.5km up the hill from the highway intersection.
Whether driving yourself or taking the bus, the road to Fernie will lead you through some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in the world. The drive is easy with no major mountain passes and the roads are well maintained.
Your trip here is part of the Alpine Resort experience. Be alert and you'll see Big Horn Sheep, Elk, Moose and Deer as you venture into the heartland of the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Guests Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||Please be considerate of other guests. Repeated complaints will result in guest eviction with no refund|
|Garbage Removal||There is a large dumpster outside the premises. Located next to the underground parking|
|Housekeeping||Condo will be cleaned before and after stay. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee. Arrangements can be made and paid locally|
|Liability||The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages and for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Provided with check in package. Emergency contact numbers provided|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||4.|
|Missing Items||Guests responsibility. Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.|
|Noise Restrictions||Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.|
|Parking & Ticketing||Underground parking. The guest is allocated one parking spot in the secure underground parking. A garage door openener is provided in the condo and must be left upon departure. The door can also be opened from the inside. Additional spaces are also available outside the premises.|
|Property Damage||Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $500 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted.Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation.|
