Hi Shannon, Thank you for a lovely stay in one of your properties again. We have stayed at Greystone for the past 4 years and its perfect for our needs with two young children. This year we stayed in Unit 2**. On the whole the unit works well and is reasonably well appointed. I would like to make a few suggestions however that would have made it even better.
The kitchen is fine and works well however the knives are terrible! understand this is not easy to manage in a high turnover apartment however they really do need replacing as they even struggled to cut a tomato!. Honestly someone is going to get badly cut using these as you have to press so hard on them to cut anything it is easy enough to slip. There is also only one set of tongs in the kitchen that are designed for salads (spoon one side fork the other) and no other set of tongs i.e. to turn something on a hot frypan.
I would also suggest leaving a note in the apartment advising how to use the underfloor heating etc. i.e. what each switch controls etc. In our whole time there we could not get the TV in the bedroom working which was a bit frustrating. Think you might want to have someone take a look at it for you.
Hope this helps as I said we did really enjoy your apartment and have stayed in others in Greystone of yours and these just a few little things would have made it even better. Oh yes and by the way its time to get a better car parking code system 10 digits in this day and age for a car park is not ideal. thanks again hopefully we can stay with you next year. best regards StewartView Full Review

This property is very close to the Blackcomb lift. Easy to get to after a long day of skiing. The room was just as shown in the photos and clean. The beds were comfortable. We gave our kids the 2 separate beds. There were lots of towels, pillows, blankets, dishes (including plastic for around the pool). The gas fireplace mantel gave us a spot to dry our wet mitts. Was easy to find, easy to access with the door codes.
It would be nice to have netflix or apple TV for movies. Though there was WIFI so you could watch on an iPad. The hot tub is quite small. It's only good for about 6 people though the heated pool was nice for the kids. Overall was a great place and would stay here again.View Full Review

Great location and perfect for two couples skiing. The kitchen was fitted out with everything we needed to have a few meals at home. For our adult family of five, first timers to Whistler, and our first white Christmas, we are so glad we chose the Upper Village and the McNiece Apartment in Greystone Lodge. The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. We immediately felt at home and loved the fact we had access from our balcony to ground level at the front and ski in ski out from the lower back entrance. The hot spa was a lovely relaxer each day after skiing. The whole Whistler experience was amazing. The staff at Greystone were very accommodating, especially Clint on the front desk. The home was exactly as described. Easy access to the home, without the need to "check-in" upon arrival. The home was plenty big for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped. Having the ski locker on the ground floor was wonderful, as we didn't have to lug skis up and down stairs. Parking was underground and we never had an issue with finding a spot. The location in the Upper Village was great, with a bus stop right across from the driveway allowing quick access to Whistler Village. We were able to ski home from the slopes, but had to walk out to the slopes in the morning because there wasn't enough snow to cover the path out.

The entire process was seamless and very well organized! Payment was done online. Prior to the start date we were sent a document containing all required information about the suite. It was very convenient that we were provided with door codes for the garage and door to the suite. This made the check in process seamless as we were able to just show up on the day and enter the suite without needing to check in with anyone. Apartment was clean and everything worked well! Great experience :)

I have been a frequent renter of the McNeice condos in Greystone at Whistler, for years now. Beautifully appointed with top notch kitchen & all the support cooking utensils we have needed for the largest dinners. Granite countertops and slate-style showers along with very comfortable beds throughout. But as a leader of frequent adult ski trips to Whistler, most important to me is the McNeice Family had the forethought to install king beds that split to twins when needed. Their condos allow for any combination of singles vs couples. Just tell them how you want the beds made up, before you arrive! All the above + free parking (saves you $15-20/day) and vary competitive per night rates add up to why I have rented their various condos at Whistler for years. We have used this property a number of times since finding it a few years back. It's very quite, but right on the Blackcomb base ski run and very easy to park the car and never see it again till you leave. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The furnishing and decor were various nice. The heated floors and upgraded kitchen were two features that we really liked. The ski in / ski out convenience was great and the walk down the slope in the evening to the upper villiage (short walk further to Whistler villiage) was lots of fun. We would definitely come back!

Large master bedroom with master bath and king bed can be split into two singles(crack in middle). If you want it set up as a king (sheets etc), be sure to ask in advance. Second bedroom has a queen with bath right around the corner off the hall. Well equiped modern kitchen, with new appliances, and granite counters. Warm, lodge decor, hardwood floors in family room, stone tile entry and bath with radiant heat (super nice on the feet in the morning!). Very quiet -- did not hear a sound. Condo complex has large in-door hot tub, smaller outdoor hot tub, and heated salt water pool. Unlike most condos in Whistler, parking is free ($10-15/night savings). The combo lock on the front door and access in to the garage and building is tricky on first use, but then worked smoothly. Newer, more modern, nicer furniture and better condition than other condos that I've stayed at in Whistler. Short 15 minute walk to down the slope to Whilster Village. Need kleenex in the bath. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends. Pricing is competitive.

Combo adjoining Units 201&202. Booking was easy and efficient. Communication with Shannon was excellent. Layout was good for a family with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was excellent with true ski in-out access to the bottom of Wizard chair. A 10 minute hike to the village. Midweek cleaning service was very appreciated. WiFi worked well. If we had to change anything, we would have expected more towels, a kitchen sponge, spices, a spare roll of papertowels, more garbage liners, and better lighting. (The unit is on the ground floor at the front of the building, so drapes need to be drawn continuously in bedrooms for privacy.) Our favorite amenities were the heated tile floor in the entry and the bathrooms, the fireplace with thermostat, the entry bench/hooks for storage, and the comfy couches.

Thought the condo was well located and convienient. Nice floor plan and common areas. Thougth the matresses on the beds were a bit rough (in particular the king) and due to be replaced- but was so tired I slept fine. Location is ski-in/ski-out but the out is a bit uphill- but a very very short walk. Figure under 5 minutes walk and you are on the slopes. Also you can walk easily to Blackcomb base. We did not try to walk to Whistler due to falling snow- but I bet you could on a nice evening.

A very clean, beautiful and warm vacation home! Great location for ski in/out access in a quiet and private area. Facilities and utilities were well maintained. There is a free shuttle that runs to and from Whistler Village which makes it very convenient. Had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend this vacation home!

The place was not clean when we got there. My wife is diabetic and needs to eat her meals on time and trying to prep a meal with three cleaners in the place while we were unpacking was not fun by any means. The place was only avarage as far as cleanliness. The light above the sink doesn't work the light on the track in the bathroom was out with no repacements. Two other lights we out as well. There is smoking holes in the main bedroom bed covers. The carpeting in the living room needs cleaning. My beer was removed from the suite but was replaced. I have stayed in two other suites in the same building with no issues or cleanliness problems so this was a surprise to us when we stayed in your suite. The skiiing was great!!!
