Whistler SlopeSide Retreat is located in the Marquise, a condo development ideally situated in the Blackcomb Benchlands mere steps from slopes.

The slopes are accessed with 100 steps down Spearhead Trail where you arrive at the main lower ski runs on Blackcomb named Merlin's & Green Line which will take you down to the base of the mountain and all it's associated services.

For Olympic bookings we would request that full payment be made 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations Made by Guests Full Refund, Less than 30 day Notice of Cancellation Guest will receive Full Refund if Unit is able to be Re-Rented. If unit cannot be Re-Rented a 25% Cancellation Fee will apply. Rentals from January 15 through March 31, 2010 are only elegible for 50% refund, if cancelled with less than 120 days before scheduled rental start date.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Delayed Arrivals After 8PM Please Advise in Advance of a Possible Late Arrival as Alternate Check-In Procedures May Apply.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Delivered Through Email Questions and Clarifications are also done through Email well in advance of your arrival. Contact us with any questions.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Guests will be evicted for excessive noise.
Garbage Removal Guests are reminded that it is their responsibility to empty the garbage regularly and upon checkout.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Housekeeping Provided Upon Departure. Daily housekeeping is not provided.
Ineligible Guests & Refusal of Business: 48-Hour Reservation Cancellation The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Cleaning

Is cleaning provided? WSS provides cleaning prior to your arrival and after your departure. Additional cleaning is available for an added charge.

Location

How close is WSS to the ski runs? WSS is only about 100 steps from Whistler Blackcomb Mountain. One can also ski virtually right up to the door.
How long does it take to travel to Whistler? By vehicle it takes approximately 90 minutes to travel to Whistler from Vancouver in non-peak times. Travelling at peak hours can increase the travel time beyond 2 hours.

Sleeping Arrangments

What is the sleeping situation at WSS? There are two beds at WSS. A queen bed in the master bedroom and a double pull-out bed in the living area.
What is the ideal number of guests at WSS? Although WSS can easily accommodate a four person family it is ideally set up to host two adults.
