Rates are subject to 10% and a 2% municipal Hotel tax which apply to most reservations in the Whistler Resort. If we offer long stay rates they will be posted below. All rates are quoted in Canadian funds and subject to change without notice. This is a spacious two bedroom, 2 bathroom property. Enter via central hallway, full kitchen with all modern new appliances look over to main living area (large sofa and chair, gas fireplace, Plasma TV. Dining area (table with 6 chairs) all open concept. Master bedroom with king bed has a full ensuite bathroom, and second full bathroom can be found just off the kitchen and entrance. The second bedroom (additional flat screen tv in this room) is located on the opposite side of property to the Master bedroom.
The Private deck is accessed by door off living area. This deck has out door chairs and small table.

Possibly the best slopeside location in the Whistler Resort. The Aspen's complex can be found in the Upper Village right on the slope beside the Wizard Express high speed chair lift. The ski school, and Blackcomb Day lodge are extremely close, making after skiing pick up of children very convenient.
The Upper Village is favoured by those who want proximity to all Village attractions, while staying in a quieter neighbourhood . The Upper Village has a great selection of boutiques, ski shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Once you arrive at the Aspen's complex you do not require a car , everything you need is accessible by foot. Our Concierge will be able to organize grocery delivery prior to your arrival . Basic food supplies will be delivered the morning of your arrival. No need to navigate your way to the grocery store or one of the larger supermarkets after a long flight into Vancouver. At the Base of Blackcomb Mountain , across the road from the Chateau Whistler Hotel is a smaller boutique grocery store, with a very good selection food items, dairy and produce. Guest Stay Policies
|Bike Storage||Bikes must be stored in the Aspen's storage area only. We do not permit bikes in the condo at all|

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.|
|Garbage Removal||Garbage will be removed on service days. Guests are responsible for garbage removal on all other days. A garbage room can be found on the exterior of the building - out the front of the building to the right hand side you will see this small building for garbage and recycling|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bedsheets every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee|
|Internet Availability & Usage||We provide a wireless internet service. We are not providing internet assistance for technical issues that may arise. This is a complimentary service, access will be detailed in check-in email. No Internet support available. Guests must have a wireless card in order to be able to access the server|
|Liability||The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands|
|Locking Door||All Guests are requested to lock the door of the condo when departing.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Guest has Concierge details on check in information. Guest must contact Concierge in all cases|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||6. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction. Owner also reserves the right to reverse the reservation within 24 hours of booking.|
|Missing Items||Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.|
|Noise Restrictions||Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.|
|Parking & Ticketing||Secured pay parking is available on arrival via Front desk $12 daily. Pre purchase parking voa the vending machine in lobby. Guests must see front desk staff for the magnetic key required to open secure gate at entrance of parking garage at Aspen's|
|Policy Updates||Guests are accountable to the policies posted on my web site at the time of booking the property and are not subject to policies that were amended or added after their booking was made.|
|Property Damage||Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $500 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted.Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation.|

|Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage||Skis and snowboards are stored with Ski Valet over night. Guests are not required or permitted to store gear in condo over night. On arrival see ski shop adjacent to the Aspen's front desk and drop off your gear for over night storage. After skiing the Valet will collect your equipment at entrance of complex so you do not have to carry beyond this point. This service is free of charge.|
|Terms of Eviction||More than one complaint from security will result in eviction.|
