Whistler is a beautiful place!We searched every corner to find the most perfect location. We were very particular and wondered if our dream home existed and then we found our ideal spot in Blackcomb Greens. This unique complex boasts the highest "Green Space" ratio in all of Whistler which basically means there's a lot of land and very well appointed buildings. When you look out any of our windows, you'll see the outdoor area you came to enjoy - not the next door wall. We are two families who own this home and have fallen in love with it. Our kids can walk or bike safely to the village or the lakes and can get to the lifts easily by themselves on the shuttle. Even if we're all there together the floorplan gives a real feeling of spaciousness. We have a corner unit so on the north side we have only woods and to the west, out the patio doors, we have the Valley Trail, the Chateau Whistler Golf Course ( or Cross Country Trail in the winter) and the mountains beyond. Watch the sun go down from the patio in the summer or the moon rise from the hot tub at night after a day of activity. This is a perfect place for families or anyone looking for a little luxury and a lot of peace and quiet. Sitting in our living room it's easy to believe you're in a beautiful cabin in the woods but 5 minutes away you're in the hub of the most exciting ski resort on the continent.

Our home is all on one level, with a few steps down from the interior hallway into the living area. The private entrance opens into a mud room with ski storage. The open plan of kitchen, dining area and vaulted ceiling living room creates a great environment for socializing or family time. The large patio is adjacent to the Valley Trail and the Chateau Golf course. There are two bedrooms, both generous, one which is particularly large with an en suite, bunk beds and queen bed. Heated tile floors keep your morning toes warm and keep the heat even and constant. This layout gives a wonderful feeling of spaciousness but maintains a warm coziness. Large log accents bring the outdoor beauty right to you.

Our living room is very bright and spacious with cathedral ceiling and lots of window. River Rock woodburning fireplace with glass doors makes this the cosiest of places. The furniture is warmly cushioned. The couch is a queen sofa bed. Patio doors lead on to the outdoor areas and the fabulous views. Large LCD Flatspanel TV ,DVD player with a selection of DVDs and board games are in the entertainment centre.
The large window in the dining room looks out onto a lovely wooded area.Our wonderful pine dining table seats 6 comfortably but we have had some pretty fun meals getting 9 people round the table without hardship. The area adjoins the kitchen so no one feels left out.
Our beautiful home is remarkably spacious and well designed. It is located right on the Chateau Whistler Golf course in the Benchlands.

BLACKCOMB GREENS is located in the quiet and secluded area of the prestigious Blackcomb Benchlands. The setting is serene and forested. We are right on the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and the cross-country ski trail. You may ski-home after a day of skiing. The lifts are either a 10 minute walk or a free shuttle ride. Our home is located at 4644 Blackcomb Way, which is at the intersection of Blackcomb Way and Spearhead Drive. When entering off Hwy 99 take the Lorimer Road exit. Turn Left on Blackcomb Way. The road goes into a bit of an incline. You will pass Painted Cliff Rd. on the right hand side. Just after Painted Cliff Rd., on the left is the entrance to Blackcomb Greens. It's tucked in a little bit so keep your eyes peeled.

We are two families who have combined forces to pursue our dream of enjoying our own corner of Whistler. We have only just acquired this place so are still adjusting to the reality of having this fantastic place. Because the unit was owned by non BC residents, it has not had a lot of use which is great in that it has not had a lot of wear and tear and we can also begin to put our own personal touches and loving care into our new home. We all live in Vancouver and have very busy and active lives and we would prefer to have the place occupied and enjoyed rather than sitting empty. Our goal is to offer such a great place that we can have people come back time and time again, knowing that they will be assured of a familiar and beautiful residence for that much needed holiday.

Great location! View out from the patio is wonderful and just a hop, skip and jump, a lovely walk, into town. The condo was perfect for four friends from way back. We did not realize when we booked that it was Ironman weekend but totally enjoyed the stay and cheering the runners as they ran right past our patio. We would definitely book again and recommend to others looking for accommodation.
This place was everything I had imagined and hoped for. My family and I were very comfortable, from the spacious rooms to the nice beds to the small personal touches added by annabel. The ski lifts were about 3 minutes down the road by car and we even spent a day snowshoeing around in the back "yard". I believe that annabel even arranged for great weather. My kids didn't want to leave (nor did I, actually). I thought the price very reasonable and would definitely book this place again.

Our family had a great time here for an extended weekend. The home is well furnished, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen very well supplied with everything one needs when cooking in. A couple of small deficiencies which really should have been noticed and attended to by the cleaning company but nothing major. We would definiteely go again.
Annabel made my family's stay at Whistler very memorable. A gift basket welcomed us , there was wood for the fire and all the little things you need in the kitchen like spices, and cooking oil. The check in was so easy and it is located a quick free shuttle ride to the Whistler or BlacKcomb. With a touch pad to open the door the kids could come and go from the ski hill at ease. We stayed for 10 days and loved every minute of it.
My husband and I recently stayed at the Blackcomb Greens in property id 1509 on the Homeaway website. The unit is well appointed...great kitchen and spacious living room with a real wood fireplace(you will have to provide some of your own firelogs). The king bed in the master bedroom was a little too firm for our taste but we are older and more picky than most! We always bring our own foam on car trips so that part worked out great! We had our son and his wife with us and they enjoyed the condo as well. The drinking water was good (always wonder when we go to new places!) and we figured out the TV/DVD set up fairly easily (that has not always been true in the past at other rentals and is very frustrating if you are waiting to watch a favorite sports event or a movie you have rented!). The view of the green space was lovely. All in all, we would recommend this unit to anyone and thank the owners for a great 3 day stay!
We have just returned from a week skiing in Whistler - first time in the town, indeed first time skiing anywhere other than Europe. It worked out so well though. Blackcomb Greens is a small, quiet complex away from the town centre, and this unit must be one of the quietest of all. It was really convenient for skiing though, as one of the two free buses stopped outside and it was only minutes from the gondolas. Easy walk to town too on very pleasant trails, one of which is right outside. The apartment is spacious, warm, extremely comfortable and provides everything you could possibly want. We particularly loved the open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room. And the best beds we have found outside of luxury hotels. In fact if I had to describe my perfect winter holiday rental, I think it would come out sounding pretty much like this place! As this was new territory for us I did do a lot of research, and the big bonuses for me were a) easy access via door-code rather than having to go somewhere else to pick up the key in the dark, b) free shuttle to town so no long walk in ski boots, and c) lots of comfortable seating for relaxing in the evening.
Loved the location. On the corner and somewhat secluded. The plug for the tub doesn't work and we couldn't get the en-suite shower wouldn't turn on. Other wise we had a fabulous stay.
Arrangements were easy to make and did not involve a trip to a separate place for the key. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We liked the proximity to the trail and the seclusion of a corner unit. Parking is convenient. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. We would gladly stay there again.
Annabel made the arrangements very easy. The directions to the rental from the parking to entering the home were well explained and uncomplicated. The location was perfect with easy access to the free shuttle that ran to Whistler Village about every 10 minutes. The rental was well equipped with gadgets, appliances and spices (even coffee and tea) in the kitchen, dvd's, books and cards in the living room, and patio chairs, salt to sprinkle on the iced stairs outside, and also a sled for the snow. We were very pleased with the accommodation!
This condo is a golfers dream. Easy access to Blackcombe and Whistler for skiing and boarding too. It is close to paths for biking hiking and the Lost Lake and beach are lovely. It is peaceful outside and calming inside. It is easy for sleeping, comfortable for gathering cooking and entertaining and nice for sitting quietly too. There is nothing you need as it is fully equipped in the kitchen bathrooms and laundry.
We had an awesome time. This is a great unit right on the golf course. It is a bit of a walk to go to the ski hills but the bus at the top of the hill takes you to the lifts in 10 minutes.
Absolutely beautiful. Whistler is amazing. Great to stay so close (walking distance) to the lake. Beautiful views from the suite and all you need in accomodation. Lovely time with extended family. My folks travelling from Sa thoroughly enjoyed their stay! We will hopefully be back!
Last minute find for a New Year's getaway in Whistler. Beautiful, well-equipped and well located. Gift basket on arrival was a nice touch as well.
