One word. WOW!!! We absolutely loved Whistler and this condo was perfectly situated in the heart of Whistler and everywhere we wanted to be. We did everything – mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, rafting, swimming, spas and eating out. We loved coming home to this supremely well appointed mountain “home”.

Property Description

Our two bedroom condo has 2 BALCONIES each attaching to a bedroom and the main living room. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the other. Each have their own bathroom although the second bedroom's bathroom is accessable by both the bedroom and the hallway. The kitchen and living room separates the two bedrooms and have views which are about 270 degrees. There are closets in each bedroom and a large closet in the hall. There are coat hooks and a bench to store your snowy gear to dry. There is also a washer and dryer in the hall.

We are repeat visitors to this condo and would highly recommend to others. Great location in the heart of the village close to shopping, restaurants and of course skiing. Separated bedrooms provide maximum privacy and very spacious layout makes for a great stay. Easy check in and check out. We have stayed at other owner rentals and find Laura and Joseph's condo to be comparable to the higher end hotels in Whistler, but of course, much more affordable. This is our second stay with them and will be returning in the future.

Great location and we really enjoyed staying at this place. The place was well furnished and well stocked - it felt like going home at the end of the day versus a hotel room. The view from the patio and the proximity to grocery store, lifts, trails is awesome. Great accomodation for a family of 6. There is a club on the ground floor but it shuts down at 10PM. Thanks!!

Low Key Trip in Heart of Village

We went to Whistler on a rainy weekend in October to just get away and this room was perfect! It's nicely furnished and has a great layout. The room is close to everything which was great considering the rainy weather we had. The best part was that we didn't feel like we were crammed into a tiny room in the village. While in the condo, it felt like we were away from it all and felt comfortable hanging out or just doing nothing. The views are amazing and the two decks were fun to sit out on (even in the rain). We would definitely stay there again. It was a plus to have a pool as well which is hard to find in the village.

We stayed here in late October for my boyfriend's 30th birthday and we were all blown away at how perfect of spot it was. We (5 of us) were probably the only people in Whistler who came just to hang around the condo to relax for a few days and thankfully, the condo did not disappoint. The views from the windows and balconies were breathtaking and the condo is right above the pedestrian streets of Whistler Village. Everything we wanted was in walking distance and the condo had everything we needed to sustain ourselves for a few days. We had an amazing time and it was definitely because the Condo was so great. I highly recommend it!

For our 5-day school break in November, I looked on for a place to stay up at Whistler with the kids. I found a great looking condo in the heart of the village and contacted the owners. Their initial and subsequent replies to my emails were very prompt and detailed. They were very accommodating to my schedule, allowing us to get into the condo a bit earlier and check-out a bit later. They were very friendly and helpful. Their condo was wonderful! Amazing view, perfect size for us, warm, cozy and with all amenities we required. We took many walks right from the condo which the kids really enjoyed. The playground is now refurbished and re-opened and very close-by. Having a computer with wireless internet was convenient and handy. I also appreciated their stereo so we could play CDs and stories that we brought with us. A close walk to the grocery store, as well. We had a fabulous stay and would not hesitate to go back to this condo in future - in fact, we will make a definite plan to go again this year. The only thing that was a disappointment was the pool - very small and not in a great location and without much space to sit around. However, I wasn't expecting much so it wasn't a huge disappointment. It would be great if these condos had a nice pool to compliment them, though. All in all, HIGHLY recommend!

Our family of five have stayed at this lovely, comfortable and well-appointed apartment for 2 years in a row (Dec 07 & 08), for 2 weeks each time, and will stay there again when we return to Whistler. The kitchen is very well-equipped, beds are extremely comfortable (even the sleep sofa), bathrooms modern and very clean, and the place has every appliance you would need and more. It is only a 10 min walk through the village to the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas and a stone's throw away from the IGA supermarket, shops and most of the restaurants in the village. The owners are the nicest landlords around, they made sure that everything in their home is clean, organised and in perfect working order, and have always been responsive and helpful with our every request. Our family will always have the best memories of our ski holidays here. Thanks so much again, Laura and Joseph!

Convenient underground parking for easy load-in & out leads to a great center-village location, an easy walk to gondolas, all restaurants, shops and the market. Decks overlook the Olympic medal plaza. We found the property immaculate and nicely furnished and equipped. The owners were a pleasure to work with. Out of 15 trips to Whistler, this was our favorite lodging.

We had a very relaxing time. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was the most spacious unit we have ever rented. We appreciated the little things: ie. candy and a Christmas card. We especially appreciate the decorated Christmas tree. It made our stay very homey indeed! The beds and bedding were comfortable. We had good nights sleep every night. The full kitchen helped us save several hundred dollars from eating out for most the time we were there. Views from the living room were terrific and the location to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants couldn't have been more convenient. Literally, steps away yet the unit was quiet. With the secure parking we didn't have a care in the world. With the washer, dryer in the unit, we didn't even have to bring home any unwashed clothing. Arriving and getting into he unit was a snap, too. I would highly recommend to anyone to try Joseph and Lara's condo in Whistler. If we get a chance we may come up during the summer too. Thanks for being such great hosts.

We stayed at Josephs and Lauras condo just before Christmas and found our time very pleasant. The condo is very roomy and spacious and was perfect for our family of 5. It is so perfectly located in the center of the Village stroll which made is very easy for our little ones when we needed to get back quickly. The condo itself is very nice and apart from the computer being down on our stay everything was perfect. We would gladly stay here again on a return visit.

Had a great weekend stay. Joseph and Laura made sure we had everything we needed before our trip and then called to call to make sure that we arrived safe and sound. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed, including a computer with high speed internet. It was also great to have some movies to watch if you wanted to relax. The two huge decks were great overlooking the village stroll. We will definitely return!

Great week at Whistler

This condo is located right in the heart of the village. We were able to walk to everything which means we parked our car in the provided space in the underground garage and only used it to drive outside of the village. The condo has a great view, is nicely equipped and a computer is provided. The rental process is very easy and Joseph and Laura are helpful and gracious. The weather was not cooperative but I'm sure if they were able to fix that problem they would have done their best.

We celebrated my oldesst child's college graduation skiing at Whistler B.C. in December 2009. The village is beautiful and the people are so helpful and friendly and the view from the village was amazing. Laura was a wonderful hostess making sure that our stay was exceptional! We have four children the the condo was perfect for our family. As this was our first skiing trip Laura helped me by sharing links for skiing and rentals and she was very quick to respond to any question that I had--which I had many... I have to say the customer service that I recieved was exceptional! All of us are looking forward to returning soon and we will want stay in this unit again.
