Welcome to SkiFernie.biz, we own this luxury 2 bedroomed apartment at Fernie Ski Resort which is ideally positioned for a great ski or summer break. Our condo at Stone Creek Fernie is in a lovely position and is only 4-5 minutes walk to the the ski lifts, and you can ski back in. It is beautifully equipped and maintained with everything you need for a lovely holiday. The balcony where the hot tub is situated is not overlooked and is great for relaxing. The unit accommodates 4 comfortably and can take 6 easily. The unit is fully cleaned prior to your arrival with linen and towels supplied. We are sure you will enjoy your stay. We also own a 3 bedroom condo property ID 1297 at Stone Creek just 50 yards from this so if you require a larger condo or need more accomodation please take a look.

 Property Description

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, two double bedrooms with a queen and double bed with a queen size sofa bed in the lounge and can sleep a maximum of 6. Main Bedroom is en-suite with a main seperate bathroom. The Lounge, kitchen, dining area is a large open plan area and has views looking out onto an open grass area and is not ovelooked. There is access from the lounge to a deck/balcony with a heated hot tub and decking area, lovely for après ski and relaxing. The apartment comes with clean bedding and has all the usual cooking implements, and is ready for you to use being fully cleaned before your arrival.

Special Features

In an excellent quiet position this luxury apartment is only 3-4 minutes walk from the ski lifts and is perfect for you winter or summer holidays. The unit is very well decorated and furnished and is very well maintained, the hot tub is checked at least 2-3 times a week and is regularly cleaned and serviced. Not only do we rent this and another condo we also use them ourselves so it is important that the standard of them is kept high and that they are well maintained and looked after.

Services

We offer a complimentary house clean every 7 days that is included in the booking. The property is security checked on a daily basis and essential items are supplied (toilet and cleaning products). The property is managed locally and should there be any problems you can contact them to get matters resolved quickly and easily.  Location & Map

Location

The apartment is situated on the Fernie Ski Hill and is less than 5 minutes walk up to the ski lifts. You can ski back to the unit. It is in an excellent position. There are restaurants and bars on the hill and there is a free shuttle bus in the day and evenings to go down to Fernie town for more. The ski season starts in November and runs to mid April. Fernie is a great ski destination and usually get an average of 29 foot of snow a year, and is famous for its powder snow. The ski area does not get busy in the week and it is very common to find runs to yourself. The 4 bowls making the ski area varied and it is a large area you would take at least a week to explore and ski it all. It is also great in spring and summer, with mountain biking, golf, fishing and walking.

 Policies

No smoking is allowed. Guests may arrive on any day of the week. Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Children are allowed. Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $110.00.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

We own 2 condos at Stone Creek very close to each other, a 2 bed and a 3 bed, being able to accomodate a total of 14 guests.
