Northstar has a fantastic location and is very easy to find. This beautiful and comforting complex is set away from the noise of the Village, yet only a short walk to the slopes or shopping in the Village. Our newly renovated townhouse includes new carpets, granite counter tops, new appliances and extremely comfortable beds! To enhance your stay, other luxuries provided are, free wireless internet access and a 42 inch Plasma TV  with digital high definition cable. 

The main level has a bathroom with shower, laundry facilities, kitchen, living room with a queen size sofa bed, dining room and a private sun deck. The second level offers two bedrooms with their own TV plus another bathroom with shower and jetted tub. The master bedroom features a Premium King Size Bed and the second bedroom has a Premium Queen Size Bed. Our complex offers free, secure underground parking for two vehicles. Please be aware of height restrictions { 2M / 6"8" } before entering the parking area. Our condo has an excellent layout to accommodate comfort, convenience and entertaining. Set over two levels, the main floor begins with ample storage for your ski equipment and coats. This delightful space welcomes you immediately with a cozy fireplace, big comfy sofas, a beautiful dining table and an openness that will help ease you into vacation mode.

Enjoy movies on the magnificent 42 inch Plasma TV or sit back and relax on the large, private deck. Complete with a newly renovated kitchen, there is everything you need to entertain and enjoy cooking while on vacation. With an additional granite bar and two bar stools, you have an excellent serving area, additional seating or a comfortable setting to enjoy your favourite beverage. With granite counters throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, lavish living is the setting for your vacation. The main bathroom is complete with a large shower and a private laundry room.

The second floor completes the space with two bedrooms and a master bathroom. The guest room has a brand new, queen size bed and provides lots of closet space to unpack. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, closet space and an additional door to the en-suite bathroom. With a soaker tub and a large vanity area, all new furniture and furnishings, this condo will certainly invite you to feel at home!

In addition to the main sofa, relax on a leather loveseat, a small leather chair and or atop the large leather ottoman. Akin to the greatest gifts of nature, this condo will feel like heaven.

Our townhouse is located in a complex directly across the street from Village North Marketplace. Within a two minute walk, you will find yourself at the north end of the village, with shopping centre, Starbucks and much more. If you are wanting to visit Blackcomb, either hop on for a short bus ride or enjoy the beautiful 10-15 minute walk along the Valley trail. The bus right outside the complex runs every ten minutes, for your convenience. The bus runs from 6 AM TO 12 Midnight. Please be assured, once you park your vehicle, you won't be needed it again until you sadly have to leave for home.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Park out front, then retreive keys for parking area in the condo. Keys located in small basket in the kitchen.
Cancellations Made by Guests There will be a 10% cancellations fee on all cancellations. If we can fill your reservation there will not be any other cost except the 10% cancellation fee, but if we can not fill your reservation you will lose your 25% deposit. There is no refund available on a cancellation made by a guest four weeks prior to the date of arrival.
Delayed Arrivals We are not responsilble for late arrivals. There are no refunds on late arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Will be provided 15 days prior to arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Favorite Pub/Bar Buffalo bills is my favorite night club, good range in age and lots of fun for drinks and dancing. For a little more up scale the Chateau Whister Hotel and a great bar called the Mallard Loung with a fabulous Piano Player and singer. The piano player starts at 9:00 pm and Buffalo Bills you have to be there by 9:30 pm or you will have to waite in line.

Best rainy day activities Go for a day at the spa or just take it easy and take some time at the pool and hottub. Go to the movies, there is a great movie theater right in the midde of the village beside Starbucks and the Guess store. Also Whistler has great shopping.
Great spas My favorite spa is the Chateau Whistler, a little pricey, but take your time and go early so you can use the steam and the pool before your treatment.
Great walks to take Whistler has a valley trail. you can get a map and walk all around Whistler on trails.
My favorite mountain biking trails Cut yer bars, comfortably numb, kill me thrill me, the river runs through, if you happen to be big into mountain biking let us know and will set you up with some great rides and possibly a quide.
My recommended golf courses Big Sky, Chateau Whistler
My recommended non-skiing winter activities Walk around lost lake in the snow it is beautiful. Take a ride on the gondola to the top if the mountain for luch and enjoy the view.
My recommended scenic drives On the way to Whistler, there are shannon falls, this is a must see take your time ans have a break from the car and walk up to the base of the falls it is spectacular.
Places to work out
Top three must see/must do attractions Go for a walk through the village the views are fabuous, going skiing, go for sleigh ride at night in the mountains, my family did it this year for the first time and we couldn"t beleive how beautiful and peaceful it was.

Our family has been enjoying Whistler for over twenty years and we have been residents of British Columbia all of our lives. We love to ski but it has really been the incredible Mountain Biking and special events that keep us coming back! Beautiful place that we love!

We would highly recommend this Whistler property - comfortable and luxurious! So good to have A/C in the bedrooms during the hot summer days, it just gets a little warm on the main floor. The owner is very quick to respond to any concerns. The Northstar pool tends to often be cloudy - perhaps this in an issue the pool maintenance people have trouble keeping under control. However, the pool is a great temperature. Overall, a wonderful place!

We were impressed by the owner's quick responses to our requests. The accommodation was excellent - very clean and well equipped. Highway 99 is very close and there is some noise. Some of the handles to the chest of drawers and bedside table in the master bedroom were broken or missing. There was no guest book (not that it mattered but it was mentioned in instructions) so we were unable to leave comments. All in all the accommodation was first class and we would not hesitate to return.

We stayed at this lovely condo for 5 days in February 2014. Nels was a fantastic host, made sure that our arrival went smoothly and everything was taken care of. The condo was very clean and had all the necessities that we needed during our stay. The condo facilities are nice; hot tub is close by and parking is convenient. The location is wonderful - grocery, and liquor store are right across the street and the main village is a nice (short) walk away. There is a free bus that picks up right outside the condo and drops off at the chair lift! Very convenient if you don't feel like walking in your gear. Overall a fantastic stay, the condo has all that you need to enjoy Whistler, clean, comfy, all the necessities - and Nels is a pleasure to communicate with. Definitely recommend this location!

I had the good fortune of staying in Nels and Dawna's condo for 5 nights. The place was perfect. Great communication and planning from the owners. The remodel is up to date and modern. The kitchen was well stocked and as a coffee fiend I was excited there was a french press and grinder. The furnishings and linens were high quality. Good parking, good communal outdoor hot-tub and the beds were very comfortable.It is the nicest condo I have stayed in at Whistler and plan to stay there again. The skiing wasn't great so coming back to a comfy condo was very nice!

This unit has been renovated and looks fantastic. Very comfortable beds - even the sofa bed; well stocked kitchen; arrival information was thorough; location across from Marketplace is very handy. Overall, a cozy and comfortable 4-night stay for our party of 5 adults. Definitely recommended.

This place is great, d├ęcor is lovely, all amenities, very comfortable and luxurious, really. The complex is literally right across the street from the beginning of Whistler Village. Car parking included was great, and can walk/bike to lakes nearby. Glad it had air conditioning and a pool at the complex as it was hot! We will be back, loved it.

My family and I spent 4 nights in this well furnished condo. Location was great, across the street from the marketplace, and closer access to the bike trails, both of which were good for us since we had 2 small children. The 2 window aC units were vital as it was quite hot but beautiful and sunny while we were at Whistler. We would definitely consider staying here again on any return trips to Whistler. Thanks!

Our family enjoyed our summer stay at Nels and Dawna's Condo. The unit was very well appointed and comfortable. No central a/C but room units in both bedrooms made sleeping very comfortable. The location was Outstanding- a quick walk across the street to the big grocery store, shopping center, and the Village Walk. Free inside covered parking, Nice Flat screens in living room and both bedrooms(DVD player in Living Room). Pls Dawna was super helpful and very responsive when I had some check in questions. An excellent value & location!

My friend and I stayed here with our three boys (ages 2,3 & 4). The house is immaculate - great furniture, bedding, towels, stocked kitchen, BBQ, etc. We couldn't have been happier! I normally stay in the North Village to be a bit removed from the town centre but with three young ones between the two Moms, it was ideal being this close to the shops, kids play park and all the activity. The pool and hot tub are huge - no concern with it being too crowded to be able to enjoy a few hours out there each day, and it was very family-friendly. The owners were so great to deal with - I very much appreciated the offer of flexibility for check-out when there wasn't a guest coming in after us, and also their availability by phone when we couldn't access our check-in info (my fault, not theirs!).

Awesome basecamp for exploring Whistler

This property was beautifully updated with everything we needed for our week stay in Whistler with 4 people - at a great price. Great beds, linens, and towels, and even coffee, tea and sugar as well as all needed cleaning supplies for laundry and for the kitchen after cooking. The location is perfect as it's walking distance to everything in the village, with the grocery store right across the street, but yet just far enough to be away from the hustle bustle. The pool and hot tub area are very nice and the included free parking just below the unit was very convenient. The wifi and cable were great, and the gas grill was nice to have although we never got around to grilling ... this time - we will be back! The patio is nice and the bedrooms with a/c were key as it got pretty warm for a few days. This was supposed to be a bucket list trip, but the downhill mountain biking is so incredible that this is going to be a yearly trip. We normally ride Winter Park, Keystone, Sol Vista, and angel Fire, but Whistler Bike Park is leagues above them all put together. We rented demo bikes so didn't use the bike storage in the garage, but saw it down there which is convenient. We highly recommend Nels and Dawna's property and will be staying here again next time.

A Fantastic Rental Experiance

I totally enjoyed staying at the Guloien's townhouse. It is a short walk to the lifts and the North Village location offers convenience without the hassle/noise/expense of being right in the main village. There are great views of the hills, simple underground parking and lots of space in the clean modern well appointed space. I also liked the nice touches like the art on the walls and the tasteful well cared for furnishings. The price and the ease of the transaction were also very pleasant. I would try and stay in this unit on my next visit to Whistler. I have nothing but positives to say about my experience here.

We stayed for a week over Spring Break with our boys to go skiing. It is a short walk to the free bus that takes you to the slopes (3 Minutes). Located close to the Marketplace for groceries and shops. The unit is tastefully decorated, well stocked and very comfortable! It was perfect for our time there!

#90 Northstar is a nicely updated 2 bedroom rental in a convenient location. We found the unit comfortable for our 3-person family, clean, with many modern updates. The location works very well. It is a short walk to a free shuttle to the bottom of the mountain, a convenient distance to many apres options in the village without being so close that it is noisy. Also, right across the street from the market. Having reserved underground parking two flights directly below the unit is a real bonus. The owners were friendly and provided good communication. Would work great for a small family or 2 couples.

Great Location for Skiing

We stayed here for 3 nights over a holiday weekend in February. The location is great - across the street from marketplace that is at the start of the Whistler Village walk. We have teenagers and the four of us could manage the 15 minute walk to the lifts - but for little kids it may be a real challenge to get gear up and back every day, especially if the pathways are snowy. The condo was very well furnished and appointed with little extras - candles, some dry goods, plenty of towels, and there was a heated pool and hot tub on the grounds which the kids used each day. Downsides - aside from the walk with skis which would be long if you're not in shape or with little kids - the units have metal roofs, so if you are a light sleeper and there's snow melt or rain, you will hear drip drip drip from the bedrooms upstairs, all night long like we did. The road is also a bit noisy as the unit backs onto the main highway. So bring some earplugs and you will be fine, the beds otherwise are very cozy, clean and the bedrooms well appointed with nice linens, pillows and TVs. The last thing which was annoying - our car was towed from the underground parking garage and we were not at fault. Everyone claimed ignorance but at the end of it we still paid $170 to get the car back. Maybe a random issue, but make sure you pay attention, they will tow even when the garage isn't full.

This is a beautiful townhouse in the heart of Whistler. We traveled with our 2 children and had an amazing time! We parked our car in garage after arriving and didn't use it again until leaving...so many amenities and activities within walking distance! For us, this is key when traveling! The townhouse was clean and quiet as there were many families around. It highly exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return!

We have stayed in several locations throughout the village and if you are looking for a condo this is the nicest one we have seen. The furnishings are very nice and probably up to standards with amines anyone's home. There is ac which isn't always the case with the condos up here. Tip: park your car in the designated parking spot and then unload it. The unit is directly above the spot.

Fantastic condo in a great location really close to all the whistler amenities. Just across the road from a large supermarket, lots of shops & restaurants & an easy 8-10 min walk to lifts - you can also Jo on the free bus which stops right outside the condo if you would prefer which drops you right at the lifts in just a couple of minutes. The condo itself is clean, bright, warm & spacious stacked full of everything you could possibly need to make your stay really comfortable. The beds are huge & comfy & there is plenty of hanging & storage space for all your belongings. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again it was absolutely perfect. Thank you!

We've stayed at a lot of places in Whistler and really liked the comfort and convenience of this condo. It had all the amenities we needed for cooking & relaxing, with big spacious bathrooms and kitchen. Very clean, very pretty decor. One issue, there was no binder/users guide for operating the fireplace, the password for the internet or accessing the garbage in the shared parking area. That would've been really helpful. We spent some time hunting around and finally calling the owner.

This was our best ever visit to Whistler (at least our 8th time). The condo was fantastic, the beds extremely comfy and the linens/towels top notch. Coffee grinder and blender a bonus for fresh coffee and great daily smoothies. Tv's in each room and big screen with loads of channels in living room great. Having two bathrooms with showers for morning prep was great. Good comfy seating in living room. Shuttle bus was just pulling into the bus stop each morning as we walked out was perfect timing! and not too far to walk back to condo at the end of day. Love being close to the IGa and BC liquor store - very handy. Would highly recommend the condo, great value for dollar and very nicely appointed. Clean, fresh and comfy. The jewel in the crown though was the best skiing of the season - two mornings of 55CM + fresh powder and in line at peak chair both times as it opened. Skiier heaven!!!

A perfect home from home in Whistler

We had a great start to the trip with an easy check-in,just the door code and in you go! Everything was as expected and everything worked well, the best thing was that the property actually looked much better than the photos which was, of course ,a good suprise. As described the unit is a 10 minute walk from the village gondola but just a 2 minute walk across to the main supermarket in town so really handy and we enjoyed the short walk to and from the slopes everyday - you can get buses if you wish. Very impressed with the condition of the unit, it felt like you were visiting a friends home rather than just staying in a holiday rental so that makes a nice change from the other similar places I have stayed. I guess the best recommendation I can make is that if I get the chance to go back to Whistler I will be looking here first for a place to stay

Pertinent pre-check-in information was effectively communicated before we arrived, down to the finest detail such as how to operate the TVs. The home itself was very clean and well stocked. It is in a perfect location, close to many of the wonderful things Whistler has to offer. Our kids particularly loved the outdoor hottub and heated pool. This is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had while in Whistler (and I've been coming for years).

I stayed with my son and his girlfriend for a couple of relazing days in Whistler. The condo was very comfortable, especially the beds. The kitchen was very well appointed as well. We loved our stay in this condo. It is a beautiful place with many extras, and the the air conditioning was greatly appreciated. The only little item that needed fixing was a black fan in the living room. There wasn't one other thing we would complain about, and sure hope to stay there again next summer!

We have visited Whistler many times in the summer. This condo has a great location, next to the village,restaurants, and shops. It is not directly located in the village which is a plus. It can be very loud with all the people, restaurants, and bands that play during the summer. This condo is far enough away that you don't hear any noise. The condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you will need on your trip. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. I know you will not be disappointed if you chose this condo.

From our initial contact we received a superb service from Nels and Dawna. Very quick and comprehensive advice to our questions. Check in and settling in was so easy - everything was just as they explained. The condo is well situated, close to all the amenities, yet far enough away from the hub of all the action! Everything we needed was at the Condo, it was very clean and comfortable; a real pleasure to stay in. the pool and hot tub are closeby and great after a hard days skiing! Whistler for skiing is the best! Even in april there was so much fresh snow, and it was not too busy either. Our 17 year old son really enjoyed himself too! We would highly recommend this condo, enhanced by the friendly and helpful owners. We will definitely go back! Thank you Nels and Dawna!
