You'll love staying here !!  2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with your own private hot tub right across from the Market place. You will enjoy being very close to everything, but far enought for peace and tranquility.   Close to restaurants, shopping, grocery store and everything else you might need.  Whistler village is just a short walk away, and so are the ski lifts.  Valhalla is also a great location if you're here for the summer.  The bike path is close by and Lost Lake is about a 5 minute bike ride where you'll find all kinds of great trails for beginner, intermediate and advanced bike riders.  And if you want to take a bus anywhere in Whistler the bus stop is right accross from Valhalla.

Our Valhalla home comes with everything you need, including fully equipped kitchen, large living room, wifi, cable, fireplace, and 2 great size bedrooms and don't forget about our private hot tub.

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 6% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Requested dates are not placed on hold prior to payment unless specifically negotiated in advance as this site allows for live reservations.
Delayed Arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival /check-in instructions will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservation Changes Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Excessive cleaning costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise is not permitted and can result in fines or eviction. There is zero tolerance for excessive noice and any other disturbence such as vibration, smell etc....
Garbage Removal Guests are to dispose garbage in designated area. Instructions are located within the property.
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival, departure and a full mid week clean for stays greater than 8 nights. Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.

Great place, great location

I booked this vacation rental about 4-5 months in advance. It was a great deal. It is located across the street from Market Place, a shopping plaza with restaurants, grocery store and a liquor store. I stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was nice about the place. The kitchen had a lot of cookery and utensils. The hot tub is located upstairs. There is a shared hot tub located in the center of the condo complex, but it is a bit of walk. Both bedrooms had an en suite bathroom. The TV had basic channels. Internet access was available. The ski lifts were nearby--you can walk for about 10-15 min or take the bus (which is located across the street from the condo complex). Basically, everything that you would want on a nice holiday. I was surprised that there was a lot to do in the town of Whistler. I went ziplining through the tree canopies. I took a tour of Whistler Brewery and brought back a case of beer. I went walking around Lost Lake. And I snowboarded for 1.5 days. Lift tickets are expensive. It is best to buy your tickets in advance, either online or at any 7-11 store in Vancouver.
