 Property Description

This condo is all one level, which maximizes square footage and gives the unit an open spacious feel. The kitchen living and dining area are bright and welcoming. The private patio has a view of the mountain, and the surrounding trees gives a feeling of secluded paradise. There is one king bed in the master bedroom, including an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, and the second bedroom contains two twin beds. Adjacent is the three piece bathroom and foyer with heated tiles.

The suite is located on the base of Blackcomb Mountain, and in walking distance to Blackcomb and Whistler mountain ski lifts and cross country ski trails. We are part of the village including many shops, services and restaurants. Whistler valley Tennis Club, the Valley Trail Recreation facility, Skating Rink, Golf and others are all close by. Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit non refundable. We will refund your money if we can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked; all cancellation refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information After payment is received. Access information will be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to you
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4 pm. Sometimes earlier check ins are available upon request
Check-Out Time 11 am. Sometimes late check out is available upon request.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.
Housekeeping Cleaned before arrival. Available every five days for guests staying 10 or more days
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour service. Phone numbers are in information packages
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people overnight. Strictly enforced. Parties of 7 people or more will be evicted!
Property Damage Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the the offender is being hosted by the guest. By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction By 24 hr. Security Company. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

A spacious and bright property. It was bigger and nicer than the photos. Great location. Well equipped with everything you need. I liked the entry area so that the living and bedrooms were not cluttered with all of our stuff.

Kitchen use was great. Could use a spatula (not a flipper-spatula), a mid-size pot and a cheese grater and maybe a few things like salt & pepper shakers. We found out thru the STATA people that Shaw should be providing you with a HD box and to let them know you do not have one as Shaw should be installing in every unit. They also said that once Shaw is contacted, they should have it to you within 24 hrs as you are paying for this. This would provide with HD service to your unit. Also, staying with a family of 5, less hard wooden chairs around and it would be amazing if a larger comfy chair could be squished in there somehow.....I know it would be very challenging. Found the vertical blinds on the sliding doors a bit of a challenge :-) We will definitely be requesting to stay at your place again. Thanks again!
