Property Description

This condo is all one level, which maximizes square footage and gives the unit an open spacious feel. The kitchen living and dining area are bright and welcoming. The private patio has a view of the mountain, and the surrounding trees gives a feeling of secluded paradise. There is one king bed in the master bedroom, including an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, and the second bedroom contains two twin beds. Adjacent is the three piece bathroom and foyer with heated tiles.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4 pm. Sometimes earlier check ins are available upon request
Check-Out Time 11 am. Sometimes late check out is available upon request.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.
Housekeeping Cleaned before arrival. Available every five days for guests staying 10 or more days
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour service. Phone numbers are in information packages
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people overnight. Strictly enforced. Parties of 7 people or more will be evicted!
Property Damage Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the the offender is being hosted by the guest. By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction By 24 hr. Security Company. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

This is a great property to rent for a family. We have stayed here before and Indra is always very helpful with any questions I might have. The kitchen is well stocked with an abundance of glasses and dishes. The bed in the master bedroom is a little hard and will have to probably be replaced at some point; but I really like the layout of this suite. The bedrooms have more privacy than some other suites I have stayed in at the Aspens and there is a proper entranceway for boots, coats, etc.

In general the Aspens is one of our favourite properties in Blackcomb and we always enjoy the pools, hot tubs, guest services and tv room during our stay. We will definitely be back! Thanks Indra.

This was the second consecutive year that we chose this condo for our Whistler ski vacation. This has been our favorite condo in Whistler because of the spaciousness of the unit (2 bedrooms, 2 baths) and its location right off the Blackcomb Mountain runs. The unit has all the comforts of home.

My cousin and I stayed here in the spring of 2014. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The location is right off the Blackcomb runs, a true ski-in, ski-out experience. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

There are a number of light bulbs requiring replacement (kitchen, dining area, ensuite bathroom, and second bedroom). The light above the stove also does not work. The dish washer leaks when running.

I stayed in this unit for 4 nights in early December with one other person. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was adequate but a little tired. The owner was very helpful in getting things corrected when we contacted her ((pilot light on fireplace was out, no instructions on how to operate the TV). Other issues such as 3 burnt out light bulbs and no stopper in the main bathroom sink were never resolved. Unfortunately, there was not much snow so the ski in/ski out feature was not useable. On balance we would stay here again mainly because it was priced very reasonably and was in a good location.

Kitchen use was great. Could use a spatula (not a flipper-spatula), a mid-size pot and a cheese grater and maybe a few things like salt & pepper shakers. We found out thru the STATA people that Shaw should be providing you with a HD box and to let them know you do not have one as Shaw should be installing in every unit. They also said that once Shaw is contacted, they should have it to you within 24 hrs as you are paying for this. This would provide with HD service to your unit. Also, staying with a family of 5, less hard wooden chairs around and it would be amazing if a larger comfy chair could be squished in there somehow.....I know it would be very challenging. Found the vertical blinds on the sliding doors a bit of a challenge :-) We will definitely be requesting to stay at your place again. Thanks again!
