(See orange arrow on map) Follow Big White Road (the magenta line) to the Village and turn left onto Kettle View Road. After passing under the Plaza chairlift turn left into The Legacy's driveway.

Welcome to The Legacy!
We moved from Honolulu, Hawaii to Las Vegas, Nevada and we love to snowboard. Over the past 25 years we have skiied or snowboarded at Aspen, Vail, Beaver Creek, Lake Tahoe, Mammoth Mountain and Idaho.
A few years ago, on our first visit to Big White, we were guests in a unit just down the hall from our present unit. We were so impressed with the condominium building and Big White, that we decided to purchase a unit for our own enjoyment and to share with others.
We find Big White resort charming, uncrowded and down to earth and we enjoy the wonderful quality and quantity of the snow. It is a family-oriented resort and everyone here is so helpful and friendly.

The condo was so lovely, quiet building so clean and well maintained. It was so nice to come back to the condo and relax with all the amenities of home. The price was fantastic for a ski in ski out condo with two hot tubs conveniently located in the building. The shuttle runs every half hour or it was short walk to the village. A great place. Very well stocked. Great access to the slopes, ski right onto the run from the front door, what more could you want.
Great hosts. I made an error when I left and forgot the access code to the condo. One call to Dwight and he was more than happy to help (even know it was late in the evening). He even called back to make sure we got in right. The day before we left to go home my young daughter got quite sick. I asked Dwight if I could check out a little later. Even though it was late in the day he was able to organize it for me. It was lucky, as my daughter was up all night, which meant I was too. It would of been a terrible drive back to Vancouver with no sleep but those couple extra hours set us right.
I had seen from other reviews of this complex that it could be a little noisy, but I had no issues what so ever. Also good reliable internet, fast enough for all the kids and their devices.

Five nights in this condo changed our lives! So easy and it felt like home... But with ski in ski out access to the amazing Big White resort. It's a close walk to the main part of town for dinner but also easy just yo stay home and cook. They have everything you would need in this kitchen. Just remember to grocery shop in Kewlowna before you arrive. We will definitely be returning next season.

The condo was perfect for my husband, my two girls, and I. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked. The bed (including the pull out) was very comfortable! The condo was ski in/ski out and the ski lockers were conveniently located. The condo was just the place to hang out after a long day of skiing. We were completely impressed and had an amazing trip to Big White. We hope to stay in this condo again next year!

A terrific Spot, roomy, quiet with all the comforts of home. Us two girls spent a happy month in the appartment, one in the giant king bed, one on the very comfy fold out sofabed. The apparemtent has many nice touches, such as cooking basics (four, oil, herbs and spices), walkie talkies for the mountain, netview for movies, even games and cards. The kitchen is really well kitted out and the oven is enourmous. Heating brilliant, the fire was very nice. The in appartment laundry is an absolute winner! Location wise, the ski out was terrific, the ski in pretty good... personally I wasnt so keen on the short walk uphill to the village for apres Ski, but on balance the downhill walk home was an absolute breeze! We absolutely loved the hot tub in chatting distance from the Plaza lift chair, but should you want something more private the 2nd hot tub is private but still has a terrific view. We loved it, and happily recommend it to others. I have to say as well, the building managers Cliff and Sharon are wonderful. They made us feel very welcome, so helpful and friendly.

From the first email throughout my stay Cindi and Dwight were perfect hosts! The unit at the Legacy is beautifully finished, all the comforts of home, laid out just like home. Everything you could possibly need or want other than your groceries and liquor! The cupboards were well stocked, spices to please a professional chef! Lots of dishes, extra linens just extras, extras and extras. The instructions for everything were timely and well written. The building managers present and very helpful. I have never been more comfortable away from home. Close enough for ski out and far away enough to be quiet at night with a good view of the mountain. I loved it so much I was hesitant to write a rave review because I want it all to myself.

Before we left home, we had clear instructions giving us details on everything we needed to know. From where to shop in town to access to the ski locker, there was not one question left unanswered. Arriving at the slope-side condo, we pulled up to the entrance and found the sturdy trolly next to the elevator that carried all our gear to the quiet, 4th floor condo. After a quick stop at the manager's unit to check in, we parked underground and before long we were unpacked and settled. Cindi has outfitted the condo with quality items (kitchen), bedding and comfortable furniture. She has thought of everything from the extra hooks for wet swim suits to a crock pot, coffee grinder, blender and more. The Legacy is perfectly situated for easy access to the Ridge Rocket chair lift, literally at the building's back entrance. The security cameras ensures a safe and secure stay while the shared hot tub (there are 2 locations) soothes aching muscles. Watching skiers and boarders coming down the slopes or snuggled in front of the fireplace with a good movie (they have a drawer full of good movies, books etc) even a day of rest was a good day for us.

Quiet building, quiet unit. ski-in ski-out, lot's of space in ski storage. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes - no need to do dishes after every meal! Shared hot tub might get crowded during the peak season, but right after the Holidays saw only few neighbours there. Interior design of the suite is from the days when it was build, but everything was spotlessly clean and functioning.

When we arrived at the condo it felt like home very welcoming and had everything there that we could ever want or use. The brightness of the space and the views were wonderful. The only negative was the shower pressure was very weak. Used the shuttle service a lot as the rest of our family was staying at Tree Tops.Having parking was a plus. We have been to Big White two years running and have found it to be such a wonderful place to spend a winter vacation for families. Lots to do for everyone. The only drawback we have experienced is the lack of walking trails throughout the community so that you don't have to walk on the roadways. We will be back again next year. Thanks for a wonderful holiday experience.

We really enjoyed our week at Dwight and Cindi's condo. They had really added a lot of little things that made our stay more like being home. i.e. hooks to hang wet ski clothes, lots of clocks,pots and pans, towels and linens. The condo is right on the hill so we could ski in and out. There were 2 shared hot tubs which we used almost daily and were the only ones there each time. The only complaint we had is that there wasn't any room in the cupboards for the food/snacks that we brought! We did use a service called smartstart meals from Kelowna for our main meals so they were all stored in the fridge/freezer. All in all - it was a great place.

What a great place! Well stocked with everything you'd need for a great time at the slopes. We enjoyed the hot tub and other amenities. There was some confusion about the wifi access, but we got it solved quickly.

We had a great four night stay at Dwight & Cindi's condo. The location on the hill was fantastic with a quick 4 min walk to the centre of the village. In the mornings we went out the back door and skiied straight to the run! The condo was comfortable and cozy after a day of being on the hill. Nice kitchen, sitting area and bedroom. The use of the hot tub was great after a day outside as well. We would stay again if we returned to Big White!

This Condo was a perfect place to stay. It had all the amenities and the location was exactly what we were looking for. Extremely easy access to the slopes and right next to the shuttle that would take you any place in the village. We will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I were up to Big White in March for a weekend getaway. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The condo was stocked with all the necessities and more, ease of use around the building was great and the property managers were super friendly.
