Property Description

The condo consists of an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with an eating bar; 1 bathroom, one master bedroom, a second bedroom with bunks and a private deck. Large windows take advantage of the spectacular views of the Silver Queen Chair,  the Nordic trails and the forest. The Silver Queen chair lift right in front of our complex provides ski in and out enjoyment!

This kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable. From coffee makers, toaster, pots, baking pans and matching dishware you can cook up a storm.  Basic spices/dry goods like sugar, salt and pepper as well as gourmet olive oils are also available.  Look for Tazo Chai tea and Santo Domingo coffee beans in the cupboards!

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise which disturbs others is prohibited.
Garbage Removal Long terms guests are required to drop off garbage at the Silver Star Garbage depot.
Housekeeping Guests are expected to clean the kitchen including dishes before departure, but not to launder any linens.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contact provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 5 guests overnight.
Missing Items Guest will pay for all missing items identified at check out.
Noise Restrictions Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
Parking & Ticketing $25. For lost or misplaced pass
Property Damage Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest.
Rental Accommodation Zoning My property is legally zoned for either short term or long term rental accommodation use.

Ideal place to stay at Silver Star!

My husband have been renting this condo for years. First, it's location is ideal -- near the Silver Queen and Alpine Meadows chairlifts, Tubetown, the skating rink, and the Silver Star Village cross-country trails; right off the main trail to Sovereign Lakes Nordic Center; and an easy walk to shops and restaurants in the village. Second, the condo has a very comfortable queen-sized bed in one bedroom and two bunk beds in the other; lovely decorating touches; and a fully equipped kitchen. We feel it is our "home away from home." We stayed for almost three weeks this year, and cooked most of our meals in the kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating, a fireplace and TV, and a large window that overlooks the Silver Queen chairlift and Tubetown. We keep the blinds open to watch the world go by. This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the hot tub, which we use after every day of skiing. It is truly hot, with strong jets, and we enjoy the conversations we have with fellow skiers. In short, we LOVE this condo and are already looking forward to staying there next year.

Perfect place to stay!

The condo at Wildwood is cozy, comfortable, well-equipped, and neat as a pin, with a great view overlooking the Silver Queen chairlift. The location is convenient to everything -- downhill ski lifts, cross-country ski trails, the ice-skating rink, and Tube Town -- and an easy walk to the Silver Star village to shop or eat at one of the many good restaurants.

In addition, there is very convenient parking in front of Wildwood and near the condo to unload your gear from your car. Last, but not least, we love the hot tub in Wildwood. It is always sparkling clean, very hot, and soothing after a long day on the trails or slopes!

My husband and I have rented this condo annually for many years and plan to continue to do so. In fact, we're going back for our second week this year. We recommend it highly!

Bucket List - Beyond All Hopes

Elena's wonderful 2 BR condo in Creekside was just perfect for us! It was well appointed, had everything we would have wanted (even a coffee mill, yumm), comfy bed, excellent design, location, great hot tub (shared, but we didn't see anyone in it when we used it). Nice variety of DVD's, great wifi, CLEAN!!! Good quality towels, linens, excellent communication with an enthusiastic host. Although we could have put 7 people in it, the layout would have been tight with 7, particularly with 1 bathroom. But the design was very well crafted, with smart features, such as a fan with timer in the bathroom, a true exhaust fan over the stove that REMOVES moisture and cooking aromas, not just recycles them. So the condo was terrific, and that doesn't even take into account the INCREDIBLE ski resort, Silver Star Mountain. We came for nordic skiing, having heard rave reviews about this top nordic destination in the world. It was a perfect year for it as the northeast US had a dismal snow drought this year. But we were surely NOT disappointed here! 3 different Trail systems that we could easily access (if we didn't get lost on the trails) from our condo. We skied over 50 miles in 7 days. If we hadn't had that hot tub, we would never been able to recover from some of those big days. In summary, for a perfect nordic ski vacation: Go to Silver Star and Stay at Elena's Creekside Condo, you won't regret it!
