We are ideally situated in Village North directly across the street from Whistler's largest grocery store, the liquor store, a pharmacy, McDonald's, Starbucks and much more. The free village shuttle route is right across the street which will give you access to both mountain bases in less than 5 minutes or if you wish to take a leisurely stroll through the village, you will be there in less than 10 minutes. Right beside us is the valley trail with a paved route providing easy access for biking, hiking or rollerblading around Whistler.

|Reservation Changes||If changes to your arrival and/or departure dates need to be made, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If there is an additional amount owing, this amount is due and payable within 24 hours.|
|Bike Storage||Please DO NOT bring your bikes into our home. There is a secure bike storage in the underground parkade. Please ensure that you have a sufficient lock. We are NOT responsible for any theft a/o damage to your bike|
|Check-In Time||4:00 pm. Please DO NOT come any earlier unless prior arrangements have been made|
|Check-Out Time||10:00 am. Please DO NOT stay past the check out time in order to allow our housekeepers ample time to prepare for our next guests. Contact me to discuss the option of a late checkout|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Will be passed onto the guests. If our housekeepers have notified us that the property has been left in severe disarray, then the additional cleaning costs will be passed along to the guest|
|Excessive Noise||Excessive Noise will NOT BE TOLERATED. If you have received a warning regarding excessive noise and continue in this fashion, you will be asked to leave by security and will forfeit any refund for time remaining on your reservation dates|
|Forgotten Items by Guest||If you have left behind any personal items, please contact me immediately so that we may try to have them sent to you but we are NOT responsible if the items can't be located. If we do need to send something back the cost of shipping will be added to your reservation and must be pre-paid|
|Garbage Removal||We ask that you please remove all garbage upon your departure and have it placed in the garbage bins located in the underground parking garage|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary. Housekeeping is provided before arrival and again at departure. For stays of 10 NIGHTS or more, we will arrange for a mid week clean. Towels and sheets can be washed at your discretion . For longer term rentals of 30 nights or more, cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. Please ensure that all personal belongings, valuables and clothing are put away|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Wireless internet is available. Instructions on how to access the wireless internet is provided in our guest booklet provided in our home|
|Liability||We will not be held or take responsiblity for any liability, injury or illness that occurs during your stay in our home|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Contact information will be provided to you in your check in package. As well, they are located inside our home|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||Property can accommodate up to 6 people. Please ensure that no more than 6 people are staying in the home. If we are notified of any more than this, you may or will be asked to leave without a refund being given|
|Missing Items||This is not tolerated. Please do not remove any items from our home for your personal use as we are notified by our cleaning staff if items are missing. This not only affects us but our future guests. I will refuse future reservations if items have been removed and you will be asked to re-imburse us the costs to replace them.|
|Noise Restrictions||Noise Restriction times must be adhered to. If we received notification that our guest has violated the noise restriction time and our interrupting the other guests, you will be asked to leave without any refund|
|Parking & Ticketing||Please adhere to all parking regulations throughout the resort and in the complex. We are NOT responsible for any parking infractions you may receive|
|Policy Updates||Please check my property page prior to arrival for any policy updates. I reserve the right to make updates to my policies in order to ensure that both the owner and guests are protected|
|Property Damage||Restitution will be sought for damage and this is stricly noted in our guest stay agreement that you must sign. Any property damage will be charged to your credit card that was provided at time of final payment|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||Our property is zoned for nightly rentals.|
|Resort Information||Some brochures and resort information is provided for in our home but you may also take advantage of the activity centres in the Village that can also help you|
|Terms of Eviction||Excessive noise or disturbances will NOT be tolerated. This may or will result in eviction from our home and NO refund will be issued. If we receive a fine because of any disturbances caused this cost will be passed onto the guest per our guest stay agreement|

|Reservation Guarantee||Should property damage occur that will impact your stay with us for any length of time either before or during your stay, we will do our best to relocate you to a comparable property and assume the rate difference ONLY if cost is higher. We are a local family who enjoy all the sights and sounds that Whistler has to offer. We hope that you will truly enjoy your stay in our vacation home.
This is a ground floor unit that is below a unit with hard flooring. We had a family with three kids around 10 to 12 years old staying above us and their heavy walking and endless running/jumping, especially up and down the stairs, woke us up early and was really annoying all day and night. Later, a group of adults moved in and their heavy walking was equally annoying, but at least they slept in. Other than the foot traffic noise from above, the unit was great and the property manager is awesome.
This is a fantastic suite with everything we needed! We had an issue with the unit's wifi and cable when we arrived and it was dealt with immediately by Teresa. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely rent this unit again! A 5 out of 5!
What a great condo! We arrived - parking was easy - had our own stall - underground! Then the condo - huge! 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom! The master bedroom was great with its own bathroom! Then the other room had bunk beds and the living room had a sofa bed so really is like an extra bedroom! We were 5 people - fit easy! Fireplace in the living room was great and huge TV! Also TV in each bedroom! And then hot tub on the deck - jetted - just say wow! And easy to get to the skiing - the bus stop is right across the street - free city bus runs every 10 to 15 minutes and drops you right at the village! Just say wow! Will be back for sure every year to stay at this condo!
We've had an amazing time in this unit. It was just as perfect as described. Everything works wonderfully and it was pretty spacious, actually way much more than I've imagined. it's really well located. The Market and the free shuttle stop is right across the street, and so was the olimpic plaza. The beds are really comfortable, WiFi worked perfectly... I would love to live there forever hahaha. This was our 6th stay in Whistler, but sadly we will remember this one for different reasons. Whistler is already costly, but if you compare what you get for your money, then you don't mind spending the savings on a good stay. We arrived to find a tidy, but not clean apartment. While unpacking and getting ready for our stay, our excitement levels dropped. We found the apartment had not been swept/vacuumed, not dusted well. Worse, we found the BBQ totally unclean! As we're unpacking and sitting on the bed while doing so, we found a long list of items that require maintenance attention. From the stove to the wall heaters, to wonky beds etc etc. Being Christmas, we didn't want to lodge a list of complaints, we thought to do so after New Years. Receipt of this was acknowledge by the person whom we liaised with before our stay, who said she would forward to the owners. We wrote as politely as possible ( not wanting the owners to feel embarrassed?) however, weeks, later, still no reply from the owners. Not as much as even an apology. My concern is that others may expect a memorable holiday in Whistler, the location would be great, but sadly this unit is not the one to stay at! ( until a general upgrade and maintenance attention is given to this apartment. The location is perfect.
Our family loves the convenience of this location as it's so easy to get to the ski slopes with the free transit bus across the street. Also, the IGa and other stores are also across the street so shopping after a day on the hill is no hassle. Teresa was lovely to deal with as she answered my questions and dealt with issues promptly, before and during our stay. The unit was clean and well presented upon our arrival. The private hot tub was a welcomed pleasure after a day of skiing.
Was very good , enjoyed the place for relaxation and get away. Everything was in walking distance . I would come here again, for the price is good
We had a great time at Teresa's home. Our group consisted of 2 couples in our late 20s and the space was perfect for us. The unit is spacious and very tidy. Furthermore, it is conveniently located beside the Market. We go up to Whistler frequently and this place is comparable with most of the other private rentals, but the pricing is very competitive compared to the others. We had an issue with the keypad lock and, despite it being Saturday on a long weekend, Teresa's response was very timely and we were able to resolve the issue within half an hour. I would definitely stay in this location in the future.
This was our third time staying here. Location is very convenient and the unit is very spacious.
My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo for the inaugural Ironman Canada in Whistler. Since it was the first event / our first time in Whistler, I had a lot of questions - both the owner and Teresa quickly responded and helped us plan the perfect trip to Whistler. The owner even gave me recommendations for Vancouver / Victoria post-race! I was so impressed, I referred their services to another friend who stayed at another unit. The condos are literally across the street from Whistler / Ironman village and the finish line where all the action takes place, which was perfect for my older mother / young nieces travelling with me. The marketplace / a few restaurants are also conveniently located there. We never had to drive anywhere! The amenities in the unit were perfect to arrange healthy meals at home and stay away from the noise / crowds of the village. Wouldn't do it any other way. Thanks everyone for a wonderful stay! I don't think I could of picked a better location. It was only a short walk to Whistler Village and a nice quiet area to sleep. The home had all the necessities of home and was well cleaned and ready to relax in. The only downside of the place was that the BBQ was broken. May, not feel that much of a negative but I purchased lots of food to BBQ during my time so that food unfortunately went to waste.
Location was excellent and the property was cleaned well and outfitted with everything that someone might need. There were a few minor items in need of repair or replacement however they did not inconvenience our stay. Teresa was very efficient and courteous in handling all our arrangements and needs while in Whistler. I would recommend this property and stay there again.
Hello Teresa, Just a not to say what a wonderful 3- night stay we had at your place. The size was perfect for our two young grand-kids, their parents and us grand-parents. Your place had everthing we could want, we found that we didn't even need our own rice cooker! The pool and adjoining hot tub was a great place to hang out after the slopes, and for a location so close to everything, it was amazingly quiet, restful, and a safe feeling. The shuttle to the ski lifts is a bonus for this location, and it's good to see it well used. Again, thanks for your part in making this trip most memorable for all of us. Great condo. Clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Was in walking distance to grocery shopping, restaurants and retail shopping. Need the shuttle to get to the hill but was very quick and convenient. Hottub on the deck was wonderful. Never used the pool and hottub on the complex but it looked nice. Quiet location but close enough to the action if you wanted. Having 2 full bathrooms is always a bonus! Correspondence with property manager/owner was excellent. Easy to book and e-mails were replied back quickly.
Excellent location - across the street from the IGa, close to the olympic rings! Good Space - for kids, for parents, for skis - nice plan moving the hot-tub off the master! Nice complex- across the walk from the year-round pool and hot tub- great place to meet other skiiers and for the kids to splash around.
This condo is very comfortable, clean and well-furnished. As a plus it has a king size bed (unusual for Whistler condos) and a private hot tub. The location is great, as it is across the street from Market Place and the shuttle stop, but in a quiet part of the village.
Nice location, a little bit of a walk but there is a bus stop across from the complex to the mountain. The rooms were set up nice and clean. The living area was small for 4 people. the hot tub off the master bedroom is worthless. Its no more than a warm bath with a few bubbles. The public hot tub is nice. We had a weird leak in the guest bedroom but I'm sure that doesn't happen all the time. I would stay here again if i didnt have more than 4 people
We had a wonderful time staying in this condo and would love to come back. Very spacious and clean. Good location never had to drive the car.
Myself and other sliders from the usa skeleton team stayed here and greatly enjoyed it. It was a walk across a road to get into the village and only a 10 minute drive to the top of the track. The place we stayed at was very nice and enjoyed our stay very much. I would stay here again if and when i come back to whistlwr.
The suite is well layed out. 5 of us had room to move about quite well. The lighting was dim throughout the suite. The kitchen had a good variety of pots, dishes, etc. It was nice to have dish soap there. I would prefer lighter coloured sheets on the king bed, but otherwise the beds were comfortable. Just a good cleaning, and the place would feel like home.
This unit was very modern looking. It was very comfortable and convenient. It had two bedrooms and two baths. Had towels for our stay. Also had a washer and dryer for laundry. Although it had all these great quality one of the more important factors was there wasnt any hot water for the 3 nights we stayed. We had to bath in freezing cold water for our stay.
We were very happy to save at this great place. Walked in and were very happily surprised to see how spacious the place is. Very clean. Great addition to have a personal hot tub as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends (in face already have).
The condo was in a nice location and was clean. The bunk bed mattress probably need to be replaced as well as the bunk bed frame which is a bit old. The laminate flooring in the hallway seems new, but seems like it needs to be repaired in spots. Nevertheless, we will consider this unit again in the future.
Condo was fairly spacious although the living room was a bit small for us all to watch a movie at the same time. The kitchen was very well equipped. Hot tub was on the small side but loved having a private one. I didn't see it mentioned but there was a BBQ on the patio. Had I known we would have brought something to BBQ. Overall very clean and all the amenities you would need. (Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, jetted tub, 3 tvs etc.) Coded entry so no need for keys which was great. (Except for garage which you need a key) Pool and public hot tub across the way. Free shuttle right across the street to gondola. Market, liquor store, Starbucks etc. also across the street. About 15-20 minute walk to the gondola (with a 7 year old in tow). Parking stall we were assigned was being used when we arrived but there was enough guest parking spots for us to use. When I called Teresa she got back to me right away.Would definitely stay again.
Had more than the basic amenities & easy to get to & from the condo. The jacuzzi was great to relax in after a day's skiing also!
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. the size was perfect for the four of us (parents with 2 boys, 11 and 14 years old.) The proximity to Whistler Village was great. It was a very short walk, and convenient to the Marketplace grocery store. There were concerts in the village the first two nights of our stay, but we didn't hear the music when we were inside. We liked having a washer/dryer in the unit, and used the hot tub every night. The unit was clean and well-maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay.
I would not stay here again, based on the cleanliness of this home. The overall matinence of the home is shabby. The bath mat looked like it had not been shaken or washed in a very long time, if ever. The vent and jets in the ensuit tub were black with grime. These are a couple of the many things that are not acceptable presentation when renting out your home. I have stayed in Whistler over the years and have never complained about a home before.I can imagine if the owners paid a bit more attention to detail, and possibly hired a new cleaning company they might do better.
It was a great vacation despite the construction. The location is great and the kids loved the pool. I would say that the unit needs a good deep cleaning as it seemed the construction had left a layer of drywall dust on everything. They came and swept the foyer but never fixed the door. The BBQ was rusty and unusable and the bathrooms were a bit grungy. The towels and sheets had been changed but it needs a good scrub down (Hair in the shower, old bathmats and layers of dust under and on the furniture). On a good point, Teresa was easy to reach and talked to the construction company in minutes to have them come.
Great location accross from the market and right next to the pool. The condo is small, which I expected, but the layout was great and our group of 4 adults and 2 kids were fine in the space.
We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again in the summer. Thank you for having everything we needed for comfort and fun.
Great place. Loved sleeping down the hall (away) from the kids room. Wished there was more of a gym as I had to go to the Meadow Rec Complex to get my training in. Access to skiing was really simple by shuttle.
