We are ideally situated in Village North directly across the street from Whistler's largest grocery store, the liquor store, a pharmacy, McDonald's, Starbucks and much more. The free village shuttle route is right across the street which will give you access to both mountain bases in less than 5 minutes or if you wish to take a leisurely stroll through the village, you will be there in less than 10 minutes. Right beside us is the valley trail with a paved route providing easy access for biking, hiking or rollerblading around Whistler.

The policies set out on my property page are firm. Your acceptance of these policies are required and binding upon full payment of the accomodations. The COMPLETED guest stay agreement MUST be returned via fax or email. Please note we DO NOT charge a damage deposit at the time of booking. However, by booking with us, you authorize that the credit card can be charged up to a MAXIMUM OF $500CDN for any damage, missing inventory, additional cleaning or security company charges for noise violations. Should damages exceed $500.00 you will be provided with an itemized list and you will be responsible for full re-imbursement. This additional charge will be added to your booking and you will be instructed to either go back online to pay for this charge or provide us with your information to process this payment. We appreciate your co-operation in adhering to our policies which have been put in place for our protection and all of our guests.

|Delayed Arrivals||Please contact me if arrival date has changed. I am not responsible for late or delayed arrivals and there will be no refunds should this occur unless previously agreed to|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||All information is sent via email....so please check your spam or junk folders. Check in information is sent approximately two weeks prior to your arrival or sooner if required|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Guest Stay Contract||Incorporated into our correspondence. This completed guest stay agreement must be faxed or emailed back to me indicating that you are complying with all policies as set out on my property page. This must be received by me before a check in package is sent out.|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses|
|Late Reservation Payments||Failure to pay the balance by the due date as stated on my property page and correspondence you receive will result in cancellation of your reservation. Deposit will be refunded LESS the first nights rate.|

|Reservation Changes||If changes to your arrival and/or departure dates need to be made, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If there is an additional amount owing, this amount is due and payable within 24 hours.|
|Bike Storage||Please DO NOT bring your bikes into our home. There is a secure bike storage in the underground parkade. Please ensure that you have a sufficient lock. We are NOT responsible for any theft a/o damage to your bike|
|Check-In Time||4:00 pm. Please DO NOT come any earlier unless prior arrangements have been made|
|Check-Out Time||10:00 am. Please DO NOT stay past the check out time in order to allow our housekeepers ample time to prepare for our next guests. Contact me to discuss the option of a late checkout|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Will be passed onto the guests. If our housekeepers have notified us that the property has been left in severe disarray, then the additional cleaning costs will be passed along to the guest|
|Excessive Noise||Excessive Noise will NOT BE TOLERATED. If you have received a warning regarding excessive noise and continue in this fashion, you will be asked to leave by security and will forfeit any refund for time remaining on your reservation dates|
|Forgotten Items by Guest||If you have left behind any personal items, please contact me immediately so that we may try to have them sent to you but we are NOT responsible if the items can't be located. If we do need to send something back the cost of shipping will be added to your reservation and must be pre-paid|
|Garbage Removal||We ask that you please remove all garbage upon your departure and have it placed in the garbage bins located in the underground parking garage|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary. Housekeeping completed before arrival and again at departure. For stays of 8 nights or more, we will arrange for a mid week clean a/o linen change but it is the guests responsibility to ensure that all personal belongings, valuables and clothing are put away|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Wireless internet is available. Instructions on how to access the wireless internet is provided in our guest booklet provided in our home|
|Liability||We will not be held or take responsiblity for any liability, injury or illness that occurs during your stay in our home|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Contact information will be provided to you in your check in package. As well, they are located inside our home|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||Property can accommodate up to 6 people. Please ensure that no more than 6 people are staying in the home. If we are notified of any more than this, you may or will be asked to leave without a refund being given|
|Missing Items||This is not tolerated. Please do not remove any items from our home for your personal use as we are notified by our cleaning staff if items are missing. This not only affects us but our future guests. I will refuse future reservations if items have been removed and you will be asked to re-imburse us the costs to replace them.|
|Noise Restrictions||Noise Restriction times must be adhered to. If we received notification that our guest has violated the noise restriction time and our interrupting the other guests, you will be asked to leave without any refund|
|Parking & Ticketing||Please adhere to all parking regulations throughout the resort and in the complex. We are NOT responsible for any parking infractions you may receive|
|Policy Updates||Please check my property page prior to arrival for any policy updates. I reserve the right to make updates to my policies in order to ensure that both the owner and guests are protected|
|Property Damage||Restitution will be sought for damage and this is stricly noted in our guest stay agreement that you must sign. Any property damage will be charged to your credit card that was provided at time of final payment|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||Our property is zoned for nightly rentals.|
|Resort Information||Some brochures and resort information is provided for in our home but you may also take advantage of the activity centres in the Village that can also help you|
|Terms of Eviction||Excessive noise or disturbances will NOT be tolerated. This may or will result in eviction from our home and NO refund will be issued. If we receive a fine because of any disturbances caused this cost will be passed onto the guest per our guest stay agreement|

|Reservation Guarantee||Should property damage occur that will impact your stay with us for any length of time either before or during your stay, we will do our best to relocate you to a comparable property and assume the rate difference ONLY if cost is higher.
