We welcome you to come and stay for a few days or a couple of weeks to enjoy the peace and quietness of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, home of the second highest vertical runs in Canada. We are amongst a collection of 18 luxury ski-in ski-out Townhomes completed in 2006. Unit features beautiful views of skihill and Purcell Mountain Range. If you like to ski intermediate up to extreme including heli-skiing, this mountain has it all. Take a 12 minute gondola ride up the mountain to ski or just relax and have a fabulous dinner. The Eagle's Eye Restaurant has a World Class chef and it's situated on the top of the Purcell mountain range. If you would like a more relaxing day, put your cross country skis on and enjoy miles of trails just out your door. Take a snowmobile tour, if you want to explore the back country

Our rates are adjusted to reflect the varying demand through out each season. We have priced the unit to be very competitive and excellent value due to low overhead and renting direct. Cleaning charges to be discussed but a minimum charge of $89 dollars applies - $129 peak max accom., depending on number of guests and customer preference. Internet is available for nominal charge per day.  ALL PRICES QUOTED ARE BEFORE CLEANING CHARGE AND ALL APPLICABLE TAXES

Property Description

This townhouse has three levels and over 1400 square feet of living space. Step from your heated garage into the townhouse. On this level is one bedroom which has 2 single beds where you can sit and read and look out to the mountains.  The lower leveli s a bright walkout with 10 foot ceiling and has a log queen/twin bunkbed. The upper level has a large bedroom with a log queen bed. There are two bathrooms; one with a large soaker tub the second with a shower. There is an upscale kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace.

We welcome all guests who will  enjoy our home and take care of it during their stay.  You can book with confidence, we have been with Allura for over 5 years with 100% guest satisfaction. The accommodation has exceeded most guests expecations!.

 

This is an absolute no exception smoke free home.

Since this also acts as our summer home, we hope to attract vacationers that will enjoy and treat the home the way they would expect guests to treat their own home. This suite is set up for a maximum of 6 or 7 people. 1 extra child may be arranged prior to arrival Please read the policy section carefully and ask us if you have any questions. 50% deposit on booking Full payment due 60 days in advance. Damage deposit required prior to arrival. Failure to settle full payment 60 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit. We do not refund bookings cancelled under 60 days. We will work to rebook those days. If we are successful we will reimburse the deposit less 20% for administration, or arrange for a credit toward another booking under owner discretion.

This is a quiet area and partiers and excessive noise music inside or outside house may result in eviction. 11:00pm you must curtail music inside or out.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policies:
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit or balance payments non refundable. We will refund your deposit or balance paid if we can replace your booking. Refunds subject to rebook rate at owner discretion. Cancellation fee of 20% applies.
Delayed Arrivals Guest will take responsibility. We are unable to take responsibility for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in cancellation without a deposit refund. If booking under 45 days from arrival we will require full payment. Some exceptions may apply.

Reservation Changes

Check-In Time 4 PM or 1600 hrs. will work with guest
Check-Out Time 11:00am. 11:30am absolute latest. Must allow time for cleaning $75 dollar late checkout applied if beyond noon without prior arrangement
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If property is not left in reasonable condition. Extra cleaning costs may be applied. Excessive messy conditions that warrant longer cleaning time
Excessive Noise Strict adherance. This community will not tolerate excessive noise from partiers or stereo. You will be evicted without refund.
Garbage Removal taken care of.
Housekeeping One time housekeeping charge of $79 dollars, and may bemore if cleaners find home excessive dirty. We only ask that you clean kitchen/run dishwasher and remove the garbage, in addition to securing the property.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, while on resort property.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people. Strict adherance to 6 people, max. If there is 1 extra child, we can coordinate with you.
Missing Items precheck and post check inventory. renter responsible for lost inventory
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is from 11:00pm to 8:00am. Failure to comply will result in eviction without refund.
Policy Updates
Property Damage Renter Responsible. Who ever is on contract is completely responsible for all guest on property including guests of renter. Damage deposit collected in advance will be applied to damages. Renter responsible for loss, damage, missing items, outstanding bills or excessive cleaning, however caused.

Wonderful family ski vacation

We booked one of the hillside condos at Kicking Horse Ski Resort near Golden, BC and spent Christmas there. It was a terrific vacation for my husband and our 3 grown sons (plus one girlfriend!)....the hottub on our condo deck was fantastic. The skiing and snowboarding at Kicking Horse is challenging and fun, and we had a wonderful dinner one evening at the top of the mountain (Eagle Eye Restaurant). Make sure you take some groceries and liquor (they're expensive on the hill), but enjoy the remote feeling and the great facilities.
