Welcome to Silver Star Resort and our chalet! Please look around and feel free to contact us if you have any questions. The winter rates are :Weekdays $350/nt, Weekends $385/nt and Christmas, New Years  $480/nt.   Off season is negotiatable depending on length of stay.  Put it this way-I'm always available to negotiate, again depending on length of stay and circumstances.  'Make me an offer I can't refuse.' If weekdays are booked without a weekend (not including holidays), a special deal can be arranged.  If only a couple want to book it-talk to me!

 Property Description

Evening Sunset has 3 levels. The main floor is the hub with the kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and laundry as well as a great heated boot and coat room. The 2nd level is what we call the 2nd livingroom with the main bathroom, 2 single beds and anotherTV area with dbl sofa bed. The quiet area is the 3rd level- the location of the 4 bedrooms. A private deck is outside the carport with a private hottub and barbeque.

Cook with a lovely view of the Silver Queen Ski area and the Monashee Mountains. With the essential equipment for most cooking, you can create a hearty meal here! The dining table is also here. If a larger group is chowing down, add the additional table and chairs and have a happy gathering.

Living Area

Relax after a long day of skiing by the fireplace. Sip wine or drink hot chocolate to a view of the Silver Queen Ski area and the Monashee Mountains. Take the opportunity to listen to your favourite CD on the stereo or if you like to watch your favourite program click on the Satellite Digital TV or pop in a DVD.  Perhaps you have taken some pictures or video you would like to view or share.  You will need to bring your own cord that will connect with the TV.

Ski in/out is ideal as you get to ski the Attridge runs to get home for lunch or a great way to end the day.

* Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are approximately 38 world class golf courses in the area, for those who want to enjoy Silver Star in the summer months. The nearest golf courses are in Vernon, approximately 35 minute drive. The chalet is a ski-in/out location for both downhill and cross country. Attridge ski area and Gold Mountain cross country trails are steps away. Ski directly to village via Alpine Meadows Chair or directly to Silver Queen Chair. * Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Silver Star Village, the skating pond and Tube-Town are within a short walking distance.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are non-refundable. We will refund your money if we can replace your booking. Refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information 30 days prior to arrival. Later for last minute reservations
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise which disturbs others is prohibited. You will get evicted without a refund!
Garbage Removal will be done periodically during stay.
Housekeeping Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Contract information provided to fully paid guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 people overnight. If more than 10, permission may be granted. Contact with owner must be made in advance.
Property Damage Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest.
Rental Accommodation Zoning My property is legally zoned for either short term or long term rental accommodation use.
Terms of Eviction Eviction for excessive noise, property damage, and disturbing the peace.
