Welcome to our home in Lake Placid Lodge.Families with children love Whistler Creek for its convenient access to the mountain and kids ski school. If its all adult members in your party, each member must be a minimum of 25 years of age to book this property. Location

Lake Placid Lodge is located approximately 100 yards from the gondola.It is a great location for families with children as the lift is only a short distance from the complex so the kids don't have a long ways to walk.Kids ski school is also across the street.There are a few restaurants in the area including the locals favorite "Dusty's" for great apres and the Rim Rock cafe for the best seafood.There is also a supermarket for all your shopping needs.All your basics will be found in Whistler Creek.....there is no need to go to the village, but if you choose to the village is a short 5 min drive away.

We are firm about our policies.When you book you are required to accept our policies and agree with them.Don't book now and complain afterwards regarding our policies.If you cannot agree with them please don't book!This is a family oriented building and we welcome families. For parties that contain ALL adults min age policies are in effect (see below). By agreeing to our policies when booking, you are agreeing to pay for any additional charges relating to your stay such as additional cleaning, missing items, damage or any policy violation.

Cancellations Made by Guests your deposit payment is non refundable in cases of cancellation when only your deposit portion of your reservation has been made Cancellations made after full payment has been made, 25% is still non refundable.The remaining 75% is only refundable based on the number of nights rebooked and at the rebooked rate
Check-In Time 4:00 pm-strictly enforced
Check-Out Time 10 am-strictly enforced You must be out of the unit at the specified time.This includes your vehicle from the underground parkade as well as the keys returned to our unit.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7 days/week, therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis
Delayed Arrivals No refunds! We are not responsible for delayed arrivals due to flight delays, road closures or adverse weather conditions!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment
Excessive Cleaning Costs Please follow the check-out procedure Failure to leave the unit as required will incurr additional charges.By accepting our policies you are agreeing to pay for any additional charges relating to the unit on departure
Excessive Noise excessive noise will not be tolerated! This is a family oriented complex.No noise after 10pm
Garbage Removal You are responsible for removing all garbage from the unit upon departure

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract when you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions You must fax us a signed copy of the reservation letter
Housekeeping complimentary housekeeping before and after your stay If the unit is not left in a satisfactory manner on your departure you will incurr any additional housekeeping costs relating to it.Additional housekeeping will be provided for longer stays
Ineligible Guests & Refusal of Business: 48-Hour Reservation Cancellation The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Parking available in our secured underground parkade. vehicle must be removed from the parkade upon check-out (no exceptions)! If you want to ski on your departure day, your vehicle must be removed from the parkade and relocated across the street in the public parking area

Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Property Damage You are responsible for any damage or loss as a result of your stay in our unit.Lost sets of keys will incurr a $75.00 charge Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation
