Our unit is located on the second floor of the Tyndall Stone Lodge above retail stores. The building is constructed of cement and wood, which helps cut the noise from other units and the businesses below. Comfortably sleeps four adults or a family of four, the unit has a private bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom with washer/dryer. The large open kitchen, dining, and living area provide plenty of space for you and your family. The roomy tiled entryway provides an out-of-the way corner for wet shoes and boots.

Tyndall Stone Lodge is located in the heart of Whistler Village North. You probably won't need your car once you park in the underground secure parking area. All the shopping, groceries and resturants you will ever need are right in the Whistler area. Lifts for Blackcomb and Whistler are less than a 10 min walk from the room. |Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. |Check-In Time||4:00 pm (PST). A cleaning crew will likely be preparing the unit for your arrival, so please do not plan to arrive early. Contact owner for special needs.|
|Check-Out Time||10:00 am (PST). Please do not stay beyond this time. Our cleaning crew will need to access the unit to prepare for the next guests.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||If the unit is left excessively dirty, we will pass on the extra cleaning charge to you, which can be up to $500.|
|Forgotten Items by Guest||Please let us know if you've forgotten anything. Our cleaning crew will check for it.|
|Garbage Removal||Upon final departure, please remove garbage to the disposal area by the main auto entrance gate.|
|Housekeeping||A cleaning crew will prepare the unit before and after your stay. For stays of 7 days or more, we will arrange a mid-week clean and change of towels and linens if needed. Daily cleaning is not provided.|
|Liability||No liability is implied or offered in our unit. We will not be held or take responsibility for any injury or illness that occurs during your stay in our home or anywhere in Whistler resort.|
|Locking Door||Please be sure to press the center button on the keypad every time you leave the unit. The lock is not automatic.|

|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||Four adults or family of four. However, if more persons are in your group, please contact us.|
|Missing Items||Common area keys are expensive and difficult for us to replace (the building management company prohibits copying them and doesn't like to distribute many). PLEASE ensure you leave all keys in their proper places, including the one by the main auto garage entrance. Our cleaning crew will check each time -- missing keys subject to $50 charge (the amount the building management company charges us). You will be notified if a key is missing after your departure.|
|Noise Restrictions||Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Owners of other condos in the area have been told to contact me directly. If the police are called to the residence, you will be evicted.|
|Policy Updates||Policies are subject to change without notice.|
|Property Damage||Please let us know if something has been broken. We will work with you to fix. However, if not notified, guest authorizes a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Unpaid invoices will be sent to collections in the US and Canada.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning|
|Terms of Eviction||24 hr. Security Company is on duty. Excessive noise or disturbance WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Excessive noise may or will result in your eviction of our home and NO money will be refunded. If we receive a fine because of any disturbance caused, this cost will be passed onto the guest directly via a charge onto their credit card.|
