Welcome to Arrowhead Point, our beautiful Ski in/ Ski out townhouse on Blackcomb Mountain, located in the desirable Blackcomb Benchlands of the Upper Whistler Village area.  Our top floor mountain retreat is luxurious and comfortable, newly renovated with all new paint, new beds and furnishings, complete with Egyptian cotton linens, and new stainless steel appliances and in-suite laundry facilities - making your stay a perfect mountain retreat and vacation.  Enjoy the brand new Hot Tub after a long day of hitting the slopes or curl up next to our gas fireplace for a cozy evening.  We are conveniently located near the bottom of the Wizard Express and Cruiser runs, for a true ski in/ski out location.  Take advantage of the free, year-round shuttle buses located near the complex entrance, scheduled every 10 minutes for maximum convenience, to the Main Whistler Village, Upper Village or the many cross country skiing locations.  World Class Skiing, World Class Shopping and Art galleries to enjoy, your visit will make this a memorable vacation for years to come. Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided when fully paid.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation of booking and loss of first deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage No bikes allowed in condo or on decks. Please ask us about alternative on mountain secure storage.
Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am. Possible fee for late departures
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Cleaning costs considered beyond normal will be charged to credit card. At the discretion of the cleaning company; if we get charged - you get charged.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. Complaints to RCMP will result in eviction without refund
Garbage Removal All trash must be removed prior to departure. Possible fee may apply for trash not removed
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be arranged at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Free High Speed Internet. We are not responsible if the internet supplier has an interruption in service.
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury to tenant or guest while in property/common property or Whistler Resort
Locking Door Door does not lock on it's own. You must must press the lock icon in the center of the keypad to lock the door when leaving.
Maintenance Emergencies
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 persons. Strictly enforced - Eviction without refund will apply for extra occupants
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items at replacement cost/value.
Noise Restrictions 10pm-8am. Please respect others by keeping noise down especially in hot tub.
Parking & Ticketing one free reserved parking stall. extra spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis

Property Damage Damage deposits will be charged to credit card at the discretion of this property owner/manager. Guests assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tennants/guests of tennant. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside property or on decks, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises

Reservation Guarantee Property damage-We will relocate you to a comparable property. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. This unit is in a great location. Easy walk to the village or take the free Whistler bus shuttle. It's clean, spacious, and the kitchen is really well stocked. The management crew was very helpful and responsive.

The condo was well equipped, upscale and clean. It has a great kitchen with very nice appliances and pans. The only recommendations I would give the owners is to not have the hot tub cycle on so often. It was really loud in the second bedroom. The other recommendation is to provide lighter comforters for the beds. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

A Real Gem

Friends had recommended this property, so we booked it for the Christmas week. Communication prior to arrival was smooth and thorough, but on arrival, was far above our expectations! The house was spotlessly clean, and was so well equipped, we managed to cook Christmas lunch as expertly as if we'd been at home! The furniture, decor, bedding etc, was of great quality, all making our stay very comfortable. The snow was slightly lacking, but access to the slopes was still only a short walk, or free bus ride away. Having checked out, I realised I had forgotten my diamond engagement rings in the house, thanks to the diligence of the agent, owners and honest cleaners, I was reunited with them very promptly! Cannot recommend this property highly enough, thank you!
