Northstar at Stoney Creek is perfectly located on the edge of Whistler Village, providing easy access to all amenities. Park your car (or bike!) in the secure underground car park and take the steps right to your front door.

TV and Audio System and free internet access (both Wire Free and Ethernet connection provided).  The current TV and Audio System has been installed after the condo photgrpahs had been taken.

The complex is in a peaceful setting and yet is only a couple of minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. Fine dining is available throughout Whistler but with our fully equipped kitchen and nearby supermarket you may choose to create your own culinary delights!

A ten minute walk through the pedestrianised village and you will be at the base of both mountains. Alternatively you may prefer to use the Free shuttle bus, particularly after a long day on the slopes! The bus stop is just across the street.

At the end of the day you can join other guests to relax in the heated pool and soak those aching muscles in the hot tub.

Our unit has private keyless entry with ski storage in the tiled heated entrance lobby. All the accommodation is on the ground floor with open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, together with a master king sized bedroom and bathroom with spa bath.

 Property Description

Our property is all on the ground floor - no stairs - great after a hard day in the mountains. There is keyless entry - no need to worry about keys and all guests can come and go freely. The heated entrance has a seating area for easy removal of footwear, rack for ski and pole storage and a closet containing washing machine and tumble dryer, there is also a large cloaks cupboard for storage of outerwear. A fully glazed door leads to the main accommodation. The bedroom has a king sized bed with two nightstands, a large chest of drawers, Cable TV and DVD and a mirrored closet. The bathroom is across the hallway with jetted tub/shower. The living room is large and comfortably seats 5 and has a gas fireplace with slate surround. It is equipped with Cable TV, DVD stereo and Wire Free Internet Access (plus etherent connection if required) as well as a Queen sofa bed and further storage cupboard. The dining area seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cookware.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival . If you have paid in full we refund the balance payment if we can replace your booking. Refunds are at the re-booked rate and based on the number of nights rebooked. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. We recommend you have travel insurance in case of cancellation
Delayed Arrivals Sorry, no refunds . We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrival
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information E-mailed to your after final payment . Print this information as soon as you receive it and put it in your carry on baggage. It is easy to forget it in the last minute rush
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Check In and Check Out Times

What are the Check In and Check Out times? Check In is 4:00 PM or later. Check Out is 10:00 AM or earlier.
Can I check in earlier? If there is a guest staying the night before you arrive it is difficult to allow for early check in. If no one immediately precedes you we can sometimes provide earlier check in, subject to confirmation from our housekeeping staff.
Can I check out later? If there is a guest checking in the day you leave it is difficult to allow for late check out. If no one immediately follows you we can sometimes provide late check out, subject to confirmation from our housekeeping staff.

Transportation

We are flying into Vancouver Airport - do we need to rent a car? We would suggest that you take a bus or limo from the airport (or helicopter!) rather than driving. The Sea to Sky Highway can be challenging even on a sunny day and even more so in Winter conditions. This will also allow you to enjoy the stunning scenery along the way. Coaches depart from the airport on a regular basis, but sometimes even for a small party it may be cheaper to arrange a Private transfer. Once you reservation is confirmed you can book your transportation through the Allura homepage.
How long is the drive to Whistler from the airport? The journey takes less than 2 hours when the road and traffic conditions are good. However with traffic and winter conditions it could take much longer.
Do I need a car to get around Whistler? Certainly in the winter you will not need a car. Northstar is so well located that most services are within walking distance. The free shuttle provides a frequent service that will take you to either mountain base in only a few minutes. There is also a public bus service to Whistler Creekside. You may decide that you prefer to have your own vehicle during a Summer visit so that you could independently explore the surrounding area.

Ski/Board Rental

How do I pick up my equipment? When you make the on-line booking the supplier will provide you with details about where and when you can pick up your equipment.
Can I book equipment before arrival? Yes you can. Once you have confirmed your reservation visit the Allura Home Page and follow the link to equipment rental.

Housekeeping

Is cleaning included? The townhouse is cleaned before arrival and after departure. If your stay is for more than 7 nights we will also schedule a midstay clean.
Can I have the property cleaned more often? We can arrange for additional cleaning to be carried out at your expense. We would need to organise this before your arrival as last minute requests can be difficult to schedule.
Are towels provided? An ample supply of towels are provided and these would be replenished when a mid stay clean is scheduled. You also have the facility to wash towels in the insuite washer/dryer if you would like fresh towels more frequently.

 About Us

We first visited Whistler from the UK in 1999 when Liz learnt to ski. The following year Bob decided to try to learn to ski - he has been trying to learn every year since!! We spend most of our leisure time in the mountains, in the summer we climb up them and in winter we ski down them. We travel in Europe but we are drawn back to Whistler, spending more time here each year. We are looking forward to retirement when we intend to split our time between our home in the UK and our home here in Whistler.

The condo is really close to the supermarktet and the Olympic-Plaza/ Whistlers main pedestrian zone. Clean and comfortable condo, with everything you need, nice contact with the owners. Defentetely a go to place in Whistler for me! Big recommendation!

My wife & I stayed for a week in February, 2014 and enjoyed the condo. We were pleasantly surprised with the location, across the road from supermarket & free shuttle, making it easy to get to the ski lifts. Buckets of snow also added to the atmosphere, with the trees outside covered in fresh snow. The bed is comfy and importantly, no road noise.
