Welcome to Windwhistle. Spectacular views from this top floor condo in the heart of the village. The condo is bright and spacious with two large private decks which give you outstanding views of Blackcomb, Whistler, and the bustling village below. The condo can comfortably sleep 4 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen sofabed in the living room and a futon in an alcove. There are two full bathrooms. There is free underground secured parking and everything is within walking distance. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery store, nightlife and both Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas are only a three minute walk away. The building does not have an elevator and the unit is only accessible by stairs.
We like our guests to know that the convenience of being in the heart of the village also brings along with it the potential for noise. Our unit is above and close to several popular nightclubs, bars and restaurants. Depending on the time of year, you may hear background music and/or village nightlife noise within our suite from 10 pm till 2 am. We have a strict non-refund policy for noise, please be certain that when you book, noise is not an issue.
Upon your arrival in Whistler, Whistler Reception Services will hand out keys, give additional information and require a credit card imprint as a damage deposit. All rates are quoted in CDN dollars on a per night basis up to 4 people. An additional 5% GST is charged on all rates. There is a $25 per night charge for each additional person but children 16 and under STAY FREE. We accept payment in the form of Online CreditCard via AlluraDirect.com. Rates are subject to change without notification. Please be aware that the village can be noisy at times and there is a non-refund policy for noise complaints originating in the village or in the building.

|Cancellations Made by Guests||Reservation deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation after final payment is delivered, is refundable by the number of nights re-booked in a replacement reservation, at the replacement rate. Any cancellations must be done at least 48 hours before check-in on the first day of the reservation. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Please note we cannot give refunds for noise coming from the village.|

Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Upon your departure please load and start the dishwasher as there will be a $25 charge if dishes are left to be done by our housekeepers.|
|Excessive Noise||Guests will be evicted for excessive noise or disturbance. Please show respect to all the other guests or owners. There is a non-refund policy for noise complaints originating in the village or in the building.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary. Free mid stay clean with reservations of 7 or more days.|
|Liability||Owners are not responsible for injuries, accidents or theft of guests' personal property on or off the premises of the Windwhistle. Owners may claim amount necessary to replace items or repair damage caused by guests or fines imposed on owners by Strata for damage or disturbance caused by guests.|

Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the the offender is being hosted by the guest.|
