We gladly welcome our guests to the fabulous Whistler Resort and home to the 2010 Winter Olympics. Our condo is spacious and comfortable with many personal additions. It offers our guests the choice to truly enjoy all that Whistler has to offer or to just sit back, relax and enjoy the ambiance of it all. Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policies:
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Can be accomodated for a 24 hour period.
Delayed Arrivals no refunds given. Late checkin okay
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided by email when booking is fully paid.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation of booking and loss of first deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged

Guest Stay Policies

Policies:
Bike Storage Basic common bike storage room provided. Please ask us for alternate on mountain storage options.
Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs A $75 cleaning charge will be applied should we feel that cleaning upon your departure is excessive beyond normal use.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise allowed in building after 10:30 pm.
Garbage Removal Garbage to be taken to garbage room on P1 level.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Free high speed wireless internet. The internet is provided by the phone company, if they have an interuption is service we are not responsible
Liability Guest responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Locking Door Door does not lock on its own upon exit. Please make sure you lock door upon exit
Maintenance Emergencies Property managers live in Whistler.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 persons. strictly enforced
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet times enforced after 10:30pm.
Parking & Ticketing Pay parking in effect for this building. Rates are set at the discretion of the Marquise Strata Corp.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tennants or guest of tennants.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned for nightly rentals.
Resort Information Provided in Lobby of building.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Secure individual ski lockers provided. Please do not store equipment in condo under any circumstances. Damage from equipment storage in condo will be at guest expense to repair.
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise, damage. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace

We spent 3 days at this great apartment. just a few minutes from the slopes, which u can get to by just putting your skies on after you leave the building. The place is very conformable and roomy. The building has a great Hot tub and pool, perfect for those sore muscle after spending the day on the mountain. The owner was very accommodating with a few requests we had and very fast to respond. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to the next visit already.

Very good location good facilities & views. Clean with excellent decor. I felt at home. Slopes are a short 200m walk but you can ski back to within 50m of the front door. Pool warm hot tube great. Only downside for the mid price range apartment is the parking is not cheap but probably normal for Canada. The parking though is very secure and underground which is an excellent facility. Overall good value We will be booking next year.

As soon as I walked in I was happy. The suite looked exactly like the pictures. It was beautifully furnished and very well kept. I was impressed how clean it was. I plan to come back next time we go to Whistler. The location was fantastic too!

Very pleased with the accommodations. All the check-in information was received via email as soon as full payment of the booking was made. The information was very thorough and was all that we required for our stay. The condo is decorated and furnished to feel homely and welcoming. All furnishing were in good and clean condition. Location was good - the free shuttle to Whistler village made this more convenient. Overall absolutely thrilled with our experience, the only thing missing from the condo is an in-suite laundry. Would definitely stay in the condo again and recommend Westwind Properties to friends. Thank you.
