 Property Description

The covered entrance leads into our condo.  Upon entering you will find a view to kitchen and living room area, a closet for your skis on the right.  A few steps further you will find a door  which leads out to the front terrace.  The dinning area is located next to the living area and the two bedrooms are located in the rear of the condo.  A private patio is located off the living area, facing the pool and hot tub. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom that is accessable through mst bedroom only. The central bathroom is located in the main condo hallway.  The second bedroom has a large private terrace.  Enjoy your stay:)

Our Sunpath  townhome is located directly within the center of Whistler.  Take a two minute walk to the heart of the village or to Marketplace for Groceries, Starbucks, Pharmacy, liquor store and much more. If you would like to tour Whistler via the free shuttle there is a busstop located directly across the street. (runs every ten minutes  6:00 am - 12 Midnight). Great idea is to take the shuttle up to Blackcomb base or  Chateau Whistler and take a 10-15 trail walk home along Valley Trail. 

Be assured, after parking your vehicle you will not need to drive, until sadly,  your Whistler Holiday is over.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Reservation deposit is refundable if we can secure another booking for the same time length at the same price. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after final payment due date are available in credit form only for future stays of equivalent length of time as per the following schedule: Cancellations received between 21 days and 60 days prior to the arrival date will charged 25% of the full rental rate leaving 75% available for future use in the form of a credit. Cancellations received 21 days or less prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the full rental rate leaving 50% available for use in the form of a credit.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds for delayed arrivals. Sorry we cannot be responsible for circumstances that cause a delayed arrival.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Door codes. Entry codes will be sent by e-mail prior top your arrival and upon receiving payment in full and the rental contract has been completed and returned to the owners
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract A contract will be sent by e-mail or fax. The rental contract must be completed by the renter, prior to arrival
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4:00pm. Please call us if you need to check in earlier.
Check-Out Time 10:00am. Call a week in advance to see if late check out may be available.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise which disturbs others in the building between the hours of 11 pm and 8:00am is prohibited according to strictly enforced strata bylaws. You may be evicted without a refund!
Housekeeping A cleaning charge of $100 is applicable for renters that stay less than 4 nights. Housekeeping staff will clean the house after your departure. If is the guests responsibility to clean the kitchen area and turn on the dishwasher prior to their departure at 11:00 a.m.. If you require additional housekeeping services they can be booked at a nominal fee. Please book these additional services at your earliest convenience so it may be scheduled properly.
Liability The owners will not be held responsible for any theft or injury that occurs while staying at this property.
Maintenance Emergencies Yes. 24 access to maintenance service
Maximum Sleeping Capacity six/seven. The condo can accommodate a maximum number of 7 persons. The publishes rate is based on 4 adults. Children under 16 are free. If the amount of guests exceeds 8 overnight guests it will result in eviction.
Missing Items Renters responsibility. Any missing items will be charged back to the guest.
Property Damage Renters responsibility. Damage repair cost will be charged to your credit card if necessary
Rental Accommodation Zoning Property is zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Two complaints referring to noise complaints after 11:PM. RCMP will be summoned. Smoking in the house, excessive noise, disturbing the peace, property damage will result in the legal eviction by the 24 hour security company.

We have recently spent 3 weeks in this fabulous condominium. Cindy was very helpful and even refunded our last night's stay when we had to leave earlier than expected, which was quite unexpected. The cleaners were also very helpful and were more than willing to work in with our plans. The layout of the condo is excellent, making our stay more than comfortable. I stayed here with my fiance and another couple, and we all agreed we would stay there again when we return. The location is easy walking distance to all the restaurants in the village and the mountain. The accommodations included everything we needed for a great value. The hot tub was a huge plus being so close to the unit, you didn't freeze upon returning. Everything was very clean. All in all, a great place to stay.

the location is excellent ,the place was a bit smaller than i thought it would be but nicely decorated.It could use a a little maintenance and was not cleaned as well as we thought it should be.better . The hallway bathroom had a strong musty moldy odor. the screen in the main bedroom was not secured and their was only one fan in the place to keep you cool as it was hot in july...if these things were corrected i would have given it a very good rating review .

Cindy was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She provided all information prior to our arrival and was always available if we needed assistance. The accommodation was wonderful; clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 10 day stay in Whistler. It is so close to the Village, shops, supermarkets and, most importantly, the pub and also to the ski lifts. We can't wait to come back.

Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. We walked everywhere and did not use our car once. We were about a 5 minute walk from the lifts, Market Place, liquor store, Starbucks and shopping in the village. The unit was very comfortable and fairly spacious. There was lots of space to store your winter boots and skis just inside the door (family of 4). We liked that it was all one level. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils which is always a pleasure! We cooked for 3 families on New years Eve and there were enough plates and utensils for everyone. We would definitely rent this unit again. Cindy was very pleasant and called us after we had checked in to make sure everything was going okay. Thanks Cindy!

Nice condo - we have owned at whistler for years and just sold our place so needed a rental this year - place was very nicely appointed - nice to have spices and some basic cooking things available! Great location - right across from free bus to slopes - great hot tub and pool. Loved our stay.

We enjoyed about everything in this cozy condo! - Comfortable beds and the rest of the furniture. Lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows etc. Variety of children toys and game?. Beautiful tableware... Cozy fireplace... Tv in each room... Just great!!! The only item missing in my opinion was a night light in the master bedroom bathroom:)

The condo was just perfect. We really enjoyed being on ground level, right close to the pool and only a short walk to the village. The condo had all the ammenties and was clean and very comfortable. The only suggestion to improve our stay would be to include a BBQ as we had to cook most of our dinners at a neighboring condo. For summer stay it is essential that a BBQ be on premises. Other than that, everything was just perfect.

We stayed for a long weekend of sunny corn snow skiing. The condo was easy access for loading and unloading, and the bus stop was right across the street making access to the lifts very easy. The beds were comfy, the TVs and sound system nice, and for once, there was a thoughtful layout of location for skis/boards, boots and helmets right by the door, complete with bench for donning the boots. The kids also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub just outside the front door. The village shops, festivities, etc. were very accessible as well. (Light sleepers could hear a bit of 2am revelry after the hockey game crowd got out of the bars.)

As much as I would like to keep this place a secret... it would not be fair to Cindy and Earl (Owners) of Stoney Creek Sunpath. The complex, features and location was exactly described in the allura Direct site. With a modern design and thoughtfulness to utilization it certainly oozes comfort in mind for all guest especially after a day on the mountain. The directions, knowledge & assistance to places of interest like IGa, Pharmacy and Restraunts was excellent and most helpful. Most of all, we were thankful and appreciative that Cindy and Earl were accommodating of our request of an early check in and late check out this act in itself proves to us that we certainly made the right choice in staying at the Stoney Creek Sunpath and we will certainly look forward to staying with them again in the future. We give you a top 5 star rating in the areas: complex, amenities, location, service & correspondence. Big Thankyou again !

There were 5 adults and one baby and this unit suited our group very well. The condo was located close to the village stroll and about a 5 minute walk tO the gondolas. The hot tub (shared) was awesome. Nice and hot and fun to meet other visitors! The only constructive feedback I would like to give is that the 10 check out time was too early... We didn't want to leave!

Excellent service. We called the owner numerous times (requesting early check in, late check out, and a key issue) and she always answered or called us right back. The home was great! No surprises - just like the description stated. Location is good - just a short walk to the lifts. It was also nice to be close to the kid-friendly activities -- playground and ice skating rink.


Great condo in Whistler!

Condo was spotless. Plenty of room for the 6 adults in my family. Even had a washer/dryer which is pretty important after an all-day ski. Condo is probably about 30 steps from a shuttle bus that runs every 10 minutes or so to the mountain. Its also right acrosss the street from ski rental place and a great Italian restaurant. 3 minute walk puts you in the middle of the village where there are scores of restaurants, bars and shops. It was especially nice to receive a welcoming phone call from Cindy upon arrival to go over any questions we had. The suite is lovely and off season rates were highly reasonable for the "value" of our comfort while there.

Perfect in every way. The weather held for us even though rain was forecasted for the entire Thanksgiving weekend and the activities were perfect...what a great way to show off Whistler to our out-of-province teenaged guest. I have been to Whistler many times and stayed in a variety of accommodations. This particular unit was the perfect location... not just the building but the unit itself. You can walk to either side of the village easily, and what we usually did was made the loop, starting at the village centre and coming around to Marketplace, stopping to pick up last minute items on the way home.

The place is excellent and well kept, cutlery, utensils, and kitchen are well stocked, not like some other places which are loaded with bargain everything. We look forward to renting your place again. Ray

This was our first time staying at this complex/unit and we absolutely loved it. There were five of us and it was more than comfortable. Nicely decorated, immaculately clean and close to everything!! The price was right as well! We'll be back.
