 Property Description

Our luxury townhome has three levels and over 1980 square feet to enjoy. The unit all furnishings and amenities are brand new. The top level has three bedrooms, four single bunkbeds for the kids (they are large enough to accomodate adults), a queen size bunkbed and a kingsize bed in the Master Bedroom. The second level is the area for entertaining plenty of room for your family and guests. There are two leather couches and a chair and a love seat. Access to the private deck and hot tub with beaurtiful views of the Monashee Mountains.The unit includes two heated and covered parking spaces. This is important because parking is scarce around the village and snow accumulates rapidly. The unit is centrally located has a secured ski locker. You are literally steps away from the bullet chair and village. The first level the games area has two futons for additional sleeping and the Sony Playstation for the kids. All the attention to detail has been taken careof. All you have to do is enjoy the mountain hot tub relax and enjoy your vacation.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except bookings that can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof,refunded based on the number of nights rebooked. Refunds will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4:00 pm. Early check in possible
Check-Out Time 10:am. Mandatory unless late checkin prearranged. A service fee of $100.00 dollars will be charged to damage deposite, if tenant is in unit upon arrival of cleaning staff.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Please read house keeping policy!! A $200.00 dollar charge will be deducted from your damage deposite.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund.
Housekeeping It is your responsibilty to clean up all your garbage and dirty dishes. A $200.00 dollar charge will be deducted from your damage deposite if not cleaned up or you have left an excessive mess.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE AVAILABLE. All cost that are incurred as a result of the renters negligience will be deducted from the damage deposit:example pluging toilets or sinks,setting of smoke alarm,overflowing hot tub and misuse of barbeque.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 12 people overnight-excess occupants will result in eviction. Must be confirmed at booking
Missing Items Guest authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policy.
Noise Restrictions Please enjoy the hot tub but after 10pm you must be quiet. The surround sound is great but please respect your neighbors and be quiet after 10:00 pm
Policy Updates Policy updates are in effected as of the start of each season. Please check site for any changes in policy's.
Property Damage Upon booking a $750.00 CDN funds is needed as a deposit,it will be charged to your visa on final payment, this will be returned after final inspection. Property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken private or common property items, all charges involving security company or police involvement regarding property and occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Terms of Eviction 2 COMPLAINTS WILL RESULT IN EVICTION BY SECURITY SERVICES. WILL BE EVICTED FOR COMMON PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO THE UNIT, EXCCESSIVE NOISE, DISTURBING THE PEACE.
