Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposits are non-refundable. We will refund your money if we can replace your rental. Refunds are based on the rebooked rate & based on the number of nights booked; all cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee with a minimum of $40.|
|Delayed Arrivals||No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Via email. You will receive a general check-in info email after payment of your final balance. Further details on access & parking will be emailed to you closer to your arrival date by our service provider Mountain Hideaways.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Location is great and you can sit on the window seat and watch the world go by. Room was clean and bright. Kitchen is compact but has everything you need. Parking is convenient inside a parking garage and access by elevator makes transporting your luggage to your room very easy. Sat on balcony after skiing and enjoyed the sun and the view of the village. (yes sun at Whistler!) The gas fireplace in the living room took the chill off in the evening. Easy access to dining and shopping in Whistler.

Location was great, not too far to walk with skis to the gondolas. Nice amenities in the condo. Bed wasn't great, but we were tired enough after skiing it didn't matter. Really appreciated parking being included, especially in the underground lot. Would stay in the location again.

we always enjoy Whistler, we go there often even though we live in North Vancouver. It's like playing in our back yard. We thought being located in the Village would be easy with a baby and stroller but this unit was located steps away from the night club so I got very little sleep with the partiers outside 10pm-2am. The unit was well set-up. It was dated and could use a little face lift but clean and well equipped except for a few bowls and glasses were badly chipped.

Check in was easy, we had a question that was quickly answered by phone. The location is great, say an 8 minute walk to the lifts. The home was quiet and clean and well maintained. We couldn't get the gas fireplace to work but didn't make enquiries about it. All in all we would certainly recommend it.

Hi Myself along with my wife and daughter had a wonderful time in Whistler. The unit was clean, great price, great location.However the kitchen equipment including pots, pans and small appliances etc. all need to be replaced asap as they are all worn out.a spare light bulb supply would have come in handy. I have been skiing Whistler for many years and it is a resort with allot of young people who are very loud when walking through the village from the bars late at night even through closed double glazed windows, so be prepared.

We stayed here for 11 days in the lead up to Ironman Canada, we travelled from New Zealand. The location was perfect for crawling home from the finish line! Seriously the place was nice and close to the supermarket, bike shops and rego/expo so was just perfect, There was a bit of noise from the street in early evening but was ok late at night so no bother to us, in fact my husband enjoyed sitting in the window seat people watching during the week, not much else you can do when tapering for an IM. Maybe one day we can come back.

This was my first time visiting Whistler and I loved it! My boyfriend and I came here from Michigan for skiing, and the biggest decision we had to make was where to stay. After weighing the pros and cons of staying in the center the village versus a mountain ski-in/out place; I have to say I'm extremely pleased we opted for the village. The Lam residence is in the middle of absolutely everything, overlooks the main street (where there is no shortage of entertainment and dining), and is a 5 min walk to the gondola- where ski valet/storage is free! Check-in and parking were painless too. I would definitely rent this place if I came to Whistler again. The only con is that the shared indoor hot tub (located on the 1st floor) is also utilized by all the Town Plaza buildings, so it's constantly occupied. In addition, it was too hot to bask in for more than 5 minutes, and the chlorine burned my eyes.

I enjoyed my stay at the Lam Family unit in Eagle Lodge. The reception is very close and made check in easy. Jason was always available to help when needed. The pad was well furnished and supplied. It is very close to shops, resteraunts and bars. A little further from the lift than I would have liked but I managed the 10 minute walk to the lift on 10 consecutive days without too much discomfort. Would stay again.

Jason was wonderful when we had housekeeping issues on our arrival; they were dealt with quickly, with a smile! The kitchen was lacking any condiments for cooking, just salt and pepper. We're used to having spices, cooking spray, and basics so we don't have to buy items at the store. We had plenty of laundry soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent... thank-you. The front desk was delightful, and very helpful with allowing us to access our car on our check-out day. I would like to have a list of recyclables in the unit, as I know Whistler loves to recycle. Also, please be more specific about the location of the trash. It seems like you should be able to walk into the parking area and leave your trash; I don't think you can access it on foot unless you walk down Main Street to the entrance. Frustrating when you're carrying bags of trash and recycles. I wasn't the only person looking for the trash room, by the way. The condo has a lovely view of the Village Stroll, and has easy access to the lifts.

Stayed in this suite at Eagle Lodge for a week of skiing. The suite had all the comforts I needed. The TV could be modernized. Room was clean and kitchen well appointed. The building itself had some issues; I got stuck in the elevator on my way to the hottub one evening. It went to the basement (parking) and stayed there. After about 10 minutes the door opened, and I was able to return to my room via the stairs. Surprisingly, there is no way to get to the main floor (where the hot tub is) via the stairs without going outside. The elevator was still out in the morning, but was fixed during that day. Also, the mid week complimentary clean did not appear to have occured. While the above was annoying, the skiing was fantastic, and the room was a great place to eat and relax after a day on the slopes.

The location was perfect. We love to be in the middle of the village and be able to look out the window to see all that is going on outside. It was great to be near the new presentation plaza for the free concerts. I rated comfort at 4 stars only because the pull-out bed in the living room is a little uncomfortable.

Great location and at an affordable price. The check-in staff was very courteous and gave helpful restaurant recommendations. The condo was clean and had everything you need. Functional kitchen, stackable washer/dryer, internet, cable TV, and gas fireplace. The best feature is the property's location, a five minute walk to the base of the mountains.

The condo was perfect. Walked to the ski lifts, restaurants, grocery store...beautiful trail to the lake, Nestor's & wag (where we checked out a dog for 3 hours!). Far enough away from the bars so it wasn't noisy. Quiet, comfortable & had everything we needed. I don't know what my daughter was expecting but she walked in & said, "wow...this is a castle!" Great price for a great experience. We will definitely come back!

This condo was absolutely lovely. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and right in the heart of town...literally steps away from everything. I flew all the way from Los angeles and I could not ask for better lodging or a more ideal location. It was super clean and spacious with a nice balcony view of the village. The secure underground parking and indoor hot tub were a plus, and I really appreciated the fact that the price was so reasonable for such an amazing place. The owner was very responsive to all my emails!
