Welcome to our magical 2 bedroom and loft getaway in the Greystone Lodge on Blackcomb Mountain in the world class resort of Whistler... host of the 2010 Winter Olympics. It is located in the Upper Village, a true ski-in & ski-out location. We are just down the hill from the Olympic Sliding Center, and next to the Wizard chair lift. Whatever your desire: restaurants, shopping, night clubs, tennis, golf, or the Valley Trail, can be found within a 10 minute walking distance. There is also a free shuttle bus to the village. After a full day on the mountains, or pursuing your favorite activities, enjoy a refreshing swim in the year-round heated outdoor swimming pool, unwind in the indoor or outdoor hot tub, just relax by the fireplace, or watch a movie in the comfort of our cozy home. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the convenience of home for quick meals or as an alternative for when you do not feel like choosing between one of the 150 local restaurants for dinner. Great room concept: living/dining/kitchen with 2 storey cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows overlooking Whistler Mountain, a gas fireplace and private balcony. LCD TV with HD cable, DVD and mini strreo with iPod dock. Master bedroom with king bed/two twins LCD  TV internet enabled, with ensuite bathroom and second entrance. Second bedroom with queen bed. Loft bedroom above dining area with king bed/two twins. We can provide  up to two extra cots upon request to allow for 6-8 guests.  Second bathroom.

The kitchen is bright with lighting and has a 2 storey lofted ceiling. It comes equipped with new major appliances including microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances includes toaster, blender and coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with a full set of cookware, cutlery, dishes, and glassware. There is also a breakfast counter with 2 hand painted stools for a snack or quick meal. A unique chalkboard is wall mounted near he refrigerator for leaving messages for others. A shelf above the cupboards displays a variety of sleighs and the high wall is decorated with a handmade winter theme quilt.

Living Area

Large bright living area with high lofted ceiling and stunning views of Whistler Mountain through floor to ceiling windows. River rock gas fireplace with oak mantle is centrally located on the window wall. A plush leather sofa and 2 wingback chairs are arranged around a unique hand crafted oak and iron sleigh coffee table. Antique skiis and snow shoes adorn the walls. The living area is also equipped with a large screen LCD TV with HD cable service,BlueRay/ DVD, and Bluetooth speaker for hand held device music playback. A variety of lights are available for reading or setting of ambience.

Dining Area

The dining area is located under the loft area, between the kitchen and the living room The dining room table seats 6-8 comfortably and has a dimmer light switch to set whatever ambiance desired.

Location & Map


A true SKI IN/SKI OUT location in the Benchlands of the Upper Village. A short trail leads from the poolside entrance to the Blackcomb base and the high speed Wizard Chair. No need for the car once you arrive. The shops and restaurants in the Upper Village are less than a 5 minute walk and the Main Village is less than a 10 minute walk. There is also a year round free shuttle bus. In the summer, the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, the Valley Trail and Lost Lake are less than 10 minutes walking distance. In the winter, the Valley Trail becomes a scenic cross country ski trail.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs See Property Damage Policy.
Excessive Noise Condo quiet hours are 10:30 pm to 7am daily. Eviction for disregard of Noise Bylaw. (excesive noise during quiet hours). Offending guests wiil be held responsible for all noise related costs, including fines for breach of Noise Bylaw.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival and after departure. A midstay clean is available if stay is more than 7 days. Plenty of extra towel are provided. Daily cleans or linen changes are available at guests request and expense. Prior arrangements are required.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or other while they are on our property or in any other location in Whistler.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour availability. Locally available.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people overnight. Property sleeps a maximum of 8 people. If any additional people are to be found staying in unit, this may result in eviction.
Missing Items See Property Damage Policy. Unit is inventoried and checked upon departure.
Property Damage Guest authorizes a credit card charge upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage charges may include, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Quiet, cozy home

My family and I loved our stay here. The condo was tidy, comfy and fit all 6 adults and 2 children easily. The location is great too, just minutes from Blackcomb base and a 10 minute walk to Whistler village. Location is quiet.

There was no dishwashing machine soap or a sponge available when we checked in. And we would have appreciated plastic wrap or Ziploc bags available.

Besides those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay very much and we hope to return soon. The owners were also great to work with, and always available via email or phone for any questions or concerns. They made sure we were all settled in upon check in.

This property was perfect for 2 families. Adults each had a room (though a queen bed in each would have been fabulous), and kids had their own space which was fantastic. This place is great and to expectation...............What you see is what you get...........The owners are very prompt to answer and get things solve is there a problem.......Really enjoyed the place......Kitchen well supplied, only thing missing that would be a + is a fondue set (suggestion)........Nice dining room and living room space ............Well located.........The spas and pool very clean....We would definitely return..........We were 5 sharing the place, and we never felt over stepping on each other......Really enjoyed it....

Great Location, Unit could use some TLC

Location was great, facility was nice and quiet! Unit was fair but not in the best condition.... Needs some TLC. Dining room light and electrical outlets didn't work along one entire wall. Couch was broken and very uncomfortable. Pots and pans were dirty from previous guests.

Gerat setup, only minor issue with the TV in main living area not getting all the channels as the one in the master. Kitchen had a few light bulbs out on the track lighting. Other than that it was a great setup. Love the high ceilings and open feeling. Great value for the location.

Greystone #4** - On the Slopes of Blackcomb

Greystone #4** is a very fine condo right off the slopes of Blackcomb. It handled our group of five men ( two dads and three sons) quite well with 2 BR and a loft with 4 twins and one queen. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to navigate. Condo amenities were nice - pool, hot tub and underground parking.

Two biggest drawbacks were that the wireless node for the condo didn't work effectively and we were forced to 'pirate' other rooms to get coverage. Also, we weren't given access to the unit's ski locker which reduced convenience at the end of the ski day. Greystone is getting a bit 'long in the tooth' but overall, it met our needs very nicely.

Cozy and comfortable stay

Comfortable and cozy stay in a nicely furnished unit. The master bedroom can be separated from the main unit and have it's own private entry. Ample parking for vehicles and storage for skis. The ski-in-out location of the condo is terrific. It's an easy 200 feet walk from the back of the condo complex up an almost-flat short path to the run that leads to the Wizard chair in Blackcomb. You can ski from the slope right back to the path and to the back door of the complex without pushing if you keep up a decent speed from the slope. The town shuttle is a short 2-minute walk from the front door of the complex.

Overall very happy, some minor faults and errors in the apartment: - Internet wifi was not working for most of the time. - Floor fan did not function - No lock in one bathroom - Lock to balcony door broken

Unit was large and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Building was quiet. Only negative was that the parkade could not accommodate overheight vehicles. we had a cargo box on top of our SUV and could not fit in the max 6'8" parkade. There are only 6 overheight parking spots in front of the building so we had to jostle with about 12 vehicles to get a spot and not lose it.

The location is very close to the ski trail. After you got out of the building, you can pretty much strap on and slide couple minutes and you will reach the chair lift. The only down side is hot shower water runs out pretty quickly. You will have to wait for hot water if someone just took a shower.

Very comfortable and spacious. Tastefully decorated. Well organized entrance for storing winter outerwear, boots, etc. Kitchen had newer large fridge and was well stocked with good quality cooking utensils.

A very good place to stay, Waldemar and Valerie provided all the check in details well in advance so even though we arrived late on Saturday night there was not a problem. Location is great for skiing, a small path leads to the end of the main home run on Blackcomb so you can ski back and from the apartment. Its a bit of a walk to Whistler village, about 20 minutes, but there is a free local bus just a few metres from the front door of Greystone which will bring you to the village in a couple of minutes. There's one every 10 minutes or so and they run til after midnight. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and catered comfortably for our group of 7 adults. The facilites in the complex were very good with a popular hot tub being the most noteworthy.
