Our spacious third floor condo is located in the heart of the Whistler village and faces onto the village stroll offering lots of natural sunlight and awesome views of the mountains.

The main living area features an open concept design with a full gourmet kitchen, dining & living room with a cozy rock-faced gas fireplace.

The suite accommodates sleeping arrangements for four people very comfortably.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policies:
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservation without payment. Payment is required for reservation confirmation
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information E-mailed when balance of payment is paid.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guest Stay Contract We do not require a signed guest stay contract.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Policies:
Bike Storage Secured lock-up area in the building. No bikes are permitted in the suite
Check-In Time 4pm. Earlier check-ins may be possible-please confirm
Check-Out Time 10am. You will be charged $35 if our cleaners arrive and you are still in the suite. The suite must be left in reasonable condition after your stay, with any dirty dishes washed in dishwasher.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Please refer to "Terms of Eviction".
Housekeeping Includes cleaning on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense. Please contact me for details.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour call service. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 people - excess occupants will result in eviction. Families with small childern can be greater than 4 people.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Quite hours are in effect after:11pm. Please respect your neighbours!
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD hold applied to their credit card upon arrival to be held in reserve and fully refunded upon checkout. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Guarantees Policies

My Web Site Guarantee I guarantee that I will honour all rates posted on my web site at the time that your reservation request is submitted. If any amenity changes after you have confirmed your booking with payment, I will notify you in advance and give you an opportunity to cancel with a full refund.
Reservation Guarantee Property damage not caused by renter- Relocate you to comparable property. If any rate increases associated with move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD/night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products
Snow Guarantee If over 65% of the lifts are closed all day due to rain or inadequate/unsafe snow conditions, I will give you a 50% refund/night for each day that the lifts remain closed. Valid January 3-March 31

How do order lift tickets online via your website? Where do I pick-up my tickets? To order lift tickets from my website, simply click on "Buy Discount Lift Tickets" tab on the top right hand side of the page. During the ordering process on-line the system will ask you to pick one of three designated places where you can pick-up your tickets. These locations are located in Whistler Village.
Are there any restrictions placed upon the use of ski lift tickets purchased via your website in conjunction with the special offer ending Oct. 31st? With the current promotion you can book a 5 day OR MORE lift ticket for use in ANY season (including the expensive ones such as Christmas, New Years, Spring Break etc!. New to renting directly from owners

I have never rented direct from an owner before. What can I expect from renting from you? If you have never rented directly from owners before then welcome to a very easy, comfortable and (most) affordable option for lodging accommodations at Whistler. In terms of what you should expect from renting from owners directly (like us) it is simple: a great place, at a great price with great service. Our suite is fully set-up with linens, kitchen, towels etc. We have on-site support to help you in the unlikely instance you encounter any problems. In fact many do not realize this but many of the same properties available from AlluraDirect website are provided by commercial property manager. Of course you will pay a lot more money for them.

How can Owner Direct renter offer their place at a reduced rate compared to Hotels and commercial property managers? Dealing with owners like me removes the need to deal with "middlemen" and therefore my operating costs are lower than commerical operators. I have chosen not to use a commercial property manager as I want more control over my property. I am glad to pass along these savings to my guest. Win-win situation for each us.
What happens if I need emergency support during my stay. i.e. I lost my key. No worries, we have an emergency contact who lives in Whistler who is available 24 by 7 to attend to your needs. So if you lose you key, need more towels etc. we are only a phone call away. You are completely looked after.

Snow Guarantee

How does you snow guarantee as mentioned on your policies page work? Whistler is blessed with having some of the largest seasonal snow falls in all of North America. To help assure you a great, worry free stay, I have created a snow guarantee. If over 65% of the lifts are closed all day due to rain or inadequate/unsafe snow conditions, I will give you a 50% refund/night for each day that the lifts remain closed. This guarantee is in effect from January 3rd 2006 to March 31st, 2006.

I took my teenage daughter for a "girl's retreat" in Whistler. I have previously stayed at The Westin, The Pan pacific, as well as at a townhouse at The lagoons at Stoney Creek. I was pleased with my stay here, and I will recommend it to my friends. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a home like atmosphere. The air conditioning was a welcome addition! If you would like affordable yet nicely appointed accommodations, this property is a great choice.

A cosy and convenient apartment located pretty central in the village - a simple walk to the lifts, IGA and all of the bars and shops. The apartment was a perfect size for a couple or single. Decent size kitchen with everything that you need (including the essential Mr Coffee!). Very comfy sofa and bed and a hot shower - exactly what you want after a long day on the mountain. I had no issues with the apartment at all and was happy with the design and finishing - appropriate for this price point. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and very helpful. The only aggravation was the super slow elevator, but that's just me nit-picking. In short, I would stay there again. Thanks guys!

The rental was exactly as described. We did have an issue with the elevator breaking down, but that was not the fault of the owner. Unfortunately, the elevator stayed broken our whole stay.

Service was great! The reception team and housekeepers were very nice and helpful if we needed anything. Parking was secure and close to the elevators which was good with all our gear. The only downside is the shared hot tub is across the village stroll in another building. Makes for a cold trip unless you bring all your clothes to change with you! There are change rooms and showers so it wasn't a huge issue. Thanks for a great stay!

This 1 bedroom condo is conveniently located in the heart of the village! Great to have the kitchen handy and fully equiped with all the utensils required, and loved the renovated shower. We spent the weekend (Crankworx) and it was a busy weekend - so it was a bit louder than expected. The owners (Kevin) is very attentive and great at answering/responding to your questions. One note - the room is located on the 3rd floor right next to the elevator, we were worried about the noise but it did not bother us at all and it was actually quite convenient!

My friend and I both loved staying at this place. It's in a convenient location, close to everything (including the shuttles for Tough Mudder). It has in-suite laundry and a full kitchen so that was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This unit was very comfortable, with a lovely living room and dining room set up, and a comfortable bed. The location is exceptional, right on the Village Walk and close to all the services + amenities of Whistler. Late at night the rowdies roaming the village walk were easily heard hooting and hollering outside, but that comes with the convenience of staying anywhere on the Village Walk. We were too tired from all the snow activities to really be bothered by that! Would recommend this definitely.

We enjoyed our recent stay at your condo in Deer Lodge. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, plus access to parking and wifi was a bonus. The suite was spacious and clean with a recently-updated bathroom, which was a nice surprise. I agree with other reviewers who have posted about the bed and couch, both of a which are a few years old and could use updating. Other than this, we did enjoy our stay and will definitely return.

I have stayed in several other condos in the Deer, Bear, adn Wolf lodges over the past several years and an updated bathroom in this unit was a pleasent surprise. The bed however, was very hard and really needs to be replaced as does the couch which sags in the middle quite poorly and these are not expensive updates to make that would really help set apart this unit from the others in these Town Plaza buildings. Although the location is right next to the elevator we really weren't disturbed by anyone or any elevator noise. Like most units that face the pedestrian walkway there is some noise at night from people below but that is normal for any Whistler village condo facing the walkway. The kitchen assortment of dishes and utensils could also use an overhaul to be much more well equiped for less than $400 that would make quite an impression even though we really only ate breakfast and one dinner in the unit and went out to eat for other meals. Overall a reaonsable condo for the money, but beware that the bed and couch should really be updated.

This condo is in an excellent area in the Village. We were able to step out into the Village for shopping, etc. We cooked, watched movies, had a fire going, and relaxed. The one disappointing part was the location of the hot tub. I know the review said it was a "common area hot tub", but we didn't realize it was across the street.

The girls at reception were helpful and friendly, the parking was convenient and secure, the location was so fantastic but, most of all, the view from our apartment and the size of the apartment were perfect.

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed my visit to Whistler, and it wasn't just because of my son's beautiful wedding at the Nicklaus North Golf Club. The suite was so clean and comfortable and the location was excellent - members of both families were all in the same area, which made getting together for meals, etc. very easy. And the staff at the front reception desk were exceptionally helpful - from telling me where to buy a dress at the last moment (the one I brought would have been too hot for the 30 C. weather) to making an appointment for a pedicure. It was all great and I'd be happy to recommend your condo to any and all who ask. Thanks again!

The accommodation was centrally located, within walking distance to everything. Bedroom was very tiny - had to store our suitcases elsewhere. Nice living area and kitchen. Noisy at night due to the location but we had expected that.

Clean and designed well for the space. Great location, friendly staff. However, do not eat at the restaurant across the way though (UG Cafe) the old BreadGarden. Lots of other better restaurants.

I travel to Whistler every year in late January/early February to ski. Sometimes one of my (now adult)children comes along, other times I go solo. I like to stay in Village North in a condo, so that we have the extra space and utilities beyond what an hotel could offer. I like (and now know pretty well) the area and the bars/restaurants/shops. I had a great time in this unit and will return if I can. I have stayed in a number of units in Deer Lodge and a lot are pretty similar (all have been quite acceptable). This one however, was a cut above the rest. The bathroom has been redone, very nicely, which differentiated this from others in Deer Lodge. The free wi fi was also a big bonus as I come from Europe and keeping in contact with home from the unit couch was a big plus. Wi fi access is by no means difficult to find in Whistler but having it in the unit (at a good speed) was a big plus. I cant really say much about the cooking facilities etc as I didn't use them, apart from the microwave, toaster and kettle, all of which worked well.

Given the location, the price for this unit was great. We didn't use any of the common area amenities; however, those within the unit were great. You can tell the owner takes pride in the unit, and it has a great view of the Village Stroll.
