No. 1 Perfection Ridge is located right on the Perfection Ski run with a short run down the slope to the Plaza and Ridge Rocket chairs. The village centre is 10 mins walk up the road. The location offers far reaching views and is perfect for a true ski in and ski out from the front door.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced . Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now . Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7 days/week, therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guest Stay Contract When you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions .
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm .
Check-Out Time 10:00 am . We ask that you please honour the checkout time; otherwise a late check out charge of $50 per hour may be applied. If you require a late check out please call Marjordomo, will we try to accommodate your request if we are able to.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be charged.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund .
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure| complimentary midstay cleans provided for bookings of 8 or more nights.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort .
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment .
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 . We understand that you sometimes need more but please get our permission
Missing Items You are responsible for missing items during your stay .
Policy Updates Will be made on the website from time to time and guest are asked to check the website.
Property Damage We trust our home to our guests. if damage occurs we trust our guests to report the damage and make good the damage caused.

Perfect location for ski in and out. Heated garage was amazing, we didn't have a car so it was our ski change room. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room. When we come back we will look into renting this unit again. Crockpot in the kitchen you don't see in most places either. No salad spinner was the only complaint ;)

Once again, a very nice unit to enjoy while skiing Big White! "Perfection" is absolutely correct when it comes to location! Perfect ski-in and ski-out. I don't think there is a better located unit on the mountain to be honest. Spacious and comfortable, the unit will easily accommodate two families. A very small complaint (and this is minor), the Wifi was down for our entire stay. It was the same situation LAST year as well when we rented the unit. The modem/router appears ancient... it should be replaced. It was great having serious "family time" without the electronics but it would have been nice to do a tiny bit of work as well and this was not possible. Don't hesitate to rent this unit, it's awesome!

Wonderful ski-in ski-out property at Big White, BC

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Both the owner was extremely responsive to our emails and the local property owner was also equally attentive when we had questions. The property is spacious for two families, and the location for ski-in and ski-out was excellent. We would recommend the Big White Biggie Cards be purchased in advance of arriving. The fact that the property is at the end of the building by the ski hill makes it very safe for kids as no vehicles will have a need to drive pass your property.

The bedrooms were very good and we found the upstairs (3rd floor) beds (King Size in Master bedroom, and two Twin beds in 2nd bedroom) to be very comfortable. If you like a hard bed then the bedroom with the queen size bed on the 2nd level would be perfect. However, if you all like a medium to softer bed, then you will find this queen size bed quiet hard. There are lots of bathrooms (in essence one for each bedroom). The garage was large enough to fit my large SUV in, but you couldn't park a SUV with a Cargo Box inside the Garage. The Car Port was very good for our other SUV. The hot tub was very clean when we arrived, and once during our 7 day stay a Hot Tub Maintenance person came by to check on the water quality, and adjust the chemical balance if required.

The walk to the village is about 10 minutes (5 minutes walk up the ski run, and 5 minutes in). We will return to this property the next time we go to Big White and we would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a ski-in, ski-out.

Clean, spacious, well-equipped unit with an unbeatable location on the mountain! As advertised and more!! Our kids' only minor complaint was that the wi-fi was not functional. Too bad that we had to spend all our time skiing and enjoying each others' company in a wonderful "home away from home" instead!!!

This is the second time we stayed at this true ski in ski out property (the Perfection Run can be viewed from the living room). It is very well equipped and has lovely furnishings. As it is slope side, the kids had fun playing in the snow after a full day at ski school. Would not think of staying anywhere else next time!

Amazing place for Big White

We go to Big White almost every year, and we rented many different places over the years. This one is by far our most favorite, due to the following reasons: - Amazing ski-in, ski-out. This is a corner unit on one of the most popular runs, and it's extremely easy to get out and get in (both day skiing, and night skiing paths).

House is in great condition and very well equipped. We cook a lot, and were able to find any tool of tool/utensil that we needed. Very good location. It takes around 10mins to walk to the village.

The owner Adele and house keeper Shelia were very responsive and resourceful for any issues that might come up. For example, there was a problem with the internet service provider, and realizing that it would take a long time to resolve the issue with them, they just setup a new internet connection in the house just for us and worked around the problem very quickly. We look forward to our next visit and will check-out availability of this property first.

One Perfection Ridge - Ideal Accommodation

My family and I recently stayed at Adele's townhouse, One Perfection Ridge, at Big White. We had a superb 5 night stay and the accommodations were fantastic. The layout of the unit is great, with lots of separation between the three floors - a lot more space than 5 of us needed (would be great for 2 families).

The furnishings were clean, comfortable, modern and plentiful. The location on the Perfection Run is the best ski in/out we've had during any of our previous stays at Big White or Sun Peaks. The views from the living room and the hot tub are great for watching skiers on the run or the sunset in the evening.

Too many great things to list them all, but all the things that were important to us were above our expectations.
