Halloween falls on a Friday this year, which means celebrations don’t have to end early! It’s bound to be an all out weekend filled with ghouls and goblins, with perhaps the ocasional last-minute cat costume. If you’re looking for a bit of a different spin on your Halloween plans, make sure to plan a trip up to Whistler this coming Halloween.
Explore Whistler’s Eerie Side
Wander into the dark and walk around the creepy Parkhurst Ghost Town right at the edge of Green Lake way. The area used to be a thriving little town during town around a busy logger road – way before Whistler was Whistler. Step inside old abandoned cabins, and countless abandoned vehicles rusting amidst the thickening forest.
If you’d rather not wander too far from home, we hear of ghosts haunting a certain Creekside facility known as one of the oldest building in town. Perhaps it’s time for a little 3:00 am neighborhood walk, if you dare…
