The Great Outdoor Festival (GO Fest) will be happening in Whistler on May 15-17, for the Victoria Day Long Weekend. As part of this second annual festival, the Whistler Film Society will be hosting an Adventure Film Series; guaranteed to get you on the edge of your seats and holding your breath till the credits start rolling at the end. The Adventure Film Series will feature themes from extreme sports to activism through adventure. A total of 8 films will be screened at Millennium place over the span of a weekend. Expect to meet the film director and special guests on two of the 8 featured shows. It’ll be a packed weekend for film enthusiasts, so make sure to check out the schedule below.

Ignited by his passion for skydiving, watch the life of BASE jumping pioneer Carl Boenish, on his quest for the ultimate adventure: human flight. The film features Carl’s own footage as well as some impressive aerial photography.
