Casa Kettlewell is a bright, family-friendly private entrance mountain retreat with Whistler Village and the Valley Trail at its doorstep!

This 1,100 sq. foot, three level, two bedroom, two bath townhome has keyless entry on the ground floor and provides ample room for ski, boot and board storage. Stairs lead from the mudroom to the open concept kitchen and dining room. The living room is separate with wood and stone accents through out. It has a gas fireplace and two private covered patios with sweeping mountain views. Stairs lead to the top floor which houses two full bathrooms, a queen in the ensuited master bedroom and twin/double bunk with twin trundle in the second. Optional sleeping is also provided for in the livingroom with a queen double high self inflating air bed along with two pack and play cribs for children.

Casa Kettlewell offers the convenience of free wifi, in suite laundry, the next door Whistler Raquet Club and Marketplace Shopping Centre and is a 10-minute walk or free Village Shuttle ride during the peak season to the base of the mountain. Parking at Granite Court is free secured underground for one vehicle with visitor parking based on availability.

We had an amazing time at whistler in this property. Close to everything you need, peaceful, spacious and very easy to book and check in. We had 2 couples in the apartment and found it a perfect amount of space, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise is NOT tolerated neither inside the home or on the Granite Court grounds. Police, Security, and/or management will attend and there will be a fine per incident and guest may risk eviction. We reserve right to refuse or interrupt service to any client. To notify authorities of excessive noise in a neighbouring unit that is causing a disturbance to you please contact the Non-Emergency RCMP line at (604) 932-3044.
Garbage Removal Prior to vacating the townhouse guests are required to remove all trash and recyclables and deposit them in the Recycling & Garbage Room next to the Parking Garage.
Housekeeping $175 Cleaning Fee applies per reservation. If desired, guests may request help arranging additional mid-stay cleans ranging from $70-90. Contact owner with any inquiries.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability Owner, agents and the townhouses reservation website are excluded from liability. Including for personal, bodily injury to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or while in transit to our home or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8. Up to 6 guests are included in the posted nightly rates. Additional guests are $20 pp.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Parking & Ticketing The townhouse has assigned parking for one vehicle within a secured underground parking facility. Guests must ensure that they are parked in the correct stall assigned to the unit. Parking elsewhere may lead to the guests car being towed at the guests expense. If someone has incorrectly occupied the units assigned stall, guests may use a VISITOR stall in the secured parking area. Guests must be sure to LEAVE A NOTE on the dashboard indicating which unit they are occupying and contact the owner immediately.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $1000.00 CAD charge on their card payable when final payment is due unless otherwise arranged with us. In the event of property damage or breach of our policies, you have authorized the costs to remediate the damage or breach to be charged against the Damage Deposit. Damage or breach includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges related to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. If damage is in excess of the Damage Deposit, the excess cost is also due from the Guest.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Terms of Eviction Violation of our policies, damage to property (common property included) and violation of building policies are causes for eviction. In addition, excessive noise and offensive behaviour will not be tolerated and cause for eviction.

Dear Guest,

We were drawn to Whistler by our kindred wilderness spirit. This snowy peak ridden region is some of the most beautiful we've experienced thoughout the world. Wilderness spaces are a conduit to reflective and peaceful emotions. Our role and the challenges of our hyper paced world can be confusing and overwhelming unless we make time to recreate and reflect. We've searched all over Whistler and feel that Granite Court balances serene alpine beauty with "value" moreso than any other townhouses. Walk around the lit trail of ancient Lost Lake accessed by the Valley Trail on our doorstep. Wait for the crowds to subside at Whistler peak and embrace the sounds of wilderness silence with the volcanic Black Tusk in the foreground. Extend a friendly hand to an international or local and learn about them. Revel in the views. Respect the beauty of the hill. Leave no trace and recycle everything.
