Kitchen and bath (from 1990s?) are in desperate need of renovation. When refrigerator compressor is running, it is very loud, making it difficult for anyone on the sofa bed to sleep. Fridge has no ice maker, just fill yourself trays. Toilet is tiny diameter and very low height, perfect if you are a 5 year old. Most of the door knobs and dresser drawer hardware is loose, needs tightening (or replacement). I think this unit might be acceptable for the budget conscious family but we will be seeking something that is not so dated/worn next time.

We were booked/paid for 3 nights but the front desk set up the reservation for only 2 nights, hence, when we returned from skiing on day 2 none of our keycard worked, very frustrating. Front desk response "sorry about that".

Also, we were never able to get the 1980s ski locker lock to open so had to carry gear to room. Another thing that needs to be updated to modern technology. Or suggest the lock be issued at check in so the combo (and proper operation) can be verified.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage. When you leave the condo please take the garbage to the container, all dishes must be washed and put away, return electronic key cards to the reception.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.
