Our unit is a 1 Bedroom (Queen) with a pull out couch (sleeps 2) that sleeps 4 people comfortably. Equipped with a FULL kitchen, bathroom, Wifi, TV and Netflix; you'll never want to leave.
GUEST COMFORT
Enjoy the fireplace, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Coffee, Tea, Sugar and basic cooking spices provided. Plush bath towels and soft sheets are a must for our guests. Enjoy luxury and convenience when you stay with us!
PARKING
We have a secure, underground parking lot with a specified parking spot for our unit. Parking is $15/night for each vehicle. You will just need to register your vehicle with the front desk and obtain access to the parking garage.
CHECK IN
Check in through the Deer Lodge (Whistler Town Plaza) located at 4314 Main St. The front desk is operating 9AM- 9PM daily. If you need to check in after hours, call the front desk phone number provided in your check in email and they will come to check you in within 15 minutes.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will enter the home with a personalized code for their stay. You may self-check-in and check out. No need to coordinate dropping off keys etc! Come and go as you please!
HOT TUB
The hot tub is OPEN for guests use. You are limited to a 30 minute time frame and due to Covid19, can only use one group at a time. Therefore, it is first come first served.
COVID19 Cleaning & Safety Considerations
Management is exercising all precautions possible for the safety of our guests. Here are some ways we've changed our hosting practices due to COVID19:
- Ensuring AT LEAST 24 hours between guests' Check In and Out times
- Cleaning with bleach and alike products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens
- Using germicidal disinfectant for the following high touch surfaces: door and window handles, cabinet and drawer handles, TV remotes and all light switches.
The comfort and safety of our guests is always priority for us and we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to make any modifications to our precautions as needed

COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
