With 2 BR (King, Queen, and 2 person sofa bed) the Hearthstone Lodge can accommodate up to 6 guests! Perfect for friends and family to come together and celebrate an occasion or ski/bike trip.

Two FULL luxurious and unique bathrooms provide a comfortable stay for guests.

Cook a meal in our FULLY equipped kitchen with propane BBQ and finish the ski day off with a cup of hot cocoa by the wood burning fire (safe burning log provided for your stay). Sit around a 6 person dining table and finish the evening off with a relaxing hot tub on the PRIVATE patio just off of the living area. Coffee and Tea is provided for you during your stay as well.

Have a soak after a long day exploring Whistler, hiking, biking or skiing! A large and regularly serviced PRIVATE hot tub will be the highlight of your stay with us.

There is a guest entrance located on the street level. The entrance from the Sunshine place round-a-bout is just to the left of Tapley's Pub (automatic glass sliding doors). Once through the glass sliding doors, you will see a keypad on your right with another entrance. Enter the code given to you by Kerry and walk up to the 3rd floor. There is another Keypad, use the same code. The unit is #19. Ski/bike storage located in the underground parking area (Directions to the underground in the "house manual" section on Airbnb). The laundry room is located on the 2nd floor

**Please note there is no elevator in the building. Guests will need to walk up three flights of stairs***

COVID19 Cleaning & Safety Considerations.
Management is exercising all precautions possible for the safety of our guests. Here are some ways we've changed our hosting practices due to COVID19:

  • Ensuring AT LEAST 24 hours between guests' Check In and Out times
  • Cleaning with bleach and alike products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens
  • Using germicidal disinfectant for the following high touch surfaces: door and window handles, cabinet and drawer handles, TV remotes and all light switches.

The comfort and safety of our guests is always priority for us and we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to make any modifications to our precautions as needed

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
