Private Amenities:

We provide many thing in our home. A fully appointed kitchen is fully stocked of cooking, baking, dinner ware and spicies if you decided to eat-in. There's coffee, teas and sugar in the covers. Towels, bed linens, shampoo and soap are provided for your use. Great selections of dvd/ blue-rays and board games that both adults and kids will enjoy. Fire places will keep you warm in the winter months and air conditioning will keep you cool in the summer months. The big window in the living area and balacony over looks the Blackcomb mountain and the village stroll. 

Common Amenities:

Rates includes FREE 1 secured, underground parking. Easy check in/out with a front desk/concierge service with discounts to lift tickets and other attractions. Gym, hot tub, changing room are located in Eagle Lodge Building (you look at it from the condo’s window). Open 10 am to 10 pm. Ski locker located in the lobby area is available to lock your ski/ board and bike locker is located in the underground parkade (BRING YOU OWN BIKE LOCKS).

Air Conditioning Located in bedroom and a small fan is availabe in the living area. Keeping the window opens helps keeps the place cool.
Balcony Overlooks the Blackcomb and Whistler mountain and village stroll. A small table and two chairs are available, great spot to people watch, admire the mountains and just enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine.
Bluetooth Stereo Bluetooth Bose stereo has a output for your phone or mp3 player (ipod). It's also connected/ act as TV sound bar.
Cable TV Cable TV is available.
Coffee Table Coffee table also acts as a storage for the bedding/ duvet for the sofa bed.
Dining Area Seats 4 people.
Dishwasher Instructions can be found in the white binder above the coffee table.
DVD Library A great selection of DVD/ Blue-ray for adults and kids.
DVD Player A DVD/ Blue-ray is available during your stay.
Fireplace Warm up to a relaxing gas fireplace to be enjoyed in winter (usually off in May to September during the warm months).
Fresh Linens 2 sets of beddings (one for the bedroom & one for the sofa bed), 1 duvet for the bedroom & 1 duvet for the sofa bed, 6 pillows (4 for the bedroom & 2 for the sofa bed) *Bedding for the sofa bed blankets are stored in the bedroom closet or in coffee table.
Games We have a selection of games available... Catan, Perpetual Motion, Scattergories, Scrabble, Monopoly, Pictionary, Twister, cards, Uno, Banana Gram and legos for the kids.
Garbage Removal - Not Free Garbage and Recycling removal are NOT included in the cleaning fee. We ask all our guest to take them to the garbage room located on P1. Follow the blue line on the ground when you exit the elevator, you will need the room key card to open the garbage room and to reopen the garage gate.
Guest Parking Your rate includes FREE 1 secured, underground parking. Additonal parking are available for a nightly fee, see the front desk.
Hairdryer Hairdryer is located in the bottom drawer in the bathrrom.
Internet Access - Wireless Internet Available during your stay. Password will be provided in the welcome package.

Sofa/Couch Sofa seats 3 people and turns into a queen size sofa bed. Ottaman's are available for extra sitting.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property. The person who booked the place must present there ID at check-in
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage MUST use the locker to store ski and snowboard, not allowed in the condo.
Noise Restrictions Quite hours from 10PM to 7AM.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Hot Tub Hot tub is located in the adjacent building. Please follow the rules in the common space. Plastic cups are provided if you want to bring your beverage.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Bike Storage NO bikes in the condo. Bike storage in garage (ask front desk) for directions. Please bring your own bike locks.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage and recycleables to the disposal area.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Housekeeping Cleaning is done at check-out. Additional fee is requrire if cleaning is requested during the stay. At CHECK OUT.... please dispose all the garbage/ recycling need to be in the garbage room. Load dishwasher and turn on prior to leaving. And if the sofa bed is used, keep it open so its easy for the housekeeper to clean and reset.
Liability The owner is NOT liable to the guest or invitees for any injury, loss or theft in or around the premises.
Excessive Noise Please be considerate of you neighbours. Quite hours from 10PM to 7AM. Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Maintenance Emergencies Will be provided with check-in details. Please let us know if there's any maintenance emergencies.

Property Damage A credit card required, $500 damage deposit taken at check-in. This suite is privately owned. We ask that any items (ex. plates, cutlery, cooking items, towels, bed linens, etc.) that are removed from the suites are returned prior to your departure.

The condo is a open concept which opens up to the living area and kitchen. A incandescent pendant lights over hang above custom made solid pine table sits 4 people. We provide a full set of dinner ware and cutlery set.
