Welcome to 'RnR Sun Peaks' the perfect place for your family to enjoy some well deserved Rest 'n Relaxation. 
 
Our ski home is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 storey condominium that has it all, including a private garage!  Located in Forest Trails complex built by Intrawest, this ski-in, ski-out home has excellent views from the dining area, living room and master bedroom of Mt. Morrisey, Tod Mountain and down the valley.  From the warmth of the living room you can watch your children laugh and play as they toboggan down the path behind the condo.
 
Our family home is ski in, ski out (with little effort).  Ski in from the Gentle Giant ski run off of the Village Platter lift to get back home. A short 5 min walk from the home brings you to the same Gentle Giant ski run in the morning or if you want to start your day on Morrissey or the new Orient chairlift, a 5 min ski/skate along the valley trail brings you to the Morrissey Connector for access to the east village chair lifts.  A short 10 minute walk to the Village or a 5 minute walk to the Rec Centre and Outdoor Skating Rink means you can park your vehicle your entire stay.
 
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with 7 beds in total (3 queens, 2 double, 2 twin) that will fit larger families/groups.  Comfortable beds promote restful sleep so you can give it your all on the slopes.  The bedrooms are large and spacious and provide flexibility for a number of different sleeping arrangements depending on your family's needs.There are two private decks, one off the dining room on the main floor and one off the master bedroom on the upper floor.  Both decks have excellent views of the ski hills, the valley and the path behind the complex where your children can enjoy a short toboggan run.

Services

A FREE SCHUTTLE BUS SERVICE is provided (during the main ski season).  It runs from the Burfield Lodge to the Sun Peaks Village to Parking Lot 5 (via the Village Drive) back to the Village and Burfield Lodge.  It makes stops along Village Drive in both directions to pick up any passengers who waves down the schuttle.  The Shuttle usally comes by 25 minutes and 55 minutes after the hour.  Go to www.sunpeaksresort.com to get the bus schedule or check with Guest Services in the Village Day Lodge

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7 days/week, therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Please do not leave "messes." Load dishes in dishwasher and start cycle before leaving. Any excessive housekeeping charges will be passed on to the guest.
Excessive Noise Parties and celebrations that involve loud behavior and intoxication will not be tolerated. You will get evicted without a refund!.
Garbage Removal There is no garbage service. We ask that if possible you take your garbage to the transfer station. Directions to the transfer station are posted in the unit.

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $800 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
