Stone’s Throw 35 is a spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom ground-floor home ideal for a family getaway.

It has optimal access to downhill and cross-country ski trails. You can ski out to Mt. Morrisey and ski in from the Sundance chair almost directly to your front door and then enjoy the private hot tub with a Mt. Morrisey view.  The village centre is a short walk away for shopping, restaurants, and many other fun activities that the resort has to offer.  The condo is well-equipped for entertaining and has a ski locker for storage and in-suite laundry.

Stone's Throw will endow with you will all the luxuries of a vacation getaway, so you can kick back and enjoy with a fireplace and BBQ at your fingertips after that hot tub soak. This heavenly condo will give you everything you need to have the vacation of a lifetime. Your stay here will be sublime!

With dynamic views, Stone's Throw units allow you to ski in and out directly to the Mt. Morrisey lift. Stone's Throw is one of the newest complexes on the mountain and is adjacent to the Mt. Morrisey connector and chairlift, and the 16th green at the Sun Peaks golf course. These large and extremely well equipped units have landscaped common grounds and underground parking. Just a short walk to the Village, these units will cater to all of your needs.

Ski in access is available by using the Sundance Express Chairlift and then taking Rambler followed by the East Village Ski Way to Fair Dinkum. Ski out access is available by taking the East Village Ski Way to the Mt. Morrisey Express Chairlift.

Pet Friendly Note:
Pet friendly properties are limited to a maximum of 1 medium-to-large dog, OR 2 lap dogs, OR 1 cat (please note some properties will not allow cats due to the homeowner's allergies - check with us first on cat bookings). Preexisting bookings will not be penalized of course but all future bookings must adhere to this maximum.

We had a wonderful stay in Stone's Throw 3*. Can't wait to go back! Admittedly at first we were a little worried that it would be a bit far from the village. Don't be!! We discovered very quickly, as the owners had mentioned to us, the very convenient ski in, ski out capability of the condo and it totally made up for the little bit of extra walk to the village.

It was so terrific not having to head into the village to get onto a chairlift. We just stepped out the door, walked a few feet over to the slope, popped on our skis/snowboards and the Morrissey and Orient Chairs were right there at the bottom waiting for us. And at the end of the day, we could just ski down to the condo. We especially loved the Sticks run off of the Morrissey Chair. And when we did decide to go into the village, it was a very pleasant stroll on the plowed trails and didn't take long at all.

As for the condo itself, it was a perfect fit for our family of four and our small dog. The kitchen was fabulously stocked! In all of our condo stays, this by far was one of the best 'stocked' condos that we've ever been to. Besides the kitchen having everything that we could possibly need, there were games, puzzles, books, sleds, etc available to us, pretty much anything you could think of (even provided shampoo and conditioner). The ski locker was right outside of the condo which was very convenient. The condo was beautifully decorated, had great seating, and since we were there during the holidays (New Year's), it was so nice of the owners to leave their Christmas lights up for some extra ambiance. The condo also has a private hot tub right outside its master bedroom and living room area (2 access points) which was fabulous. Was so perfect after a long day skiing.

The management company was terrific with all of their excellent correspondence/instructions before our arrival and also with answering a couple of questions for us after we were there. One small note - the main garage door to get into the parking garage (when driving in) was very touchy but after a few tries, it would work so just don't give up on it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and a huge thank you to the owners for sharing their unit.

We really do hope that we can stay here again next time.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Upon receipt of a booking for an arrival date more than 45 days in advance, a 25% deposit will be taken. The full deposit is forfeit if cancelled 45 days outside of your arrival date. Cancellations within 45 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed before your arrival date to the guest account on file
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Any complaints that result is fines or charges will be paid by the guests.
Housekeeping Properties are fully cleaned before guest arrival.
