Balcony There are 2 private balcony/sundecks in the condo. One from the living room and one from the bedroom. Each is about 30-50 sq. ft in size.
Basic Food Staples Our unit includes coffee, teas & hot chocolate during your stay. We also try to have a variety of spices and a few basic cooking items to help make your stay more enjoyable.
Boot Dryer We have a boot and mitten dryer in the unit for you to use in addition to a brand new washer and dryer for when your clothes get really wet from a day of skiing or snowboarding.
Coded Access Access to the building is very secure and only accessible by key fob. Access to the condo unit is by a personalized keypad entry that is unique to each guest. No keys are required!
Dining Area We have a brand new table that comfortably seats 4 (or 6 if you use the built in leaf) for all your meals.
Dishwasher We have a brand new Bosch dishwasher for you to use during your stay.
Fireplace We have a gas fireplace that has been fully serviced on a timer for you to use during your stay. As well, each room has their own electric baseboard heater with their own controller for additional comfort during your stay.
Free In-Suite Security Safe We have a brand new safe in the condo for you to keep all your valuables. Safe can be secured by you choosing your own 4 digit code or using any card with a magnetic strip to unlock the unit again.
Fresh Linens Clean linens and towels, including separate towels for the hot tub or for the beach are included.

Safety Equipment The condo is equipped with automatic sprinklers along with 2 fire extinguishers (one under the kitchen sink & one in the closet in the bedroom). As well, we have a first aid kit located in the bedroom bathroom for incidental emergencies.

Shared Amenities

Guest Parking In case you need more parking than the 2 dedicated spots that are included in your stay, there are 4 visitor parking stalls in the underground parking.
Hot Tub There is a hot tub down the hall on the 3rd floor. Access is by keyfob and includes a washroom and shower for you to use.
Secure Ski and Bike Storage By the underground parking gate, there is a very large, free bike and ski storage room for you to use. Access is by keyfob and we recommend that you put a lock on your equipment to keep it safe.


The best location in Whistler!  Located right at Olympic Plaza Park, #347 Marketplace Lodge is in the heart of Whistler. 

From the elevator to the main level, you will be at Starbuck's coffee and the large playground. A few more steps and you will be at the park, Blenz coffee, Pure Bread and the Brewhouse. 

Groceries, liquor store, pharmacy, restaurants and coffee shops are all on the main level.  Free shuttle to the ski lifts next to the IGA Marketplace (groceries) if you didn't want to walk to the lifts.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. BBQ Not Permitted No barbecues permitted on the property as per Strata Bylaws of Marketplace Lodge.
Bike Storage There is free bike storage in the underground parking. Access is with the keyfob.
Check-In Time Check in is 4pm.
Check-Out Time Check out time is 10 am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. If complaints are received of excessive noise, additional fees levied by strata/security company will be paid for by the guest.
Forgotten Items by Guest For items that have been accidentally left behind, our cleaning staff will do our best to set it aside for you or arrange to mail it back to you.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Hot Tub Communal Hot Tub is down the hall. Please use with respect and be considerate of other guests using the hot tub.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability Unit owner does not assume any liability including injuries sustained while as a guest of unit #347 Marketplace Lodge.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Please call owners or if there is a major emergency, call 9-1-1 for the police.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum occupants is 6 (3 queen beds)
Noise Restrictions Please be considerate of other guests. No excessive noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur. 1 hour free parking is available at Marketplace. Obtain free 1 hour ticket from machine.

Property Damage Damage to the property or theft of any items will be charged to the guest.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This unit is fully licensed as a rental unit through the Resort Municipality of Whistler.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage There is free storage in the ski/bike room in the underground. Access is by keyfob. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Owner has the right to evict guests from their stay if they are not abiding by the house rules or they have endangered another guest in the building or caused damage. This list is not exhaustive and is at the owner's discretion. Eviction will only happen if on reasonable grounds for an eviction to occur. We want you to have an enjoyable stay in our unit.

You will absolutely love the location and staying at this nice clean condo.

About Us

We are a fun loving family that loves being outdoors. Either camping, biking, kayaking, hiking the plentiful trails or skiing (snowboarding for the boys) we are generally out doing something active.  We know that you will love Whistler as much as we do after staying at our condo.
