#14 McGillivray Creek is a 2 level, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse in a desireable location along McGillvray Creek. It includes use of a private hot tub and a gas BBQ just outside the patio on the main floor. The convenience of a garage allows you a space to dress for your ski day and leave your ski gear dry in the evening during winter and store your golf and biking equipment safely in the summer.

It is an end unit just steps away from Mount Morrisey ski lifts and the Nordic ski trails in the winter and the golf course in the summer.  With the walking trail to the village backing on to the property, all the amenities of the village is just minutes away.  Village amenities include the ice rink, pool, rec centre, village shops and restaurants.

Well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dining room and living room area, wifi internet, cable TV and washer/dryer on second floor.  This property is in an ideal location to make your stay in Sun Peaks enjoyable and take advantage of all that Sun Peaks has to offer year round.

Great location, very cozy and comfortable! Communication with Chantal was very easy and she responded right away during the booking process. The location is perfect and super easy to get to the lifts and the village. The townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed and my family had a fabulous time.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Booking & Arrival Deadline 25% deposit at time of booking and remainder of payment due 45 days before arriving.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Quiet hours between 11pm and 7 am is strictly enforced.
Garbage Removal Garbage is to be removed at minimum 2 x per week and brought to Sunpeaks waste facility. Bottles/cans may also be placed in the bin and brought to recycle facility and will be donated to Sunpeaks sports.
Hot Tub If provided, treat Hot Tub usage with respect.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Any interim cleaning is guests responsibility. Cleaning supplies for long term renters are at the guests expense.
Internet Availability & Usage WIFI is available
Liability We hold no liability for any injuries while on the property.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure. To lock the door press lock and turn the knob.
Maintenance Emergencies Property Manager is available 24hrs per day. Please keep this for emergencies only. Contact owners if any other questions in regards to rental.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 11pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Parking & Ticketing There is only one parking stall assigned to unit. Additional parking available P6. Absolutely no street parking in Sunpeaks.
Property Damage Any property damage will be charged to the renter.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Longterm rentals only accepted.
