Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination.
