Gleneagles, situated on the first hole of Chateau Whistler Golf Course, is an ideal getaway for both summer and winter as it is located near the base of Blackcomb lifts, the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, tennis courts and Lost Lake. Because of the convenient distance to specialty stores, restaurants, grocery store, as well as Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, this is a very desirable location for visitors.The free Village shuttle stop is less than a minute away and will take guests to the lifts and Village in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than a 5 minute walk away and the lifts and Village are less than a 10 minute walk away.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.

Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.

Property Damage Renter will be billed and held liable for damages to a MINIMUM of $500. Abuse of property and furniture will be met with the full extent of the law.
